Tafsir
If any good befalls people, it is surely from Allah. But the evil that befalls them is from their own souls. (The evil here is from one's own soul and is caused by one's own actions. It should not be confused with calamities. Misfortunes are events given by Allah to His servants for testing. Evil, on the other hand, is the evil deeds that people commit from their own nafs that Allah does not want). When people turn their backs on the Ayat of Allah (swt) and follow the path of the nafs and Shaytaan, every enemy of Allah and oppressor, that is, the taghut, the evil that befalls them is from their own nafs through the deeds that you commit in their way, as they want.
(Allah has sent you as a messenger to mankind so that you may inform them of the existence of Allah, of His existence and oneness. Whether they believe in your Prophethood or not is their own merit and sin. He says, "Allah is sufficient for you as a witness against those who do not believe.
In this verse, if those who belong to the People of the Book or those who deny Islam and are involved in different ideologies deny the Prophethood of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and say that they believe in Allah by saying that Allah sent the Book in their hands, they are denying Allah in the meaning of this verse. If they believe in Allah, then they are obliged to believe in the Prophethood of the Prophet (s.a.w.) if Allah says in this verse (We have sent you as a messenger to mankind and Allah is sufficient as a witness). When people realize that all religions other than Islam are no longer valid and all people are united in the religion of Islam, only then will they prove that they believe in Allah.
What is said in the video
you know. Verse 79 of Surah An-Nisa: Whatever good comes to you is from Allah. And whatever evil befalls you is from yourself. You as a messenger to people, We sent you to people as a messenger. And Allah suffices as a witness, it says. As a witness.
Surely Allah Almighty is witness to everything. To everything. Because our Lord, outside His sight, outside His power, strength and might, has not created even a single atom. Had He created even one atom outside His sight and perception, it would suffer injustice. It would suffer injustice. It could not meet its needs. That is Allah; what a great God that Allah is, what a great Lord. Aware of everything, Lord of everything, watching over everything, and He will manage everything in the best way.
If good touches people, surely it is from Allah. And the evil that befalls them is from people themselves. Evil being from oneself here means the evils a person commits through his own deeds. It must not be confused with afflictions. Afflictions are events Allah gives His servants as a test. You will be tested with your lives and your wealth, it says. Yes. Evil, however, is the bad deeds a person commits from his own self that Allah does not want. So when people turn their backs on the verses of Allah Almighty, the path of my nafs and Satan, of every enemy of Allah and oppressor, that is, of Taghut, when they follow it, then on their path, through the deeds I did as they wished, the evils that befall one are from one's own self.
What do our ancestors say about this? A saying (?). He who falls by himself does not weep. Yes. That evil is from one's own self.
O My Messenger! We sent you to people as a messenger. A messenger.
We just say 'prophet' and move on. This is a great world. A great world. You can imagine. This messenger, Rasul, messenger. That is, O people, you are all My servants whom I created. But, at that address, 'Elestü bi Rabbiküm',
because you saw Me as like yourselves, you could not believe in Me as Lord. (?) We are free of deficient attributes. So says our Lord.
Lest you say: had You sent me to a world where Your Essence is unseen, I would have worshipped You there. So, as My servants, I created the world, and you I made able to earn your living on it; I sent you to the world.
Against the question you would ask, that is: had You sent us to a world where You are unseen, had You made Your Essence known to us, we would have worshipped You there. Now, He says, from among you, from among you, We chose messengers, We created messengers, that is, We created envoys. Now he, in My place, passes My words on to you. My words. A messenger: today if from the state a (?) came to you, from the state, or a penalty came, could you just ignore it?
If you did not respond, the state would come and your goods, your property it would seize. You would get anxious. You would look for ways to pay it.
The State of states, the Sovereign, the Sultan of sultans, your Lord sends you a messenger from among yourselves, sends His word. Why do you turn your back? Why don't you listen to him? To the things by which you would reign in the true world and, amid that world's delights, attain peace: why don't you listen to them? Yes. O My Messenger! We sent you to people as a messenger. A messenger! So that you convey to people Allah's existence, His oneness and unity, Allah has sent you to people as a messenger. Their not believing in your prophethood is their own reward and sin. Against those who disbelieve, Allah suffices you as a witness, He declares.
