Allah Commands you to render trusts to those to whom they are due and to judge with justice when you judge between people. How beautiful Allah’s advices are for you. Allah is All-Hearing (Samee) and All-Seeing (Baseer).

Tafsir

When the Prophet conquered Mecca, he wanted to pray inside the Ka'bah. Then Uthman bin Talha, the caretaker of the Ka'bah, locked the door and took the key and climbed on top of the Ka'bah. He said, "If I had known that you were a Prophet, I would have given you the key. Then Hazrat Ali radiyallahu anh took the key from Talha, opened the door, the Prophet entered, prayed two rak'ahs, and when he came out, his uncle Abbas asked him to be given this honorable duty. The Holy Prophet gave the key to Hazrat Ali and ordered that the key be given to the former officer. This incident was the reason why Uthman bin Talha also became a Muslim. That is why this verse was revealed.

When a person entrusts something to someone, he should find a competent person and give it to that person. If the one who is not competent does not know the value of what has been entrusted to him and does not understand it, the object entrusted to him will melt away in his hands.

It is the same with work. If people try to do something that they are not competent in, they will fail, unless they penetrate the object they are going to do and learn it. A good example of this is a proverb (Give the work to the competent and give more bread). Objects to be entrusted are objects that are created in return for labor. Since people have worked on these things, entrusting something to a person who is not competent means giving away their work or failing to protect the rights of those who have a right to it.

(What good advice Allah gives to human beings. People who come to the realm of property need to learn because they do not know the unseen and have no experience. Allah sheds light on the path of people with His verses. Allah, who is the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted, the Exalted. He gives them advice in a way that every human being can understand. In the previous verses, Allah (swt) says: "Allah does not forsake the mosquito and the greater than it to bring an example". This means; We have explained this verse in our previous lessons, and if we conclude with a sentence here. Allah says that He never ceases to bring all kinds of examples for people to understand, from the most ignorant to the most scholarly.

Allah (swt), who created the human mind incomplete, enlightens people with these examples. He teaches them what they do not know. In this case, by making life easier for them, He saves the people He created from troubles and depressions and ensures that they live a peaceful life. This is the realization of the verse that Allah does not intend cruelty to His creatures.

(Verily, Allah is All-Hearing and All-Seeing.) Allah has programmed all His creatures so that He can know the state of them. He is instantly aware of their movements, what is going on in their minds and hearts, their desires and wishes. Therefore, whether a person reports his state or state of affairs to Allah with or without his voice, Allah knows his state of affairs equally well. Allah is exempt from shouting at Allah to make Him hear.

What is said in the video

Allah surely commands you to give trusts to those worthy of them and, when you judge between people, to judge with justice.

Even if it's your father, even if he came out of the grave and stood before you — if he's in the wrong, you will judge with justice. What beautiful counsel Allah gives you. Surely Allah is All-Hearing, All-Seeing, He says. If you act unjustly, if you wrong the other side because this is my father, my mother, my relative, before Allah, the owner of them all, you become a liar, you become a usurper of rights , and you incur our Lord's wrath. That's why we will act with justice. Whoever it may be. Even if it's our closest one — right or wrong. Even if it's my father: father, you're in the wrong. You're wrong here. Yes, he's his father.

You're wrong here. He must say: here you should have done this, and he must warn him too. If it's his child: son, you did wrong. Why did you do this? Look, you committed a sin. He must say that. He must judge the other side with justice. Now, once upon a time I'm in Ankara. I stopped at a red light. A car came from behind and bang, hit me.

The kid ran off at once. Turns out he had no licence either.

His father came. He said to me: don't make a sound. Take your car in; whatever's needed, let's have it done, he said. Look how nice. (?) What do you say to this now? Does the man say 'justice'? He doesn't. Why did you stop here, why did you do this? There are some. They try to come out in the right. And on top of that they try to make you out a liar. So if a person knows right and justice like this and speaks with justice, even if the one before you is an enemy, he will surely (?) you. Even if he's an enemy. So that people on earth are not covered in blood and don't stir up strife, Allah Almighty always commands right and justice on earth.

He even says: let there be people among you who command right and justice, let there be people who explain it, He says. Yes. When the Prophet (peace be upon him) conquered Mecca, he wanted to pray inside the House of Allah. Thereupon the keeper of the Kaaba, Uthman ibn Talha, locked the door and, taking the key, climbed onto the Kaaba.

Had I known you were a prophet, I'd have given you the key, he said. Yes.

Upon this, Ali took the key from Talha, opened the door, the Prophet went in and prayed two rak'ahs; when he came out, his uncle Abbas asked that this honourable duty be given to him. The Prophet, giving the key to Ali, ordered that the key be given to the former keeper. This event also led to Uthman ibn Talha becoming a Muslim. So this verse was revealed on this occasion. That is, judge with justice, they say. Justice — what did we say? Even if he's your enemy, he will submit to you. Isn't the same thing being thrown at us right now too? The same things. Just as they said to the Prophet, they say: who are you?

Yet fine, I don't want to tell you who I am. Don't look at who I am anyway. And how well we explain the verses. Look at them. If I have a mistake, warn me. Right? We are Muslims, we are brothers. If I can be explaining something wrong, if I am explaining it. But if you understand wrongly, come to the truth, come to what's right. What does Allah Almighty say? Let there be people on earth who explain right and justice among you, He says. Well, if you can explain, you explain, and we'll follow you. But explain what's right, explain the truth, and we'll support you. But don't slander, don't slander.

