Translation
We made the other ones also approach near.
Tafsir
When Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' was traveling with his people on the road that opened in the sea, Pharaoh saw this situation and dived into this road in the water with his army. In the joy of the intimidation and punishment he was supposedly going to inflict on Moses and his people, unaware of what was about to happen to him, and not thinking that he would incur the wrath of Allah, he started to move on the road that opened in the sea.
What is said in the video
We have come to verse 64 of Surah Ash-Shu'ara. And We brought the others near there. "The others," He said: his henchmen behind him, his vizier, his soldiers, those people who were (?) in troops, We brought near there, that is, into that path that opened in the sea like mountains, it says. As Moses (peace be upon him) advances with his people along the path opened in the sea, Pharaoh sees this and, with his army, plunges into the path inside this water. Supposedly he will catch Moses and his people; in the joy of the intimidating punishment he would give them, unaware of what would befall him, without thinking he would incur Allah's wrath, he starts advancing along the path opened in the sea.