You are not obliged to bring them to the right path at all costs. O My Beloved! You cannot make the deaf hear, He says. You cannot say 'hear' to the dead, says Allah Almighty. Who are the dead? The living dead. Whose heart has not come to life, whose nafs has not found (?). The living dead. People who have turned their backs on Allah. People who have turned their backs on Allah Almighty. Yes, the living dead.
Through the deeds people actually commit, they earn reward and sin. If man had pinned the good and bad traits he shows on Allah, Allah Almighty would have steered that person, and that would remove reward and sin for him. For example, animals have no rewards or sins. What does it say about animals toward each other? When the animals are gathered, they will only take their revenge on each other, with justice, and vanish. Except the first created ones. They will enter Paradise. The first created ones. So, in this case, in this case, for man, for man, Allah Almighty, by the deeds they do, suffices as a witness.
And for His Prophet too.
In this verse, those from the People of the Book, or those who deny Islam and hold various ideologies, by denying the prophethood of Muhammad (peace be upon him), and saying that their own book in their hands was sent by Allah, that they believe in Allah, if they say so, then by the meaning of this verse they have denied Allah. Yes.
Why would they have denied Him? 'You are not a prophet.' That is, to the Prophet (peace be upon him): 'How are you a prophet?' 'We have our book in our hands; it was sent by Allah,' they say. And of course, by their own reasoning, for a few pennies of worldly gain, (?) into those books their own people's (?) they inserted. So in the books people hold, the original of Allah Almighty has been mixed up. In the Holy Quran that came to the Prophet, the originals of the books they hold are present. So when they deny the Quran, the books in their hands they have denied too. Because those are in the Quran.
What do we say? Torah, Psalms and Gospel: four books. That is, four books together with the Quran. All are gathered in the Quran. Here: 'With Us is a book, preserved in the Preserved Tablet; to it later neither an addition nor a deletion is made,' with this verse all that He sent, the Torah and Gospel of those He calls People of the Book, He has gathered in the Quran. With the verses He sent to those He calls People of the Book, the prophets are all upon the natural disposition of Islam. The disposition of Islam, and in this respect Allah Almighty says: religion, religion, religion, religion is Islam.
What does He say? Religion, religion, religion, religion is Islam. Had those books not been upon the disposition of Islam, then however much they had worshipped, they would have been pushed outside Islam. So since those books got mixed up, and their originals, their originals are in the Quran, those who by the originals of those books were governed, in obedience and worship to their prophets, worshipping Allah and obeying the prophets, those who continued were upon the disposition of Islam.
Finally, Allah Almighty, with the Quran, all religions, the religions, the Quran, in the Holy Quran, with its verses, to declare them to people, the Holy Quran to people He sent. And the religion of Islam, He says, I gave to you, and you I have made witnesses over people. Why does He say so? The books in their hands, in their originals, exist in the Quran, He says. They exist. You (?) them. But those people who say 'the Christian's, the Hebrew's, or this and that,' He says, because with their own (?) they follow their own ideologies, they were pushed outside the religion of Islam. That is, they themselves left the religion of Islam.
The last one I sent, the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad (peace be upon him), the Prophet, they did not obey; my command they did not obey. Although the book in their hands is in the Quran too, although its truth is in the Quran, they obeyed neither the Quran nor the book in their hands, and by their own reasoning and ideologies, believing in those books they had fabricated, they ruled by them. So you cannot call the ideologies they believe in a religion. They are without religion. What does it say? We call them irreligious anyway. They are without religion. Yes.
Everything is perfectly clear. Perfectly clear. In the light of the verses.
When people accept that all religions other than Islam are no longer valid, and gather all people within the religion of Islam, only then will they have proven that they believe in Allah. Otherwise, on this course, they are people outside the religion of Islam who follow their own ideologies. Yes, people who follow their own ideologies.
