The dominion of the heavens, and the earth, and everything in them, belongs to Allah. Allah is The Almighty.
Tafsir
Allah is the Creator, the Creator out of nothing. It is Allah who created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them and is their owner. If a person owns something and holds the title deed to it, he is the temporary owner and temporary possessor of that property. In this case, all creation is mortal and Allah is eternal. The property that mortals hold in trust are trusts given to them to provide for their sustenance in a temporary lifetime. Allah is eternal. If Allah created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them and all that is created is permanent with Allah, then all that is created belongs to Allah and is owned and controlled by Him.
(He is all-powerful) Allah is all-powerful over all of His creation, down to the particles and the nuclei in the atom, over all created matter, the living and the non-living, the visible and the invisible. There is no object of His that is not under His sovereignty and of which He is not aware.
Surah al-An'am has 165 Verses. Verses 91, 92, 93, 151, 152, 153 were revealed in Medina and the other verses in Mecca. The Surah is called Surah An'am because some verses of the Surah condemn some traditions of the Arabs regarding sacrificed animals. En'am is a word that refers to a combination of sheep, goats, camels, cattle and buffaloes.
What is said in the video
Alright, God willing. Surah Al-Ma'idah, verse 120. To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens, the earth and everything in them. He has full power over all things.
To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens, the earth and everything in them. Now, what is the meaning in this? (?) La ilahe illallah.
When we turn our eyes to the sky, can you see a crack in it, the verse says. Your eyes will fall back before you, humbled, it says. Before you. So these heavens you see, and these stars you see, and this world you live on, with the lunar system, the sun, moon and earth turning around one another's axes: all these, that there is no god but Allah who created and programmed these beings, that there is no god but the essence of Allah Almighty, they symbolise. All these worlds, (?), symbolise that they belong to Allah and that there is no god but Him. What does it say? To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens, the earth and everything in them.
The dominion. Because He is their Creator; there is no creator but Him. You have a house built, you get its title deed, you say, it is my property. As a trustee of that property, of the true ownership, you take a document in hand. A trustee. Otherwise every soul will taste death, and the inheritance of the heavens and the earth and what is between them will remain with Allah, it says. So the true ownership is Allah's. The true ownership of these beings is Allah's. Yes. One man put it so well, he says: owner of goods, owner of property, I mean the first owner of this; goods are a lie, property is a lie, go on and amuse yourself a little, he says.
Yes, what beautiful words they have spoken to turn people to the Truth. Allah Almighty is the One who brings into being from nothing, He is the Creator. It is Allah who created the heavens, the earth and all that is between them, and who is their Owner.
If someone owns something and holds its title deed too, he is the temporary owner of that property and the temporary ownership is his. Temporary ownership. In that case all created beings are perishable, while Allah is everlasting. The ownership held in trust in the hands of the perishable are trusts given to them for securing their provision within a temporary life. But Allah is everlasting. By creating the heavens, the earth and what is between them, if all created beings are everlasting through Allah, all created beings are His dominion, and the disposal of them belongs to Allah.
He has full power over all things. Allah Almighty has full power over everything. That is, there is not a single particle He is unaware of. Allah, over all that He created, over particles and even the nuclei inside the atom, over every created substance, living and non-living, visible and invisible, has full power. There is no object that is not under His rule and that He does not know of. Yes.
