Whoever kills a mu’min (righteous believer) intentionally, the punishment is the hell for eternity. Additionally, Allah’s wrath and curse! And Allah has prepared a great punishment (in the Hereafter).

Tafsir

Whoever kills a believer intentionally, his place is eternal hell. A believer, as we have explained in our previous lessons, is a person who has reached Nafsi Mutmainnah, a person who has perfected his soul for the sake of Allah. Humans are not free from mistakes. Because Allah (swt) created the human mind incomplete. In this respect, human beings are faulty and incomplete. In this case, no matter how perfect the human soul is, they commit mistakes because their intellect was created incomplete. In this respect, Allah (swt) forgives people's mistakes and sins after they have committed them, and Allah (swt) forgives people's sins after they repent. However, those who get angry with a believer because of his closeness to Allah, because he calls this person Allah, and who intentionally murder a believer for no reason, if they pass on to the Hereafter without repenting and without entering Islam, they will not only be subjected to the torment of eternal hell, but they will also be subjected to the curse of Allah (swt), neuzu billah, may Allah not put people in this situation. People who deliberately kill people for no reason or for trivial reasons are sinners. Killing a believer, especially a person who has reached Nafsi Mutmainnah, who has reformed his nafs for the sake of Allah, who has become one of Allah's beloved ones, means preparing his place in Hell, where he will spend eternity.

Because those who are believers do not commit great misdemeanors. In a hadith, our Prophet says, "The faith of a person who is not sure of his hands, his waist and his tongue is not perfected. People are safe from the hands, waist and tongue of believers. The deliberate killing of such people is a purchase of hell in one's eternal life.

(Allah wraths against them.) Even if people punish those who kill people unjustly, leave behind teary eyes, and especially those who kill the friends of Allah without a crime, even if people punish them in this world or even if these people find a way out of punishment, Allah will make them miserable in this world and they will receive the greatest of punishments in the Hereafter. By killing a believer, a friend of Allah and his loved ones, they will be attacking Allah as if they are challenging Him and taking revenge on Him, and Allah, the Almighty, according to His verse in which He says in one of His verses, "Even if man and jinn gather together, they cannot harm Allah", they will be caught in the Hereafter, and they will be punished from punishments and torments from torments, and they will be made to suffer pain from pain in return for reaching out to the loved ones of Allah and taking their lives. This is Allah's wrath on such people.

Allah will curse him. They will have no intercessor or helper, and they will be cursed by Allah, and Allah forbid, they will face Allah's most severe torment in the life of Hell.

Even hell is a place of torment in degrees. Whether a disbeliever or an eternal hell-dweller, they will suffer a punishment for their sin. Even though these torments are eternal, Allah may give them a mitigating punishment for what they have done. But a cursed person will suffer torment without this mitigating punishment.

(This world is the shadow of the Hereafter), just as prisoners who behave well are put in good places, even if they are in prison. On the other hand, people who are harsh and hurtful are put in cells. Let not man be cursed by Allah. Since they have rebelled against Allah and killed those whom He loves, without any help from Allah, Allah will inflict the most severe punishment on them, and they will never be relieved of it.

What is said in the video

No problem. Verse 93 — Surah An-Nisa, verse 93: Whoever kills a believer deliberately, his recompense is Hell, in which he will remain forever. If he kills a believer deliberately. Allah is wrathful with him, curses him, and has prepared for him a great punishment.

(?) Whoever kills a believer deliberately, his place is eternal Hell. Because a believer is a friend of Allah.

If you deliberately kill that friend of Allah, your enmity toward Allah Almighty, your enmity, you have laid bare. You (?) would have drawn a weapon on Allah — God forbid — it goes that far, that is. Though even if men and jinn united, they could do Allah no harm. You would have turned against Him out of your ignorance.

A believer, as we explained in earlier lessons, is one who has risen to nafs-i mutmainne, a person whose nafs has been brought to perfection for Allah.

People are not free of error. They can make mistakes. However perfect a person's nafs may be, since they are created with reason (?), they make mistakes. In this respect, as long as people with their faults do not commit a great wrong — for example, someone deliberately killing a person, and as long as they commit no similar grave acts, no one may personally punish anyone with death.

This authority depends on the decisions of the officials who govern that nation. That is, it depends on the state's decision. The person's punishment. In the past, we know, people were executed. Then they changed it to life imprisonment. Yes.

People who deliberately, without guilt, or for (?) reasons set out to kill people are sinners. Especially killing a believer — one who has risen to nafs-i mutmainne, who has reformed his nafs for Allah, who has entered among those Allah loves — killing such a person means preparing one's place in the Hell in which one will remain forever. Preparing his place. What does it say now? Killing this person who has reformed his nafs for Allah, who has entered among those Allah loves — this person. And these people are innocent. (?), toward the one who kills them. Because they don't commit crimes. The wrong they have done, too, to the extent of killing him — they do not make another commit a crime.

Because they fear Allah, (?). They may do some things by mistake. But they do not commit a wrong that would go as far as his death. Because believers do not commit great offences. That's what we're explaining. Yes, in a hadith the Prophet — the person from whose hand, loins and tongue people are not safe — his faith has not reached perfection, he says. From his hand, his loins and his tongue. Yes. Well.

(?), that person's faith has not reached perfection, he says. People are safe from the hands, loins and tongues of believers. Of believers.

The deliberate killing of such people means buying Hell for one's eternal life. Where is a person's eternal life? Since after death Paradise and Hell are everlasting, it is the realm of the hereafter. Allah is wrathful with them, it says. Those who kill people unjustly like this, who leave behind tearful eyes, and especially those who, without cause, murder friends of Allah — if they are not punished by people in this world or find a way to escape punishment, Allah (?) against these people and ruins him in this world, and in the hereafter they receive the greatest of punishments. because there is judgement; He will pass judgement on them.

By killing a believer, a friend of Allah and those He loves, they have defied Allah Himself — as I said earlier, they have not drawn the weapon on him, but on his Lord, his Lord. And it becomes as if he had attacked Allah to take revenge on Him, whereas the absolutely powerful Allah, in a verse: even if men and jinn gathered, they could not harm Allah. According to that verse, in the hereafter he is seized, and being driven from punishment to punishment, from torment to torment, in return for laying hands on those Allah loves and taking their lives, He makes him (?) pain upon pain. This is Allah's wrath upon such people.

This too is a wrath.

Allah — him, He curses him. That is, curse means: He neither looks at him, nor speaks, nor forgives him. He has lifted His mercy from them. Thank you.

There they have no one. Alone and with no one.

Just as he has neither an intercessor nor a helper, he also receives Allah's curse — Allah protect us — and in the life of Hell he receives Allah's most severe punishment. May Allah protect us from such an end.

Even Hell is a place of punishment in degrees. Even a kafir, even one in Hell forever, for his sin suffers a punishment in return. Although these punishments are eternal, still, Allah — in return for what they did, perhaps a light punishment they may receive; a mitigated punishment they may receive. Yes, but the cursed, without receiving this mitigated punishment, writhe in torment.

This world is a likeness and shadow of the hereafter. Just as prisoners who behave well, even in prison, are moved to good places. In contrast, the harsh and hurtful people they put (?). May a person not be cursed by Allah, may he not see a curse from Allah. These, without seeing any help from Allah, having rebelled against Allah and killed the one He loves — Allah has cut off all ties with him. Their punishment is never lightened.
