Tafsir
Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and strive hard with their wealth and their lives, do not ask permission from anyone to stay away from the battle. They participate in war for the sake of Allah's pleasure. These are the pious people who send their provisions in advance for the Hereafter. Allah (swt) knows such people best. These are the people whose hearts tremble at the mention of Allah, who seek good, who prevent mischief among people to the best of their ability, and who keep the prayers straight.
Such people are not deceived by the pleasures and joys of this world. They do not prefer the life of this world, which will end one day, to the life of the Hereafter. They work for the Hereafter, the land of eternal bliss. These people love Allah and Allah loves such people. These are the ones who attain true salvation and victory.
What is said in the video
Yes, a person will also work for the world, but its love he will not put in his heart. In his heart. What does the poet say? It cannot be. Guest upon guest. That is, house upon house does not work. Of course it is hard, house upon house. And in one heart there cannot be two loves. We will work for the world. For the world. And just as we work for the world, we will work for the hereafter. Yes. Now, according to the words of (?), the verse appears. What does it say? Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day, with their wealth and their lives, do not ask you for permission to stay behind from fighting.
Allah knows the God-fearing very well, it says.
So now, even if we have shouldered the world, in our hearts... what shall I say, my grandmother had a tongue twister about this, "mal mal mal mal, ham mal, ham mal", yes. God willing it will not be so, God willing it is not so; even if you carry the world, you are not the world's porter, you give its zakat. You give charity to people. Look how beautifully Allah Almighty says it. In verse 44 of Surah At-Tawbah: Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day do not ask your permission to stay behind from fighting with their wealth and their lives. So: with their wealth and their lives. If you cannot own worldly wealth, how will you make jihad with your wealth?
How will you spend in the way of Allah? Allah knows the God-fearing very well, it says. Well, if you have taken on the world, if you have taken on the world and abide by taqwa, you attain Allah's mercy. How beautiful! By spending Allah's wealth in Allah's way and giving it in charity, the person who corresponds to the verse "whoever buys Paradise with their lives and their wealth" — that is what you become. Yes.
What did we say? Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day, who strive with their wealth and lives, do not ask anyone's permission to stay behind from battle. For whom does Allah Almighty say this? He says it for the hypocrites. Those hypocrites asked for permission so as not to go to war. And Allah Almighty, in His verse, says of them: they were with those who sat behind, He says. Yes. Now, this time He praises the God-fearing. These, He says, ascribing it to their God-fearing nature, their obedience to Allah with their wealth and their lives — Allah Almighty, what shall I say, makes it known to us here.
Yes. These take part in war to win Allah's pleasure, He says. In war. These people, with their wealth and their lives, when a war breaks out, take part in jihad. They know that the world is a passing place of amusement, a short place of lodging. They know that the true realm, the true home, is the realm of the hereafter. Those who know from the heart that these realms have one absolute owner, and the verse "every soul shall taste death, and finally your return is to Me", and who, without caring for the world, for a moment, with the sherbet of martyrdom, before their Lord with the (?) of martyrdom wish to appear, striving with their wealth and their lives, obeying Allah's (?) — to become the people who correspond to the verse "whoever strives with their lives and wealth or buys Paradise", for this they compete.
Yes. These are the God-fearing who send their provisions ahead of them for the realm of the hereafter — such people. What were they? People who send their provisions ahead for the realm of the hereafter, God-fearing people. They send their good deeds on to the hereafter. Neither your wealth nor your children will save us. Ours, that is; when we say "your", it means ours. Neither our wealth nor our children will save us. If our wealth and our children could have saved us — for the evils we have done, Allah Almighty says, not this world, but another whole world's worth, even full of jewels, you would want to give it to Allah as ransom and be saved, He says.
Yes, so our provision, the provision for the realm of the hereafter, is saying "Allah". There, it became provision. Look, we say Allah — it became provision. La ilahe illallah. It became provision. Subhanallah. It became provision. O my Lord, You are the sole ruler and creator of these realms. There, it became provision. This is what Allah wants from us. Know Me, He says. Know that I am the owner of this place, that is, of the realms, and do not fall short in obeying Me. Yes, when you realize the faults you made in your helplessness, when you repent, We, He says, will even turn them into good deeds.
Because We created your intellect deficient. With this deficient intellect you will also make mistakes. Our aim was for you to make mistakes. At the moment you make this mistake, when you know Me, when you repent to Me, that fits My purpose in creating. You knew Me as great. You knew Me as Lord. You felt remorse for the mistake you made with your deficient intellect and turned to Me. You knew there is no door other than Mine, He said, and He forgave my sin. This is my Lord. This is Allah. Yes. Allah Almighty is the one who knows such people best. He is the one who knows the God-fearing best. These are people whose hearts tremble when Allah is mentioned, who always seek good, who, among people, prevent the strife that may arise as far as they are able, who perform the prayer properly — such are they. These people, that is, the righteous, such people do not care about the world's pleasures and delights.
Nor are they deceived by them. They do not prefer the life of this worldly realm, which will one day end, to the hereafter. That is, they are alert. Worldly wealth, heaps of gold — those who consume that wealth and do not give its zakat, who do not give charity in Allah's way, who take Allah's wealth as their own and, as if it were a god, worship it — tomorrow, He says, the wealth they hoarded will be heated in the fire of Hell and their bodies branded with it, He says. Yes, these people do not fall into the state of those people. They work for the realm of the hereafter, the home of eternal bliss.
These people love Allah, and Allah loves such people. These are the ones who attain true salvation and victory. Yes.
