Translation

(Pharaoh) said to the dignitaries on his side, “He is certainly a very knowledgeable magician.”

Tafsir

Pharaoh, who had been determined not to believe in any of the words and miracles of Hazrat Moses (peace be upon him) from the beginning, proves in this verse that Pharaoh will not obey Allah and will continue his oppression by saying that this is a madman or a magician. (Pharaoh said to the elders around him: "This is a very knowledgeable magician") shows clearly that Pharaoh will not give up his claim to godhood and that he will persist in his denial against Allah, even if you show him not one miracle but thousands of miracles.

Pharaoh did not believe in these superhuman miracles and said about Moses that he was a very knowledgeable magician, denying Allah and His messengers.

What is said in the video

Pharaoh said to the notables around him: This one is truly a very learned sorcerer. What did he become this time? A very learned sorcerer. When he showed Allah's miracle. Pharaoh, who had vowed from the very beginning to believe none of Moses' (peace be upon him) words and none of the miracles he would show, by saying: This is a (?) or a sorcerer, shows that he would not obey Allah and would continue his oppression; with the words he spoke in this verse he has proven it. What does he say? Pharaoh said to the notables around him: This one is truly a very learned sorcerer. That is, whatever you show him, go ahead and show it.

Whatever verses you recite, he will not believe anyway. The verses say this too anyway. Pharaoh's saying to the notables around him, This one is truly a very learned sorcerer, shows that Pharaoh would not give up his claim to divinity, and that even if you showed him not one miracle but thousands, he would dig in his heels and continue his denial against Allah; it is plain to see. Pharaoh not believing these superhuman miracles that were shown, and saying about Moses, This one is a very learned sorcerer, means that Allah and Allah's messengers he denies.
