Translation

(Allah Said): “And thus, We took them out of their gardens and their wells.”

Tafsir

It was because of the excesses of this oppressor, Pharaoh and his people, that Allah (swt) ordered their destruction. Their destruction is not the destruction of their towns and cities, but the destruction of themselves. Only Pharaoh and his army perished in terms of the inheritance of their property to the Children of Israel.

In this respect, Allah (swt) describes their destruction in a beautiful verse. (Allah (swt) said, "So We drove them out of the gardens and rivers.") So these rivers and gardens and vineyards and orchards will remain in place, only they will be destroyed.

What is said in the video

And Allah Almighty said: so We drove them out of gardens and rivers. That is, from the fertile valleys of Egypt, from the lands they owned, We drove them out. That is, they no longer own that place. That is, We will destroy them here.

Because of the transgression of this unjust Pharaoh and his people, Allah Almighty issued the command of destruction for them. Their destruction was not their land, their cities being turned upside down; it was they themselves being destroyed, their perishing. In that their remaining wealth was left as an inheritance to the Children of Israel, only Pharaoh and his army were destroyed. In this respect, Allah Almighty describes their destruction so beautifully in His verse. And Allah Almighty said: so from gardens and rivers We drove them out. Yes. That is, these rivers and gardens, vineyards, orchards will stay where they are; only they will be destroyed.
