Oh you believers! Do not forget the blessing of Allah upon you when a group attempted to lay their hands on you and Allah had taken their hands away from you. Fear Allah; and those who are mu’min should only trust in Allah.

Tafsir

O you who believe! The blessings of Allah upon mankind are great. Allah has sent mankind to a realm of the unseen where His Essence is veiled. He does not leave people alone in this strange realm, but teaches them what they do not know through Prophets and Books, and through scholars. By shedding light on the path of people, He brings people out of darkness into light, out of oppression into light. These blessings of Allah are a great favor to mankind. To complete His favor on mankind, He has provided them with all kinds of sustenance by showing them the paths of guidance. O you who believe, remember this bounty and give thanks to Allah.

It is narrated that the Prophet (SAW) and his companions were praying the noon prayer in the valley called Asfan during the Ghazwa of Zienmar, when their enemies saw them, but they did not attack them, and after the prayer was over, the enemy troops regretted not attacking them. They thought of attacking them in the Asr prayer. So Allah said to the Prophet, "Let some of you stand against the enemy while some of you are praying. It has been reported in the Ayat about Salat havf.

The verses of the Holy Qur'an, which will rule until the Day of Judgment, shed light on events that will happen in every age, even though they describe the past. By creating events, Allah (swt) shows the people who will come until the Day of Judgment how to behave. Allah (swt) will surely complete His light. In this respect, through events and traits and the various emotions that He gives to people, Allah (swt) gives life to people because He is the Lord of the worlds. Allah created His creations according to a program. In order to maintain the course of the universe until doomsday and to complete its light, to preserve its light in the face of various emotions of people, to create events in a way that this program is not prejudiced, both announces the truth to people and completes the course of the worlds in this program until doomsday.

So fear Allah. For Allah is all-powerful. No creature can be equated with Allah and Allah cannot be taken lightly. He cannot be turned a deaf ear, He cannot be turned away, He is all-powerful.

(The believer knows that there is no God but Allah and there is no refuge except Him, and Allah is the source of all refuge (hasbunallahi wa nimel wakal wakal wa nimelmawla wa nimannasir). There is no other way of salvation but Him, and trust is in Allah alone.

What is said in the video

We have come to verse 11 of Surah Al-Ma'idah. O you who believe! Bismillahirrahmanirrahim O you who believe, do not forget Allah's favour to you. What favour is this? First of all, the favour of our being created as human beings. And His giving a part of His spirit and holding us as addressees of His Essence.

His creating us as the noblest of creatures. His making us vicegerents over His creatures in the world. His leaving us free in our own will. Are these not favours? Are these not favours? Yes. Remember when a group had set out to stretch their hands against you, and Allah held their hands back from you. Fear Allah, and let the believers trust in Allah alone. Let the believers put their trust in Allah alone. (?), of trust? Of trust. Yes. O you who believe! Allah's favour upon people is very great. Allah sent people to a strange world in which His Essence is veiled, and did not leave people alone in this strange world; with prophets and books, and also with scholars, He taught people what they did not know.

These too are a favour. The favours of our Lord. What does it say? If We had not sent you prophets and books, you would have had to know Me with the intellect I gave you. But Our mercy reached you. We sent you prophets and books, it says, so that you would come to your senses, so that you would use your intellect. Yes, lighting their way, He brought them out of darkness into light, out of oppression into light. (?) with His verses, people out of darkness into light, out of oppression into light. Well, Hodja, in this age, aren't those who remain in darkness the Muslims, aren't they the ones left behind?

And in the light are the unbelievers, the non-Muslims.

Do not forget Allah Almighty's attribute of justice. Our Lord gives to the one who works.

The Ottomans worked, the Ottomans worked; from the cellars of the Byzantine Empire they took away the masters who cast cannons.

They ended the Middle Ages, opened the Modern Age, destroyed the Byzantine Empire, and that place, they conquered Istanbul. Many inventions were made by Muslims. If the Muslims fell asleep, are you going to abolish Allah's attribute of justice? Of course He will give to the one who works.

Just think about it. All of Europe, uniting, launched crusades every ten years. The Crusades.

