Tafsir
People who spend the worldly life irresponsibly, not fearing Allah, indulging in their own desires, people who enjoy all the blessings Allah has given them and do not give thanks to Him and turn their backs on Him, and people who try to mislead Allah's servants from the path of Allah, by indulging in the pleasures of the worldly life, When those who are accustomed to fulfill their every wish are kept away from the mercy of Allah in the Hereafter, when they see the deprivation there, it will be as if a dagger has been driven into their hearts, and the deprivation will be very bitter for the hypocrites when they see the deprivation there, before those who are accustomed to get their every wish done in this world are subjected to the torments and punishments in the life of Hell.
It is also stated in the Holy Qur'an that the punishments and tortures they will suffer in the eternal life of hell will not be like the life of this world, but they will be subjected to endless and painful punishments. It is stated in the Holy Qur'an that Allah (swt) says and informs people that they will enter a pure fire, they will drink boiling water, they will eat the fruits of the oleander tree that grows in Hell, the fruits of this tree are bitter, they will give heat to those who eat them, and they will be made to drink boiling water as they become hot. There are many more such punishments. May Allah protect us from such a fate.

With verse 138 of Surah An-Nisa, they were hypocrites anyway. It says: give the hypocrites the tidings that there is a painful punishment for them. To the hypocrites. It opens up like this, so the verses support one another anyway. That is, it doesn't open it from there and then always go off to some other side. The same verses are supported. Those who spend this worldly life irresponsibly, without fearing Allah, carried away by the whims of their nafs — people, who benefit from every kind of blessing Allah gives, yet do not thank Him and turn their backs, people, and moreover those who strive to lead Allah's servants away from Allah's path, those who, sunk in the pleasures of this world, are used to having every wish fulfilled — when in the hereafter they are kept far from Allah's mercy, when they see the deprivation there, those who in this world were used to having everything they said done — even before they are struck with the torments of hellish life and the punishments they will see, their deprivation will be so bitter to the hypocrites that it will be as if a dagger were plunged into their hearts.
This, then, is a humiliating punishment. A humiliating punishment of Allah Almighty. Then it says a burning punishment. Then it says a painful punishment. All separate punishments. Yes.
Moreover, the punishments and tortures they will suffer in eternal hellish life are not like worldly life; that they will be struck with endless, unceasing, agonizing, painful punishments is declared in the Holy Quran. According to what Allah Almighty decrees and tells people in the Holy Quran, they will enter a blazing fire, drink boiling water, and of the zaqqum tree growing in hell eat the fruits; the fruits of this tree are bitter and make those who eat them burn with heat, and people will drink from that heat — it is declared that boiling water will be drunk. There are many more punishments like this.
May Allah protect us all from such an end. Yes.
