At-Tawbah 39: If you do not embark (on battle when you are called), (Allah) will punish you with a severe punishment and will bring into your place another nation. You will not harm Allah in any way (by not going to battle). Allah is Almighty.

Their children, well, with David spread out all around and won victories.

In this situation, Allah Almighty, although He gives us examples from the past too, lays them out before us in His verses, for those who will come until the Day of Judgment. He sheds light for them with His verses. If, when necessary, you do not go out to fight, Allah will punish you with a very painful punishment, He says. Yes. Again, as far as our Lord informs us with a verse, among the Arabs, some Arabs, well, living as nomads were not obedient to the Prophet. And Allah Almighty says, for their forgiveness, there is a war ahead of them. If they enter that war, if they go, We too will forgive them, He says. Yes.

Therefore, for a Muslim to flee from war, together with going against the command of Allah and His Messenger, according to the verse "let him prepare his place in the fire," he comes into the state of (?) having fallen into kufr, and the state of having fallen into kufr is (?), I mean. He is in kufr. That is why our mothers and grandfathers, to their children and to their children going to the army, said: never flee from war, or else I will not forgive you my milk. Meaning, if you flee from war, you become an unbeliever. And I will be of no use to you in the hereafter either, they said. How beautifully He informs us of these situations.

When peoples are attacked and, when necessary, these attacked peoples do not go out to fight, then, suffering the oppression of the other, aggressive peoples, they will in any case have bought misery in advance. An aggressive people.

Are there none on earth? Plenty. On earth. First of all, the people of the Children of Israel. They are the fitna of the earth. Whenever they kindle a fire, and the meaning of "whenever they kindle a fire" is this:

when they prepare a trap against people, Allah is the best of those who set traps, He says. He puts out their fires. How does He put them out? Because He programmed the worlds, the traps of such ones, which are outside the program, Allah Almighty turns back on their own heads. Yes.

If people do not listen to Allah Almighty's command and do not fight, Allah, in place of these peoples, is able to bring another people. Because Allah will complete His light until the Day of Judgment. Therefore these worlds are programmed until the Day of Judgment. Allah Almighty, warning people against those who act like this, reminds people of these programs section by section.

If you do not go out to fight, you cannot harm Allah. Allah Almighty says in His verse: even if mankind and jinn gathered, they could not harm Allah. Because Allah knows the traits in the natures of the people who will come until the Day of Judgment, and He has programmed these worlds according to the deeds they will do. As we explained above, Allah Almighty will complete His light. Therefore people who rebel against Allah and His Messenger, by acting outside Allah's command, cannot harm Allah Almighty. And by opposing Allah Almighty, every soul increases the wrong it does to itself. Every soul wrongs itself.

Allah Almighty has power over all things. He has created all His creatures under His rule. No created being can go outside His rule. In this situation, whatever Allah Almighty has created, from the atom to the globe, He rules over all of His creatures.