The Ottomans fought them every ten years. The aim was to wipe out Islam. But would they put out Allah's light (?) with their mouths? Allah will continue His light until the Day of Judgement, it says. So today we, the continuation of the Ottomans, the distinguished Muslims of the earth, as Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah, stand against the world. (?)

Within their dark swamp, within their way of life, within their restlessness, your being with your Lord, your being at peace, is it not enough for you? I mean, are you going to tie everything to money, to wealth?

Every soul shall taste death. The inheritance of the heavens, the earth and what is between them will remain to Allah.

(?) You will take care of it.

So do not let their pompous way of life deceive you. My beloved, He says, their living in luxury in the world is only for a short time. Yes. That is why you work too. Get to a higher position than him. That is what Allah Almighty says: develop your world. If they develop it and work hard, Allah has the attribute of justice; He gives to them. But if within that knowledge, within that wealth, they cannot find their Lord, what does it say this time? All the fine things they did have gone to waste, it says.

If Allah Almighty makes so much effort over His creatures, if He tries to lead people to science and technology, if He leads people to unity and togetherness, and if the Muslims side with their nafs, if they turn their backs on the truth,

the worst part of it is that besides siding with his nafs and turning his back on the truth, he also cannot (?) laziness, he does not work. And the other also turns his back on the truth, together with his lack of faith, but he works. There is a difference. He works. If you worked with this faith of yours, you would rise far above him. How? Because one Muslim (?) three non-Muslims, it says. His intellect. Look, today, with the inventions of Muslims in other countries, those countries stand on their feet. That is why Allah Almighty says: do not work for them. Yes. Because they will collapse.

O you who believe! Allah's favour upon people is very great. Allah sent people to an unseen world in which His Essence is veiled, and in this strange world He does not leave people alone; with prophets, with books, and also with scholars He teaches people what they do not know.

Lighting their way, He brought them out of darkness into light, out of oppression into light. This favour of Allah is a great grace to people. To complete His favour upon people, His showing them the ways of guidance and providing people with every kind of provision is another grace. O you who believe, remember this grace and favour and give thanks to Allah. Thank Allah. He said: O our Lord, O our Lord who created the worlds, because You equipped us with the attribute of being human, because You gave us a part of Your spirit and held us as addressees of Your Essence, praise and glory be to You. O our Lord, because within this life You offered us Your favours, honoured us with these beautiful favours of Yours, gave us life with those favours You created, to You be praise and glory, to You be thanks.

And look what Allah Almighty says in return for this thanks of yours. Would We ever, He says, diminish the wealth of one who gives thanks? How beautifully He says it. What a beautiful mutual bargain this is. O our Lord, we have known our helplessness. We are the helpless servants created by Your Essence. And we are in need of Your Essence. Just as there would be no life without You, a lifetime without You cannot be imagined either. In this case, in this world and the Hereafter we are in need of You. In the face of these favours You (?) us, however much we fulfil our thanks, the thanks for these favours You gave us within Your purpose of creation, to fulfil it is not possible for us. Join us to those who fulfil Your thanks in the most beautiful way, to their company, our Lord, and look what the outcome is.

Always our Lord increases both your wealth and your provision, and He does not let the calamities that would come to you coil upon your head. He will test you piece by piece, you see; piece by piece, (?), He takes it out of you, and does not strike like the sledgehammer He strikes on the heads of others.

These are all the return for fulfilling thanks. And the more you give thanks, the more you meet pardon and forgiveness, the more you meet Allah's mercy, and you become His close one. Yes, what do we say? To complete His favour upon people He shows them the ways of guidance, and His providing people with every kind of provision is another grace. O you who believe, you should remember this grace and favour and give thanks to Allah.

According to (?), the Prophet (peace be upon him), together with his companions, on the night of (?), in the (?) valley, while praying the noon prayer, their enemies see them. But they do not attack them. After the prayer was over, the enemies regret not having attacked them. They think of attacking them at the afternoon prayer. So Allah to your Prophet: while some of you pray, let some of you stand against the enemy; the verse about salat al-khawf was revealed. Although the verses of the Quran, which will rule until the Day of Judgement, tell of past times, in fact, to shed light on events that will happen in every age, Allah created these events and shows the people who will come until the Day of Judgement how they should behave.

