Verily, there is a great lesson in this, but most don’t believe.

Tafsir

There are great lessons and signs for people in these events created by Allah (swt). But even though people see these events and understand them, most people do not take lessons from them and believe.

Allah (swt) is not cruel that He should take pleasure in the destruction of people. Allah is perfect and free from all deficient attributes. Therefore, if Allah (swt) destroys people, it is in order to bring the people who come after them back to life and to save them from the path of these misguided people. But people say Allah for a while, then the snow falls and the tracks are closed. People forget the destructions that Allah has given to people through egoistic events. They turn their backs on their Lord, again following their nafs and Shaytan. In this case, Allah (swt) again reminds people of His Glory by giving them calamities. But people say Allah in those moments of fear, and then forget Allah when they are in prosperity. People are ungrateful to Allah and cruel to their own souls.

What is said in the video

In Surah Ash-Shu'ara, verse 121: Surely in this there is a great lesson, but most of them do not believe. Where is there a very great lesson? The earth filled with water. The skies poured out water. So it filled with waters, overflowed with seas. Where did this water go? Where did this water go? The seas overflowed too. The world was under water. Yes. With what knowledge Allah Almighty created! With what knowledge He created. Let's say that the world's water, 100 meters, 150 meters, (?), or else 2,000 meters, or else 2,500 meters. Up to the highest peak, is it 2,000 meters, 2,500 meters, 3,000 meters, what?

In Turkey, 5,000 meters, sir. In Turkey it's 5,000 meters, and worldwide 8,200 meters. 8,200 meters. Yes, sir. On top of 8,200 meters, calculate 8,500 meters. The world stays under water, after all. Calculate 8,500 meters, put the water on the world. The magma layer, down into the depth of the earth, is 3,600 meters, sir. 3,600 meters. 3,600 meters below sea level. At sea level. 12 thousand. 3,600 meters. If the earth's circumference is 40 thousand kilometers, its center would be 24 thousand kilometers.

That is, its center. At sea level, 12 thousand meters, sir. 12 thousand meters. Now, excluding 8,500, excluding 12 thousand meters, how much is needed to reach the earth's magma layer? Another 12 thousand meters are needed. Whereas between 8,500 and 12,000 there is a 3,500-meter distance. Between the magma and the thing. Between the world's highest peak. Right? 3,500 meters. The waters at their deepest point, from the center onward. When the waters receded, where do the waters recede to? Beneath the mountains. Why do they recede beneath the mountains? Because Allah calls the mountains the pegs of the earth.

We drive a peg into a place. When we ask whether they are driven into some place in the world, it's not like that. The earth's rotation around its own axis, rotation, per hour, it makes one turn every 24 hours, right? Night and day it makes one turn. How fast? It turns at 1,666 (?). There is the earth's rotation. Arising from this rotation there is centrifugal force. Because of this centrifugal force, the mountains and the waters beneath the mountains the world, on the world, (?), (?), when (?) arise, so they don't upset the world's balance. Centrifugal force: here, play on the world as much as you like.

Now, a helicopter is like that too. It has blades. Two, three blades. If you lift it by those propellers, it won't carry the thing, won't carry the helicopter. It breaks. But when it spins, at the tip of each one, at the tip, two thousand four hundred kilograms of pull is produced. Two tons, two thousand four hundred kilograms of pull is produced. If there are two blades on one (some have three blades, some have four), four thousand eight hundred kilograms. And the aircraft's weight, in a helicopter, is one and a half tons, two tons. It moves it nimbly around its own axis.

But if it were standing still, it wouldn't lift it. But owing to that pulling force, it lifts it upward. It also gets support from the air beneath it. It lifts it with ease.

Allah Almighty created everything with knowledge. That is why He says the world, the world: mountains are the pegs of the world, the world. And the waters are beneath these mountains, the pegs of the world. Mountains are the sharpest point, the outermost point of the world. Its weakest place: note that water always flows down from the tops of mountains. Its weakest place, the topmost place of the world, the thing, the last place, I mean. So Allah Almighty created it so beautifully that the world, both due to centrifugal force, without being flung off, flows downward from the spring He opened there, and, from the topmost point, with streams and valleys forming, gives them life, that is, life comes to the people and creatures in the world.

Allah Almighty created everything with knowledge. Yes. Surely in this there is a great lesson, but most of them do not believe. That is, those waters being drawn back inside again. That is, the earth swallowing the water. What does He say anyway? He stopped the water in the sky, He says, and to the earth He says: swallow the water. It swallowed it. Where? Through underground channels, through water reservoirs beneath the mountains. Yes.

But people

call it a miracle of nature. Nature. What nature? What is nature? Anything but say Allah; say nature. That is, anything but say Allah created the world; say nature. Well, what is nature?

Indeed, "nature" means the world gives birth by itself, produces. And without shame: so many billion years before their days there was such a creature, and this creature then (?) and changed and came to this state. Is that so? Are you a scholar? Scholar, can any gene by itself change that gene? That gene is what it is. Then who created that gene? Did it come about by itself? So these nonsenses of theirs: openly, to the whole world, they make themselves known and proven as deniers of Allah Almighty; tomorrow at the Great Court, before Allah Almighty, with no way out left, toward that fire they have prepared with their own inner selves they are throwing themselves.

Beware of the fire prepared for the disbelievers, He says. Of that fire, He says, the fire,

its fire, He says, is stones and people, He says. Stones and people. Its fire. Yes. May Allah protect us. Surely in this there is a great lesson, but most of them do not believe. In these events Allah Almighty created there are great lessons for people. There are warnings. But although people see and understand these events, still most people do not take warning from these events and believe. Allah Almighty is not unjust, that He should, by destroying people, take pleasure in these states of theirs. Allah is perfect and free of all deficient attributes. So if Allah Almighty sends destruction on people, it is to bring the people coming after to life and to save them from the path of these deviant people.

But people say "Allah" for a while, then snow falls, the tracks are covered. Those tracks are covered. When snow falls, doesn't a track get covered? Ahmet Demet walks in the snow; there are tracks. (?) snow falls, the tracks get covered. These people, too, see those destructions. For a while, yes, they walk over those tracks. They're there, the tracks are there. Then Satan, the nafs and the world very skilfully distance them from Allah. Yes. Through things of the nafs, people forget the destructions Allah sent upon people. Following their nafs and Satan again, they turn their backs on their Lord.

Then Allah Almighty again, by sending people calamities, reminds people of His Being. But in those fearful moments people say "Allah", then when they reach deliverance they forget Allah. So people are ungrateful to Allah Almighty and very unjust to their own nafs.

He thinks that by drinking (?), money, going to the nightclub, to music, he is entertaining his nafs. He's living. He is wronging his nafs. He doesn't know it. He is wronging it. Yes. But Satan makes that wrong in his nafs look pleasing to him. Tomorrow at the Great Court, in the presence of Allah Almighty, "today no one will be wronged; what each one has earned, the (?) of their two hands, will be given to them in full," He says. So with your two hands you thought you pleased your nafs in the world, but in fact you wronged your nafs; tomorrow in Hell, that punishment, how will you endure it? Is it like the way you pleased your nafs in the world?

Yes.
