Tafsir
In this verse, Allah (swt), referring to all human beings, says that neither your delusions, i.e. you who are Muslims, can speak about the unseen, nor those who are not Muslims can speak about the unseen. This is not possible. Because when Allah created, He did not make His creatures witnesses. But Allah creates miracles. The reason why Allah creates miracles is to prove the existence of His Essence, so that people in the realm of property do not say, "If only we had been aware of the existence of His Essence, some events would have occurred to us. So do not listen to what you are told except what Allah has promised you, for it is all talk or imagination.
(Whoever does an evil deed will be punished for it. He will find no friend or helper for himself except Allah) Everyone's actual actions are their own. No one is held accountable for what anyone else does. In this respect, Allah says that everyone will be rewarded for an iota of sin and an iota of good deeds. Therefore, whoever commits an evil deed and does not repent, does not feel remorse for what he has done, does not seek forgiveness from Allah, continues in his evil deeds, continues with his own ego, makes evil his motto, lives in this way, and when death comes and he goes to the Hereafter in this state, he will not only be punished for his evil deeds, but he will not find a friend for himself except Allah. Because Allah is the only one who can save him. But because Allah is the All-Just, He does not show mercy to those who disbelieve in Him and commit sins. Even the Prophets do not intercede for those whom He has withheld His mercy from.
What is said in the video
How beautifully He puts it: neither your fancies, that is, the fancies of those who believe, nor the fancies of the People of the Book are real. Whoever does evil will receive its punishment and will find for himself, besides Allah, no friend nor helper. Neither your fancies are real, nor the fancies of the People of the Book. Why? Because we do not know the unseen, that is why: la gayb-i illallah. We only indulge in fancies; with fancies we let ourselves be carried away by (?), we plunge ourselves into depression. Fancy: how beautifully Allah Almighty puts it. They are not real. That is, you do not know the unseen, yet you indulge in fancies about it and plunge yourselves into depression.
Yes.
So Allah Almighty, who knows the unseen, tells people, all people: you are not informed of the unseen. Only, some events of the unseen, by showing them to people, that is, to His saintly servants, by showing them a little, something for a moment, that becomes a miracle (karamat) in that saint: 'he said it back then,' they say. Yes. And neither your fancies nor the fancies of the People of the Book are real. Whoever does evil will receive its punishment and will find for himself, besides Allah, no friend nor helper. Is that so? La ilahe illallah. There is no god but Allah, after all. If all beings were created by Allah, and people are Allah's servants, is there besides Allah any other friend or helper?
In this verse Allah Almighty, meaning all people, says: neither your fancies, that is, neither can you, as Muslims, speak as if you knew the unseen, nor can those outside Islam speak as if they knew the unseen. This is not possible, He says. Yes.
Because when Allah created, He did not make His creatures witnesses to it. He did not make His creatures witnesses. While creating, He did not make His creatures witnesses. From beginning to end. This. This is the meaning here. Let us open it up a little. Otherwise, in the verse He says: when We created Satan and his companions and these worlds, We did not take them as witnesses, He says. There are things He makes them witness, though: after creating, He makes them witness some of their traits, He does. But not while creating. We speak of the secret of secrets, don't we: while He creates, He does not show how He creates; once He has created, He shows how He made some traits.
This is Allah Almighty's creating, unique to His Essence, belonging to Him alone. Yes. What are we saying? Because when Allah created, He did not make His creatures witnesses. His creatures. That is: 'Look, from beginning to end, how I created this, you are a witness to it.' He did not make them witnesses to their creation like that. For instance, in the address 'Alastu bi-Rabbikum', when in the realm of lahut He created the souls and suddenly gave them life and said, 'I am your Lord', that is, He says to them, 'Am I not your Lord?' For Him to be able to say 'Am I not', the soul would have to know from beginning to end that it was created; it would have to know that.
It would have to know that the Lord before it had created it, and then, if it denied Him, He would say, 'Am I not your Lord?' Whereas it happens all at once: when a sudden quickening comes over the souls, Allah Almighty addresses them all at once: 'I am your Lord.' And the Prophet beside Him says, 'Yes, He is our Lord.' And in this way He made no being a witness while creating it. Yes. But Allah creates miracles. He creates miracles. The reason He creates miracles: proving the existence of His Essence, making some events appear to people in the visible world, so that they cannot say, 'if only we had known of the existence of His Essence', that is why Allah Almighty creates these miracles. He gives miracles to the prophets, for example.
The Prophet performed the splitting of the moon (shaqq al-qamar); he split the moon in two. He spoke with trees and animals. Well. In this way He made many miracles appear.
In this case, one of the Prophet's greatest miracles, beside which even the splitting of the moon pales: let us see it, becoming a Companion, that is, suddenly coming to perceive the manifestations of Allah Almighty. When one comes to perceive the manifestations of Allah Almighty: the worlds were created for people anyway, they were created. And man was created to know his Lord. For the Prophet's sake, at once coming to perceive our Lord's manifestations: is that not the greatest miracle? That is why the Companions would give their lives again and again. They would not leave the Prophet's side.
That is why they became Companions. Companions. So do not listen to what is said outside of what Allah has promised you. We say: outside of Allah's promise. Fancies aside, do not listen to them, we say. Because they are fancy, whispering, the desire of Satan, the desire of the nafs. Fancies plunge people into depression. So the most beautiful promise is Allah's promise. Open your ears to Allah's promise, we say. To His verses, His rulings. Yes. They are all mere idle talk and fantasy. Whose? People's whisperings and fancies. All of them
Not all of them. Not all of them. (?) So, what is said outside of Allah's promise to you, do not lend your ears to it. They are all mere idle talk and fantasy. A world of fantasy. People's empty talk. Whoever does evil will receive its punishment. That is what Allah Almighty says, isn't it. Fe men ya'mel miskâle zerratin hayran yerah. I will record the atom's weight of good. Fe men ya'mel miskâle zerratin şerran yerah. I will record the atom's weight of evil as well. I will record it. Yes.
In this case, according to the verse that what each soul earns is the return of its own two hands. Whoever does evil will receive its punishment. And will find for himself, besides Allah, no friend nor helper. Because there is no god but Allah. Allah is the owner of what He created, their absolute power and ruler. In this world all His mercy is for everyone; in the hereafter only for the believers, in the hereafter. Because one who knows Allah and one who does not are not equal. In the hereafter He will lift His mercy from the one who does not know. There they will be subject to the verse that says they are alone and without anyone, so they will remain. Yes, everyone's deeds are their own.
No one is called to account for what someone else has done. In this respect Allah says that for everyone an atom's weight of sin is recorded as sin and an atom's weight of good deed as good. Therefore, whoever commits evil and does not repent, feels no remorse for what he did, does not seek forgiveness from Allah, continues in his evil, sides with his own nafs, makes evil the emblem of his nafs, lives this way, and death comes upon him, and in that state he goes to the hereafter: just as he sees the punishment of the evil he did, he will find for himself no friend besides Allah.
And since Allah will treat such evil people with His justice, he will not find the friendship of Allah Almighty either. Yes. Because the only one who can save him is Allah. But since Allah is just, for those who deny Him and commit sins there is no mercy either. And for the people from whom He has cut off His mercy, the prophets do not intercede either. Yes.
