Translation

the dominion of the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah, and Allah encompasses everything (nothing is outside of Allah’s knowledge and power).

Tafsir

Allah (swt) emphasizes His Wahdat and that there is no other Deity besides Him and says that the heavens and the earth and all that is between them belongs to Allah (swt). If there were another Deity other than Allah, Allah (swt) says in another verse, "He would take what He has created and the other would take what He has created and there would be chaos". Allah (swt) is permanent with His Essence. He is the first, the last, the best and the West.

Before him there was no existence. When Allah willed that His Essence should be known, He created the light of His Messenger from His light and the spirit of His Messenger from His spirit, and from the light of His Messenger He created this entire universe. The created beings were surrounded by time and space. Allah, on the other hand, has abided over time and space and established His sovereignty where there is no time and space. In this respect, all created beings were created in need of Allah. Allah, on the other hand, does not need His creatures. In this respect, Allah is Hay. That is to say, Allah is alive and His creatures are in need of Him, and Allah is not in need of His creatures.

Since all of creation was created in need of Allah, Allah encompasses His creation with His knowledge. Allah is the One who is aware of all His creatures, the One who provides for all His creatures and keeps them under His control at all times, and the One who is not free from His creatures.

All these created worlds were created with the knowledge and power of Allah. Nothing in creation is accidental or random. Allah encompasses His creations and has created them with omnipotence. None of the creatures can go beyond his knowledge and power.

What is said in the video

Whatever is in the heavens and on the earth, all of it belongs to Allah. What beautiful verses, one after another, how beautifully they support each other. Whatever is in the heavens and on the earth, all of it belongs to Allah. So, if Allah gives you what Allah created, how can you be selfish and say 'mine'? How can one eat and drink it and not thank Allah, the Lord who created it? Yes. Whatever is in the heavens and on the earth, all of it belongs to Allah. In another verse too: or do you own even an atom? If that were so, you would not be given even a seed of your world, He says.

In this case again Allah Almighty: every soul shall taste death, the inheritance of the heavens and the earth will remain to Allah. Because He created it; it is His property. That disposal: in the end, the right of disposal is His. He will do whatever He wills. But there is something He will do in the end. The world, which so many people love and, well, for that world turn their backs on Allah: together with those who turn their backs, the world, like a rag, He will tear up and throw into Hell. Yes. You still (?) with what belongs to Hell. What does the hadith say? A person is resurrected with whom he loves.

If you love the world, you are resurrected with the world. The world is for Hell, and you become for Hell too. If you love your Lord very much, you are resurrected in Allah's presence with your Lord's mercy. Receiving His love, you attain His Paradise. A person is resurrected with whom he loves.

whatever is in the heavens and on the earth all belongs to Allah. And Allah encompasses everything. How? There is not a single atom that Allah would leave outside His rule. As we said before, if He were unaware of a single atom He created, that atom would have suffered injustice. Yes. In this case, in the verse too: there is not a single atom to come until the Day of Judgement of which We would not know what it will not do, He says.

nothing remains outside His knowledge and power.

Now we repeat the verse. Whatever is in the heavens and on the earth all belongs to Allah. And Allah encompasses everything. Nothing remains outside His knowledge and power. Because He is the All-Knowing, the Creator. No atom comes into being that He did not create. So He creates every atom under His own rule and knows what is where and what will need what. Allah, is it? The Creator. Our owner. Our Lord, that is. Yes.

Some people are ashamed to say Allah.

Don't say: are there such people? There are many around you. Around you. They do not even say Allah. They say Tanrı, they say whatever. Even if they say it, they hold their own nafs's desires higher. Now, when he says Allah, fearing he will be thought one of the reactionaries and called reactionary, that he won't be called progressive and enlightened, aren't there plenty who avoid taking Allah's name and look down on and belittle those who say Allah? Plenty, you see them on television too.

