Oh My people! Enter the blessed soil that Allah has shown to you (as your home) and do not turn back; otherwise, you will turn as losers.

Tafsir

O my people, enter Jerusalem, the holy land which Allah has shown you as your homeland. And do not turn back; do not disobey the command of Allah. They disobeyed the Prophet and Allah, even though Allah was with us. Despite the fact that Allah was with them, the other ten of the twelve who went to Jerusalem, except for two of the vanguard, frightened the people by telling them what they saw in Jerusalem, and these people refused to enter Jerusalem and did not listen to Allah and His Messenger.

Although Hazrat Moses warned these twelve people to tell him what they had seen in Jerusalem and not to tell the people, they disobeyed Allah and His Messenger by not listening to him and telling the people what they had seen, except for two people, and they did not obey Allah and His Messenger. This is how Moses warned his people to obey Allah or else they would be disappointed, and if they did not obey Allah, they would be among the losers, but because they feared people and did not fear Allah, they turned their backs to Allah. Allah (swt) has cursed them.

If people ask Allah (swt) for something, and in return Allah (swt) grants them what they ask for, and they break their covenant and break their word, Allah (swt) will put a public lawsuit against them. He will either destroy them in the earth or curse them for their unjust behavior towards their own souls, holding them as witnesses to themselves.

What is said in the video

Surah Al-Ma'idah, verse 21: O my people! The holy land that Allah has shown you as a homeland, enter it and do not turn back, or you will have returned as losers, it says. Allah Almighty promises them Jerusalem. But when they see the strong people there: O Moses, you and Allah fight the war, win the war, then we'll go there, they say. A people who go this far. O my people, the holy lands Allah has shown you as a homeland, Jerusalem: enter it, He says, Jerusalem. And because they drew back from it, Allah Almighty punishes them. For forty years in that Sinai desert they stay stranded. 40 years. Their children come out of there and, with David, um, as a homeland, by fighting, they secure a homeland for themselves.

In this way they conclude that Moses and Aaron too died in the Sinai desert. Because they stayed (?), punished with imprisonment. The people; the prophets did not abandon them either. Yes. Since they did not abandon them, and since it was their children who passed out of there, all of them died there. As a result of that punishment.

O people, the holy lands Allah has shown you as a homeland, Jerusalem, enter it. And do not turn back. Do not disobey Allah's command, Allah is with us: although he said this, they did not obey the prophet and Allah. Although Allah was with them, of the 12 men who went to Jerusalem beforehand, two excepted, the other 10, by telling the people what they saw in Jerusalem, frightened them.

By Allah Almighty's command, since the Jews were twelve tribes, one man from each tribe will come; we will send these twelve men to Jerusalem, Moses says; these twelve men, to no one in any way, when they return, will say a word; they will tell only me what they saw, he says. they will tell me. But among these, because there was this (?), two people excepted, he says. Two people from two tribes excepted. The other ten go to their own tribes. When they tell their peoples that the people there are strong, very strong, mighty, powerful, and that they could never cope with them, they frighten them.

And so the peoples, in this way, oppose Moses. Yet Allah Almighty promises: I am with you, He says. Yes. Even so, after Allah Almighty (?), this to my prophet after He has promised it, whether I stay alive or not doesn't concern me. Why? Allah is with me. If He is with me, He is the one who gives me life. He is the one who created death and life. So since every soul shall taste death and our return is to Him, would a person who receives such a promise from his Lord fear other people? Since Allah Almighty is with him, if you gave that life of yours to Allah, know that you are a sultan of the Hereafter, if only you knew.

Yes. So those bound to the world, those who can't give up anything of their nafs, those who turn their backs on Allah, yes, in the face of so much grace, these, and for this state of theirs they were again not cursed, they were punished, punished.

Yes, 12 men; beforehand, two excepted, the other 10 frightened the people by telling them what they saw in Jerusalem, and these people gave up entering Jerusalem and did not listen to Allah and His Messenger.

