Translation

There are also some among them who blame you for (the distribution of) alms. If they are given (a share in) alms, they are satisfied, but if they are not given alms, they immediately become angry.

Tafsir

The hypocrites, polytheists and disbelievers, those who turn away from Allah and His Messenger, are greedy for worldly goods. Take their lives but not their wealth. When charity or zakat is distributed in the presence of such people, no matter how rich they are, they want to take advantage of the other person. Even if they take a hair, they consider it a profit and expect some benefit from that charity and zakat.

If they are not given a share of this charity and zakat, they will condemn and insult other people. If they are allotted a share of these charities, then they will be satisfied with the worldly wealth they receive and will be pleased with the people they meet.

It is narrated that when Rasulullah (PBUH) was dividing the spoils, one of the sons of Temim named Zu'l-Huwaysira said, "O RasulAllah! Observe justice." Upon this, the Messenger of Allah said, "Is that so! If I do not observe justice, who will observe justice and do justice on earth? He replied.

Although verses were revealed on these events, Allah (swt) informs us of the situation of the people who will come until the Day of Judgment, since the characteristics of those who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter are always the same. May Allah (swt) grant us a good understanding and make us become His servants and the ummah of His Messenger!

What is said in the video

Among them are those who, about the alms, in their distribution, find fault with you. It's our right too, he says, give us alms too, to the Prophet. Yes, if they too are given a share of the alms, they are pleased. But if they are not given from the alms, they get angry at once. Now, for you to be worthy of those alms, you must also obey that Messenger, and in the suffering they endure, take part in the wars, and from them, as much as is due, your share you will take. Hypocrites, polytheists and disbelievers, those who turn their faces from Allah and His Messenger, are very greedy for worldly goods.

Take their lives, don't take their goods. When alms or zakat is distributed near such people, however rich they may be, they want to profit from the person opposite. These people, even if they had trillions, if a Muslim gives zakat, gives alms, that hypocrite, non-Muslim, wants to get something from him. He may have trillions, so what, he'll take from him, the other is handing it out after all; he looks at him as a sucker, a sucker. He sees him as a fool. Because he doesn't believe in the hereafter, you see. If only he knew it was Allah's command. And he does know it's Allah's command. He believed in Allah, he says. And Allah fooled him.

That is, this one is a fool, he says. He believed in Allah. Because he himself does not believe. Because he doesn't believe, because he doubts the hereafter, because he is unaware of having risen, of going to rise, he counts what is given from it as profit. What he gives. And if that person, the one distributing the alms and zakat, knows this one is very rich and does not give to him, he immediately bears a grudge against him. He turns against him. That is the state of the disbelievers. Even though that Muslim fulfills Allah's command, the goods our Lord has given him, that wealth, both to fulfill our Lord's command and to purify the haram mixed into his wealth, from the zakat he gave from his goods and property, from that zakat he distributed, although he fulfills his Lord's command, the one fulfilling his Lord's command he mocks, treats as a sucker, and wants to wrench something from him; that disbeliever's thinking, look at it.

Yes.

So hypocrites, polytheists and disbelievers, those who turn their faces from Allah and His Messenger, are very greedy for worldly goods.

Take their lives, don't take their goods. When alms or zakat is distributed near such people, however rich they may be, they want to profit from the person opposite. Even if they got a single hair, they count it as profit, and from those alms and zakat they hope for some benefit. In that case, if they are not given a share of these alms and zakat, they find fault with the people opposite and insult them. But if a share of these alms is set aside for them, then, with the worldly things they receive satisfied, they are pleased with the people opposite. They both mock inwardly and flatter him, flatter him, so that once again he gives them something.

So that that sucker gives them something more. Yes.

According to narrations, when the Prophet (peace be upon him) was dividing some spoils, someone from the Banu Tamim named Dhul-Khuwaysira said: O Messenger of Allah, observe justice.

The hypocrite points out justice to the Prophet who came as a mercy to the world. Thereupon the Prophet: Is that so? If I do not observe justice, then who will observe justice and do justice on earth, he replied. If I do not observe justice, who on earth will see justice, he replied. Although the verses appeared on account of these events, since the traits of those who do not believe in Allah and the hereafter are always the same, the condition of the people to come until the Day of Judgment Allah Almighty makes known to us. May Allah Almighty give us too a good understanding and grant us to be servants to His Being.

Yes, to all of us.