This man now, listen: if such a man's father were a minister, how he would boast: my father is a minister. If his father were president, king, how he would boast: my father is king. But as for Allah, who created his father, the worlds, this universe, and created him too: saying Allah he is unable to, despising Him, ashamed of Him, unable to call Him Allah; that person boasts of his father and mother, created by Allah, of his relatives, of those in high positions, yet does the person who stays far from the One who created him, who created the worlds, have any sense? Are these people sensible? Can they use their reason?

Can they compare? So the Muslim takes pride in his Lord. In his Lord. He takes pride in Allah. He is honoured by Allah. He becomes one with Him. It is in the verse that we should be like this (?); He wants us to be like this. What does He say? As in the period of ignorance, He says, when you come to the Baytullah, when you circumambulate the Baytullah, after praying two rak'ahs at the Maqam Ibrahim, He says, as you boasted of your mothers and fathers in the period of ignorance, He says, now do not boast of them, He says.

In this verse: this verse supports this one. That is, you, Hodja, in the (?) period, saw your mother and father as great, boasted, saw that they were good people, but then you saw that they too have an owner. Someone created them too. These worlds have an owner. Someone created me too. He calls to me too. I listened to His command and came to the Baytullah. I made the Hajj, I circumambulated. After praying two rak'ahs at the Maqam Ibrahim, what did I say? O Allah, owner of the worlds. Until now I saw my mother, my father, or among my relatives and kin so-and-so as very high. Look. The highest of the high, the greatest of nations, the greatest of the great.

It is You, my Allah. I knew this and came to You. There is no great one but You, I have surrendered to You: when you say this, you have found the truth, it means. Yes. Well, Hodja, so we found Him; shall we not love our mother and father? If you find Him, you observe His command and love your mother and father even more. What does He say? When they reach old age beside you, He says, do not even say 'uff' to them, He says. Yes. In this case, if you have found the love of Allah in your heart, you become someone who carries out His command much more beautifully.

Whatever is in the heavens and on the earth all belongs to Allah, and Allah encompasses everything. Nothing remains outside His knowledge and power.

Allah Almighty, emphasising His oneness and that there is no god but Him, says the heavens and the earth and what is between them belong to Allah, He says. If there were another god besides Allah, Allah Almighty says again in a verse, that one would take what He created, and the other would take what he created, and there would be corruption, He says. There is a deficiency here. Let us correct that place too.

Not a deficiency, but we said 'the earths and the heavens'. It should be the heavens and the earth. Earth.

Yes. Why? Earth, not earths. There are no earths. In no verse are there earths. The heavens and the earth. That is, the earth is the world.

If these worlds were created for man, besides man, that is, since in these other created places there is no man, only one earth is mentioned: the world. Earth. If He had said earths, then besides the world, in these created galaxies, in those places we call stars, there would have been the possibility of people existing. Because earths. In the earths, for example, in the world there are seven continents. An eighth continent has also turned up. Where? Europe, Asia, America, Antarctica, Africa, well, Australia. That is, within these places there are always people. Well, if there were places besides the world, just as people live on these continents, there would be people in those places too.

Plus, plus, now we come to another nice piece of knowledge here. They talk about UFOs, don't they, UFOs. They search for beings on other stars, don't they; there are neither UFOs nor, besides man, people in those other created places. Or living beings. If there were, our Lord would have told us. Then He would have said earths. That is, there are also beings created besides man. You see them in their outward appearance and you meet them. Or you talk with them. Or you (?). It would be. Or you would walk among each other; it would be. Yes. So what they invent as UFOs are nothing other than jinn. The jinn's appearances to them: since they have no religious knowledge or learning, they mislead them, and they live in their fantasy worlds.

Yes.

Very ridiculous. I don't want to say it, but I will.

(?) ridiculous.

What does their head in the Vatican say? The Pope. He says UFOs exist and that they too are (?).