Allah Almighty will certainly complete His light, His light, the verses; to the people who will come until the Day of Judgement Allah Almighty will make His word heard, according to the verse 'I call no one to account for what I have not made known'. As if, without a single spirit remaining in the world of barzakh, they will all come to the world, and after all the spirits created there have run out, then the Last Day will break in the world, and how long we will lie under the earth we do not know. Because the angel (?) charged with keeping its count, it says. But to us it will seem a day or less than a day; when we rise, everyone, it says, will follow Israfil, there is no dodging him, it says, exactly like life; he will follow Israfil, when the mountains crumble into dust, it says, when the heavens become another heaven, and the earth, it says, becomes another earth.

And the world, when the world becomes completely flat, then with the trumpet of Israfil people will rise from there, and there is (?) to Israfil, it says. They, fixing their eyes on the sky, it says, will come running. They will find themselves, it says, at the gathering place. Themselves.

Where is the Sirat bridge here? None. These Sirat bridges are all stories. Their proverb has turned into the Sirat bridge.

That is, if you leave the path (?), you fall into the middle of Hell, it says. True. This falling into the middle of Hell has become a bridge. Supposedly beaten with hooks, with (?). Supposedly passing through the middle of Hell. Remember, Paradise was brought near to them, it says. And when Hell is shown to the unbelievers, it says. Look how beautifully He says it. To the Muslims Paradise was brought near, and to the unbelievers, it says, when Hell is shown. People who have no knowledge of the verses (?) proverbs (?). And those who think that, to themselves it is Arabic, that with Arabic they (?), that they are doing scholarship, have believed in such (?). We too believed at one time, I don't deny it.

(?), that is what they said. We knew it that way too. But when you see the truth you will turn back, when you see the truth you will turn back. That there is no Sirat bridge, there are hundreds of verses. Hundreds. I will read them to you. When the time comes. I will read them all. Yes.

Allah Almighty will certainly complete His light. In this respect, with events and (?), with people's various traits, Alhamdulillahi Rabbil Alamin: Allah, the Lord of the worlds, created His creatures within a program, and for the maintenance of the universe's course until the Day of Judgement and the completion of His light, His protecting His light against people's various feelings is making the truth heard to people. His protecting His light. They thought they would put out Allah's light by blowing with their mouths, it says. Allah will complete His light until the Day of Judgement. Because in that address 'Elestü bi-Rabbiküm', those people's times to come, and within those times, those Muslims, making them live among non-Muslims, He will magnify His light for them.

So fear Allah. If this light will be completed until the Day of Judgement, and on the Day of Judgement every soul tastes death and our return is to Allah, then fear Allah. Because Allah's power suffices for everything. If humans and jinn gathered, they could do Allah no harm. Why does it say humans and jinn in the verse? It does not say even the angels.

Maybe it never occurred to you, but let me tell you. It says humans and jinn. Because humans and jinn, since they are free in their own will, are responsible for what they do. Angels, however, are programmed. They cannot step out of the program. For example, a robot does whatever it is programmed for. Allah Almighty does not hold it as His addressee. I mean, a person does not hold that robot as his addressee. It is at his command. Whatever he intended, that person, that robot will carry it out on that program. He can only repair it. So he does not see it as a power against himself. But when He says humans and jinn: since Allah Almighty left them free with their own will, they are responsible to Allah Almighty.

In this case they were left free with their own will to know or not know Allah. And among them, on condition of being (?), and of people too on condition of being (?), they were separated. That is why Allah Almighty says, if humans and jinn gathered, (?) Allah Almighty. Yes.

So fear Allah, because Allah's power suffices for everything. No being is held equal to Allah, and Allah is not taken lightly. He is not ignored, He is not turned away from. He is the possessor of absolute power. Let the believers trust in Allah alone. Let them put their trust in Him. The believers. The believing person knows that there is no god but Allah. And there is no other door to take refuge in besides Him. Besides Allah. Whatever a person does, let him do it.

However much a person takes refuge in another person, either that person dies and he is left out in the open, or the shelter he stays in collapses, and again he is left out in the open. But if he takes refuge in Allah, in this world and the Hereafter (?) he takes refuge. Allah, who is the source of all shelters, the source of all shelters, Allah, how beautiful a guardian, how beautiful a protector, and how beautiful a support He is; there is no way of salvation besides Him, and trust belongs to Allah alone. Yes.
