Translation
Allah has made the Kaaba, the House worthy of being respected, the forbidden months, the pilgrimage sacrifice and the garland (the sacrifice carries) a means of straightening the back of mankind (financially and spiritually). And this is for you to know that Allah knows all the things in the heavens and the earth, and that Allah is All-Knowing.
Tafsir
Human beings are flawed because they are mentally incomplete by creation. They become sinners because of the mistakes they have committed. Allah (swt) has made the Ka'bah and the revered Baytullah, the Haram month, the sacrifices of Hajj and the necklaces around the necks of the sacrifices to make people worship Allah (swt) and to make them available for the benefit of people, Allah (swt) declares that by accepting people as burdened with the burden of sin, a burden that they cannot overcome, He has made it a reason to straighten their backs in His verse, forgiving them, forgiving their sins, and making people pure. The worship of Allah (swt) informs people that Allah (swt) forgives their sins with His attribute of Gaffar and covers their sins with His attribute of Settar.
All living and non-living creatures are programmed to Allah (swt). Their movements, desires and wishes are known to Allah (swt), and Allah (swt) is aware of the states of His creatures, since He has programmed their states, from mote to sphere, into His Self. When people commit a mistake, they involuntarily realize that they have committed a sin. Since people know that Allah (swt) knows the sins they have committed, they realize that they have sinned. In this respect, every created human being realizes that Allah (swt) knows everything and knows that they are responsible to Allah (swt).
What is said in the video
Surah Al-Ma'idah, verse 97: Allah has made the Kaaba, that house worthy of reverence, the sacred month, the pilgrimage sacrifice and the garlands hung on the sacrificial animals' necks a cause, materially and spiritually, for people's backs to be straightened. This is so that you too understand and know that Allah knows all that is in the heavens and on earth, and that Allah is knowing of everything.
Because people are created with deficient reason by their nature, they err. Because of the errors they have committed, they become sinners. Allah Almighty made the Kaaba and that revered House of Allah, the sacred month, the pilgrimage sacrifice and the garlands on the sacrificial animals' necks, so as to have worship done to His Being. And again, offering these for people's benefit, by accepting in His presence the material and spiritual acts of worship — people laden with the burden of sin, a burden they cannot bear — by saying in His verse that He made it a cause for their backs to be straightened, He declares that He forgives them, pardons their sins, and has made it a means of making people completely clean.
What does Allah Almighty say? One who comes to the House of Allah, circles the House of Allah, performs the sa'y between Safa and Marwah, at the Station of Abraham prays two rak'ahs and completes his pilgrimage is as if newly born from his mother, He says. Whoever says the opposite denies the verse. See how beautifully Allah Almighty declares that with the sacrifices slaughtered there and the circlings we have performed He forgives us.
Yes.
The acts of worship done to Allah Almighty's Being — Allah forgiving people's sins through His attribute al-Ghaffar and covering their sins through His attribute as-Sattar — this is what it makes known. All created beings, living and non-living, are programmed to Allah Almighty. Their movements, wishes and desires are known by Allah, and since Allah Almighty has programmed to His Being the states of all He created, from the atom to the globe, He is aware of the conditions of His creatures. When people commit an error, they involuntarily become aware that they have sinned. So people, since Allah Almighty knows the sins they have committed, come to realise that they have sinned.
Therefore every created human, realising that Allah Almighty knows everything, comes to know that they are accountable to Allah Almighty.