Now what does He say in the previous verse? Neither your fancies nor theirs are evident, He says. Fancy. How beautifully Allah Almighty puts it. We speak in the light of the verses. There are no UFOs. They are nothing but appearances of jinn. They are nothing but the jinn's deception of people. As I said a moment ago, if there were earths, in the earths some living beings and beings like us would have to exist. Even if not like us, if in different forms, He would have said earths. That is, those beings exist. So since He says the heavens and the earth, He means only the world, that on the world only man lives, there is no being besides man, while the jinn also live on the world.

The jinn. Even though they rise into the sky to those constellations, a flame called a shihab follows them. Like a Patriot missile. It catches it and destroys it. If it escapes, it survives.

So between earth and earths there is a difference. Earth is one thing, earths another. If earth: the world, and living on the world only people and jinn, jinn: earth. If earths: there would be people living in galaxies created like the world, or creatures, or some created beings. So since it is not earths but earth, earth, we draw your attention, earth: that right here in the world there is man, that besides that on other planets there is no being, and that Allah Almighty is the owner of the worlds,

that He sent His word only to people on earth; if there were earths, He would have sent the same words to them too. Because Allah would be their owner too. Because He created from the atom to the globe, didn't He. So what does He say? With Us there is a book, in the Lawh al-Mahfuz, preserved, and after that nothing is added and nothing taken away. In this case, the Prophet (peace be upon him), as a mercy to the worlds, if Allah Almighty sent him, mercy to the worlds, and when we say worlds, again, do not accept those worlds, that is, do not accept the other (?). Accept the outward and inward worlds.

That is, the world of this life and the world of the hereafter, two worlds. if He sent mercy to the worlds, and within these worlds, in a broader sense, mercy to the created beings too. To the created beings. Yes. Because Allah Almighty, who rules over His creations with explicit verses, gives them life too, in the light of our Lord's verses. In this case, if the Prophet brought the Quran to people, to people, and though the jinn too said: we heard a Quran, a very beautiful (?), our ancestor lied to us, deceived us, in the Quran: only on earth, that is, in the world, that Allah's word exists, that in other places there is no such word: this it makes known.

So if there is no such word in other places, our Lord makes known to us that in those places, that is, when He would say earths, there He created no being. By saying earth. I suppose we've understood this much here. Yes. Or we tried to explain. The meaning between earth and earths. we repeat, we read the translation of the verse again from the beginning. Whatever is in the heavens and on the earth, whatever is in the heavens and on the earth, all belongs to Allah, and Allah encompasses everything. Nothing remains outside His knowledge and power. You might ask me a question like this. When Allah says in the heavens and on the earth: in the heavens, in the world a place within a heaven, a place in the galaxies.

Well, can't He mean this too? When He says it, of course. In these heavens and earth, however much there is, He means them too, within all of them, but when He says earth, He means us and that the Quran is only in the world. Some created besides man, they talk of UFOs and whatnot, don't they; that such a thing does not exist is what we mean when we say earth. Allah Almighty, emphasising His oneness and that there is no god but Him, says the heavens and the earth and what is between them belong to Allah. If there were another god besides Allah, Allah Almighty says again in a verse, that one would take what He created, and the other would take what he created, and everything would drown in corruption, He says.

Allah Almighty subsists by His Essence. He is huve'l-evvelu ve'l-âhiru ve'z-zâhiru ve'l-bâtın.

He is the First and the Last, the Outward and the Inward. Before Him there was no being. No being at all. When Allah willed that His Essence be known, from His light He created the light of His Beloved, and from His spirit His Beloved's spirit, and from His Beloved's light this entire universe He created. Created beings were encompassed by time and space. Allah, however, is free of need of time and space. That is, He did not need them; (?). That is, He separated.

And He set up His sovereignty where there is no time and space. 'Oh, Allah has a sovereignty,' they say. I will say it like this. Well, where? Our Lord is outside time and space. Isn't it sovereignty by His own existence? Doesn't His own existence have a sovereignty? These are the products of ignorance.

