Translation

He took out his hand (from his chest). And it became flawlessly crystal white to the observers.

Tafsir

Hadrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' also took his hand out from under his arm. His hand becomes a white, radiant light.

Neither the magic of the magicians nor the human mind and power can produce these miracles. With these miracles shown by Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm', Allah Himself will have explained His existence to the people of that time and to the people of the world for as long as the world lasts, until the Day of Resurrection, with His Verses. In this way, Allah will have proved to the whole human world that He exists and that there is no other God but Him.

What is said in the video

Surah Ash-Shu'ara, verse 33: And he drew out his hand from his bosom, and to the onlookers it appears pure white; it had suddenly become something radiating light. Moses (peace be upon him) also draws his hand out from under his arm; his hand, shedding a brilliant white light, suddenly turns into radiance. Indeed, neither the magic of sorcerers nor human reason and power can bring these miracles about. Through these miracles shown by Moses (peace be upon him), Allah Himself will have made His existence known both to the people of that time and to people until the Day of Judgment, as long as the world stands, through His signs.

Allah will have proven His existence, and that there is no other god besides Him, in this way to all of humankind. Yes. Miracles are beyond human power.

Some conjurers and sorcerers perform magic. These are temporary.

It is sleight of hand. What the sorcerers do. But what Allah Almighty does is a miracle. That is beyond human power.
