Tafsir
Allah (swt) says about Pharaoh's sending messengers to the cities to gather soldiers, that they are not soldiers, but a disorganized, useless congregation.

And the 54th verse, Surah Ash-Shu'ara, 54. The verse: 'These are, in fact, a small, scattered band,' says Allah Almighty. Scattered, but they are armed; on the other side there are no weapons. Allah Almighty, upon Pharaoh sending envoys to the cities to gather soldiers, says of them: these are not soldiers, a scattered, that is, useless bunch of people.