In Mecca the Honoured, the Baytullah: look, Allah's house. An outward, an outward appearance, isn't it? Right above the Baytullah, the one called Bayt al-Ma'mur, (?), the house Allah Almighty calls Bayt al-Ma'mur: is it not unique to His Essence? Is it not the place of His sovereignty? And on earth, as an example and representation of His sovereignty, the Baytullah, the Baytullah in Mecca the Honoured, is it not? Allah's house. If it is Allah's house, it is the house of Allah's sovereignty. The place of His sovereignty, you see. Why do we go there? We go on. In the place of His house. Because it is in the place of His house, because it is in His house.

Is He only in His house, then? He is present and watching everywhere in the universe. So, but in His house, directly in His presence. In His house, directly in His presence. Even if you don't see it, don't know it, this is so. Yes.

Created beings were encompassed by time and space. Allah, however, is free of need of time and space, (?), and where there is no time and space He set up His sovereignty. In this respect all created things were created needing Allah. We said Allah Almighty has the attribute al-Hayy. The attribute al-Hayy. What is al-Hayy? Al-Hayy: the one who gives life to created things but is Himself free of created things. Yes. Allah, however, does not need His creatures. In this respect Allah is al-Hayy. Since all created things were created needing Allah, Allah with His knowledge encompasses His creatures.

Nothing is outside His sight.

Or nothing is outside His rule, outside His rule. Surely, from the atom to the globe, whatever was created is within His rule.

Since all created things were created needing Allah, Allah with knowledge encompasses His creatures. Allah, who is aware of all His creatures, who gives sustenance to all His creation and every moment keeps them under His control, and who is not (?) of His creatures. All these created worlds were created by Allah's knowledge and power. Among created things nothing is chance, and nothing was created at random. You know, in some documentaries some non-Muslims, removing Allah, say this animal developed like this and that, the water came to this state, came out of the water, became like this, that changed shape, this became like this, well, there is no Allah, but people, animals, changing shape again and again, always produced themselves.

Or developed themselves. Oh, poor things. Truly poor things.

And he looks with science. He perceives the cells of creatures. In those cells he comes to the DNA. He comes to that DNA chain. He sees that none of them, in terms of creation, suffers any deficiency, that its own kind is reproduced. Though he refutes what he himself says, deifying his nafs, he tries to prove that Allah does not exist. You will ask such people. You will say: what are you proving? That Allah does not exist. Well, can what does not exist be proved? If it does not exist, why are you trying to prove it? It doesn't exist, yet you try to prove it. So you too know that Allah exists, and that Allah, as non-existent, to prove you are trying.

But with that tiny mind, that atom of a mind, that he is deceiving himself too, that he is sure he does not believe it himself, doesn't he know that? He knows. He himself knows too. So he does it purely because he is an enemy of Allah. And eternal Hell becomes their abode.

Yes.

Allah, who is aware of all His creatures, who gives sustenance to all His creation and for a moment them under control, who keeps them under control every moment, and who of His creatures (?) is not. All these created worlds were created by Allah's knowledge and power. This knowledge, the knowledge of creating, is a knowledge unique to His Essence. Yes, people too have knowledge. They make some inventions. He too makes something from his knowledge. One must not confuse it with that knowledge. This is the knowledge of creating. The knowledge of bringing into being from nothing. Yes, people finding things from what Allah created: those are their inventions.

From what is created, from the being in his hand, from being, he brings out those beings. But Allah Almighty brings a being that is not at hand and sets it down, brings it as existing and sets it down. So one is versed in the art of creating, the other in producing something from what is created. Why does He still let them produce? Allah Almighty created man close to His Essence and gave him ability, talent, gave him reason, made him possess an ability to meet his own needs. In this case He created him as the noblest of His creatures. The noblest of creatures. Yes, this is man's nobility, man's own ability. Instead of thanking and praising Allah who gave him this ability and taking pride in his Lord, following the nafs's desire, Satan's trail, he opposes his Lord and exchanges this transient world for the hereafter.

All these created worlds were created by Allah's knowledge and power. Among created things nothing is chance, and nothing was created at random. Allah created His creatures encompassing them and having power over them. None of the created can step outside His knowledge and power. Yes.
