Translation

We revealed to Moses, “Take my servants to travel during the night. Because, you will be followed.”

Tafsir

Allah (swt) warned Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' and said: "O Musa! Set out my servants at night. Because you will be followed. In other words. Pharaoh will not keep his promise to Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' and they will come from behind with an army to slaughter you. Therefore, set out my servants before them. He has revealed that by the time they reach you, you will have reached your destination.

Pharaoh's promise to Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' was that if Hazrat Musa prevailed against Pharaoh's magicians, he would give the Children of Israel to Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' and Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' would take the Children of Israel and leave Egypt. This is the deal that Pharaoh will not keep his word.

What is said in the video

Surah Ash-Shu'ara, verse 52 We revealed to Moses: 'Set out with My servants by night,' Allah Almighty says, 'for you will be pursued,' He says. Yes. Now, here there are great secrets.

That is, there are miracles. People cannot grasp these miracles. Normally, you see, they accept this as an event, but they cannot think it through. Now I will open this passage up for you. Allah Almighty, warning Moses (peace be upon him): O Moses, set out with My servants by night. Whom? The people of the Children of Israel. For you will be pursued. That is, the promises Pharaoh gave to Moses (peace be upon him) will not be kept; to kill you, they will come after you with an army. So set out with My servants before them; by the time they catch up with you, you will have got to where you are going, He revealed.

Let me clarify something here so that you understand this better. By night he gathers his people. There are old ones, there are young ones. They take what they can. They walk until morning. How far will you walk by morning? If you go 5 kilometres an hour, in 10 hours you go 50 kilometres. How far will you get? Anyway, early in the morning, when Pharaoh realises they have left the city, he gathers the army. He pursues them with a cavalry army. With a cavalry army. Now think: one on foot, a group, the other on horseback; you on foot, how will you reach the shore of the Red Sea? This is not possible.

Here again there is a miracle of Allah Almighty, the state of tayy-i mekân:

the folding of places and their drawing near to the Red Sea. That is, their reaching the shore of the sea.

The promise Pharaoh gave to Moses (peace be upon him) was this: if, against Pharaoh's magicians, Moses prevailed, he would hand the Children of Israel over to Moses (peace be upon him), and Moses (peace be upon him) would take the Children of Israel and leave Egypt. This is the agreement Pharaoh would not keep.