Although Moses, warning these 12 chosen men, told them not to tell the people what they saw in Jerusalem but to tell him, these, two excepted, did not listen to Moses and, by telling the people what they saw, rebelled against Allah and His Messenger and did not obey Allah and His Messenger. So Moses, warning his people, that they should obey Allah, otherwise they would come to loss. Yes, that if Allah is not obeyed they will have returned as losers, his reminding them; in response, fearing people and not fearing Allah, they turned their backs on Allah. And Allah Almighty punished them. Yes, people ask Allah Almighty for things; in return Allah Almighty gives them what they asked, and if these people go back on their covenant and break their word, in these cases Allah Almighty brings a public case against people.

Now here one must pay attention. We read past it, but you may not have understood it. Let's open that part up for you.

People ask Allah Almighty for things. In return Allah Almighty gives them what they asked.

Like: my Allah, give us a homeland; my Allah, give us this; my Allah, give that. If it's within their destiny, Allah Almighty, to make them witnesses against themselves, gives it to them. That is, he also gives a word. I'll do this, I'll do that. He gives his word to Allah Almighty too. For example, let's say; let me give an example from myself. My Allah, give me trillions. I'll have mosques built for You, let me say, I'll have Quran courses opened, I'll have (?) built, I say. Now Allah Almighty gives, you know, He gives. (?), being stingy, I (?) my word. What happened? I go back on my covenant.

I prove what kind of person I am. So this means he went back on his covenant. (?), in return for the word you gave, what kind of person you are, without proving it, did you think you would (?)? The verse becomes manifest. And we go back on the word we gave in the world. We go back on our covenant. That is, we go back to the characters we gave at the root, to our will we go back. Those characters are worked into us, and Allah Almighty says to us: you asked for it like this, and I gave it to you. But look, you were like this, you were a denier. You went back on your word, He says. That is, you went back on the word you gave in the world.

People can't tell these places apart. And this is the subtle part anyway. Look, here we write it that way. People ask Allah Almighty for things. In return Allah Almighty gives them what they asked. And these people, (?) their covenant, going back on their covenant, that is, in the (?) address, returning to the covenant they gave Allah Almighty, in the world they go back on their words. If, going back, they break their word, if those people do not have that character, but, um, with the word he gave in the world, thinking he will deceive Allah, if it was a word said (?) to satisfy His servants, once he has obtained it, if they break it, in these cases Allah Almighty brings against people a public case.

For example the people of Salih too, the people of Salih: Allah (?), they say, let Him bring a camel out of this rock, they say; it is brought out, and although they saw the miracle, the camel they kill, and finally the public case comes in. So if Allah Almighty makes manifest what peoples asked of our Lord, and that people too does not believe it, then that people is destroyed. The public case enters the matter, they are destroyed. They asked many things of the Prophet (peace be upon him) too. But Allah Almighty did not fulfil their requests.

Why didn't He? This is important. Because he had come as a mercy to the worlds. Wa ma arsalnaka illa rahmatan lil-alamin. Destructions were removed; there were calamities. And Allah Almighty's word, whatever it was in pre-eternity, is the same in eternity. Since it could not be that He destroyed them and did not destroy these, He did not make manifest what they asked for. Because He knew, He knew that even if those wishes were fulfilled, they still would not believe. And this time they would be destroyed. And this time it would contradict the verse rahmatan lil-alamin. So Allah Almighty, always with verses, without any human (?) in it, He says. Had this been a human (?), many words not agreeing with each other, as stated in the verse; with such beautiful examples He sets out His verses to people and explains them.

Without leaving any part missing. Yes.

Making them witnesses against themselves, for these people's wrongful conduct against their own nafs He either destroys them on earth or curses them. Yes. Curses them. And when they went too far, Allah Almighty turned them into a cursed (?). Because they deserved that curse.
