Tafsir
When Pharaoh's magicians were confronted with this incident, Pharaoh, fearing that his people would abandon him and follow them because of the belief of Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' and Hazrat Aaron in the Lord, intimidated the magicians in front of the people, saying to the magicians: "You believed in Moses and Aaron without my permission. So Moses taught you magic and he was your elders. Now I will have your hands and your feet crossed and your hands and your feet cut off and you will be hanged as an example. If there is any other god besides me, let him come and save you and those who believe in them.
Pharaoh said, "If you believe in anyone other than me and have other gods, I will have you all hanged.
What is said in the video
In verse 49 of Surah Ash-Shu'ara, Pharaoh said in anger: Without my permission you believed in him, eh? So the one who taught you sorcery is your chief; he still says sorcery, but now you will see and know what I will do to you; I swear, I will have your hands and feet cut off on opposite sides, I will have you all hanged, he says. yes Pharaoh fears that, as the sorcerers, in the face of this event, believe in the Lord of Moses and Aaron, his people will abandon him and run after them. Pharaoh, intimidating the people in front of his people, said to the sorcerers: Without my permission you believed in Moses and Aaron.
So it was Moses who taught you sorcery, and they are your chiefs. Now I will have your hands and feet cut off on opposite sides, and as a warning I will have you hanged. If there is a god other than me, let him come. Let him save both you and any others who will yet believe in them, he said.
He even says to Haman: What kind of god is this, he says. Build me a tower, he says. Let me climb up, he says, in the sky, he says. Let me look for him, he says. He has Haman build a tower.
In the face of this, Pharaoh said: If anyone other than me is believed in, and if you (?) other gods, I will have you all hanged.
