For the word they are saying, Allah will give them as reward paradises below which rivers flow and they will stay there eternally. Such is the reward of the muhsin.
Tafsir
Because of the good words they say in obedience to Allah and His Messenger, and because they believe in Allah, believe in the Prophet and the Scriptures, and turn to Allah and say, "O Allah, we have believed in You and in what You have sent down, so enroll us with those who bear witness to the truth", Allah will grant them Gardens with rivers flowing from the ground, in which they will dwell forever.
How good is the reward of those who believe in Allah, who do good deeds, who do not exceed the limits, who are not arrogant and proud, who are not haughty!
O man! Allah does not take away our wealth and property by making us work day and night. He does not put us in a hardship. He does not put a burden on our backs that we cannot bear. If He tells you to give from what I have given you to those in need, it is also for us. Isn't Allah, who gave you this wealth and property, capable of giving it to that needy person in an instant? How will Allah, who tests us, give us the Hereafter? By continuing to serve Allah with our good deeds and good behaviors, we will buy the bliss of eternal life, the abode of the Hereafter, with our acts of worship.
This world is a market and a shopping center. Some profit and some lose. O man! Beware that you do not fall into the hands of a robber and a thief! Do your shopping with good people so you don't end up frustrated and bankrupt.
What is said in the video
Yes.
Because of this word they said, Allah gave them, to abide in forever, gardens beneath whose ground rivers flow as a reward, it says. How beautiful. What did they say? Write us down with the good, they said.
This is the reward of those who act well, it says.
Because of the beautiful words they said (?) Allah and His Messenger. Their believing in Allah, their believing in the prophets and the books,
with the books in their hands recognizing the Quran right there, tears from their eyes shedding, turning to Allah Almighty: O Allah, truly we have believed in You and in what You sent down. 'Us with those who bear witness to the Truth' — because they wrote that, Allah Almighty too, for them, to abide in forever — gardens beneath whose ground rivers flow will begin. Gardens. So, of those who believe in Allah, who act well, who do not transgress, who do not give in to arrogance and pride, who are not haughty — how beautiful the reward is.
O man, Allah does not, making us work night and day, take our property and possessions from our hands. He does not put us under duress, nor does He load on our backs a burden we would have to carry. If He says: of what I gave you, give charity for My sake to those in need — this too is again for us. Allah who gave you this property and possession — is He not able to give it to that person in need in an instant? Allah, through unknown doors, gives to whom He wishes, when He wishes, as much as He wishes. Us — Allah who tests us with us, with one another — the abode of the Hereafter, how will He give it to us? In worldly life, by our getting along well with one another.
By our reaching out to those in need. By our giving what is due. Yes. So with the good deeds and good conduct we do, continuing our duty of servanthood to Allah, with our worship we will buy the bliss of eternal life in the abode of the Hereafter.
Allah Allah. How will you buy it? Is Allah selling Paradise?
Who, it says, buys Paradise with their lives and their wealth. There's a beautiful one. A verse? Buys Paradise with their lives and their wealth. With their lives: the martyrs. With their wealth: within a lifetime, a person, of the time he has earned and spent, the wealth he has by right, that is, the wealth he received in return for his earnings, to the needy servant, whom again our Lord created, he gives as charity. That is, he gives him a piece of his life.
What does it mean, giving a piece of his life? So did I give him my life? I spent my life to earn that wealth. I spent it to earn that wealth. What did I do? I went and worked so many hours at such and such a place. Those hours of my life — to get that wealth, spending my own efforts, I got that money. And I gave that money to my brother in need. Am I not giving from my life? I had spent my life there. So do I have a right over it? If Allah Almighty wished, could He not give to him? He would. So by having it given from my hand, by having it given from your hand, He raises your ranks, and you — that man you sold that life of yours to, Allah (?) — He sells you Paradise. He gives Paradise.
Yes. Our Lord is just. Would He let the good you did go to waste?
Yes.
This world is a market and shopping center. The worldly life. Some profit, some lose. O man, be careful. Don't get robbed by highwaymen and thieves. Trade with good people, so that you are not ruined and go bankrupt. Yes. Because Satan sets traps before people. So does taghut. Although taghut is Satan, two-legged people are also called satans — taghuts. They are highwaymen, swindlers. Just as a person works and earns money, and a thief, a pick- pocket, a swindler snatches it, takes it from his hand, leaves him stark naked, so the provisions he has prepared for the Hereafter — such pick- pockets, what Satan shows, the paths our Lord does not want, they adorn for them.
Those taghuts, two-legged taghuts, in return for material things or something else, draw people to their own side, and from the provisions he would send to the Hereafter if they deprive him, if they bankrupt his load of good deeds and load the burden of sins onto his back — are these not swindlers?
Worse than the swindler in the world.
Yes.