Yes.

When a person sets out to entrust something to someone, he must find someone worthy of it and give it to him. One who isn't worthy doesn't know the value of what is entrusted to him, and if he doesn't understand it either, the thing handed to him melts away. The trust isn't handed to one worthy of it. It's the same in matters of work. If people who aren't qualified take on a job and try to do it, they won't succeed. Not until they penetrate the (?) matter and learn it. A proverb is a good example of this. Give the job to the expert, and give him an extra loaf, it says. Give the job to the expert, and give him an extra loaf.

Things to be entrusted are things that come about through labour. Since people have put labour into them, entrusting something to someone unworthy means giving away one's labour, or failing to protect the rights of those who have a right to it . Yes, in fact, in a verse Allah Almighty says: test your offspring, test your children; if they will be able to handle the task, entrust it to them, give it; if they won't manage, that is, if they're in no state to advance, then put that property of yours to work, and with its income provide for them, He says. Put your property to work and provide for them from its income.

Look, He doesn't say give your property away. He doesn't say give it away. Yes.

Yes. What beautiful counsel Allah gives people. Since people who come to the material world don't know the unseen, that is, don't know what will happen in the future and have no experience, they need to learn. With His verses Allah lights people's way. Allah, free from deficient attributes, does not leave alone the person He sent to the unseen world, and since He knows what he will need, He doesn't cease giving people advice and fine counsel . Why? Because Allah sent man to a hidden world. In this world, since He created people's minds deficient in a hidden world, since He created their minds deficient, He shows them the way . There is a duty our Lord has taken upon Himself.

To people in this hidden world — which, too, they are trying to (?). That is, in a world where we are unaware of the future, where our Lord is not seen, which we cannot see with our eyes, cannot see or perceive with these outward eyes, Allah Almighty, who created our minds deficient and created us of the forgetful kind, so that we don't suffer hardship, before us with His verses lights the way. This is our Lord's mercy, this His greatness. Yes. He gives them (?) in a way every person will understand. In the previous verses Allah Almighty says: Allah does not refrain from giving examples with a mosquito and what is bigger.

That is, in a language that the most ignorant person can understand and the most learned person can understand, He speaks. O my Allah, had You sent the Quran in a way I could understand, I would have worshipped accordingly — he won't be able to say. There. In a way everyone understands: Eşheden la ilahe illallah ve eşhedenle Muhammeden abdühü ve resulühü — he became Muslim. Then the five daily prayers. Fasting, zakat, hajj. All right? Done. This is what Allah Almighty asks of you. Along with this, now learn. We are students. We came into the world. From the cradle to the grave we are students. We are students.

We will learn. Because Allah Almighty created our minds deficient. In this case, by learning our religion more deeply — what does our Lord want from us — we will hold fast to the verses. Just as each of us, in a state, not really understanding that state's laws, by our own mind, that laws which don't constitute a crime are a crime, and that we get punished for the deeds we commit — as we know, so too every verse of Allah Almighty — the meaning that every person draws from it is not its meaning. What does He say? He doesn't refrain from giving examples with a mosquito and what is bigger ; He speaks in the language that one understands, and in the language the greatest understands, that is, the one whose mind works.

So when He speaks at the highest level, the one at the lowest can't understand it. When he can't understand, Allah Almighty raises scholars. These scholars weave (?) between the two. That is, they explain Allah's verses to them, try to make them known. And since the person's mind is able to perceive Allah's verses — if he has faith, of course, if he's a believer — he accepts it at once. If he's without faith, that is, a non-Muslim, however much you prove it to him, they have a veil over their eyes, a plug in their ears. Their hearts are sealed. They don't want to understand. Even if they understand, they turn their backs and go.

They leave themselves in darkness amid the feelings of the nafs.

That's why, so that the verses are better understood, Allah Almighty raises scholars in every age. Who clean out and open up those superstitions or deficiencies that entered religion. These clean them, they open them up. So the deficiencies in the verses lead people into contradictions. Our believing people, within those contradictions, then, when the truth is spoken, fall into contradiction.

For example, the Prophet (peace be upon him), who came as a mercy to the worlds, is treated like an ordinary person, and many errors like this emerge. So these errors too — the people our Lord raises, by giving the verses better meanings, inviting people to the truth — such imams or scholars to come until the Last Day, by explaining the truth to people, will have made Allah Almighty's command known. And so Allah Almighty's light will have been completed until the Last Day. Had these not happened, had these scholars not been raised, these superstitions would keep entering religion,

people would go astray with these superstitions, hit dead ends, fall into crises. Amid these crises, those believing people, because of their faith in Allah, would choose silence, and in this case, since they could not fully carry out the worship Allah Almighty wants, their degrees would fall, and Allah would be blamed. So, to prevent being blamed, since no such prophet will come again, Allah Almighty raises scholars, and by these scholars explaining to people, by removing the superstitions in religion, by explaining the truth to people, His light Allah Almighty completes until the Last Day.

Yes.

We explained this verse in our previous lesson too. To tie it up here with one sentence: Allah, from the most ignorant to the most learned, never ceases to bring every kind of example in a way people will understand, He says. Yes.

Allah Almighty, who created the human mind deficient, by holding a light before people with these examples, illuminates their way. He teaches them what they don't know. In this way, making life easier for them, rescuing the people He created from hardship and crises, He ensures they live a peaceful life. So the verse 'Allah does not will injustice for His creatures' He has made manifest too. Yes, today's lesson we will finish with these verses; we continue. Surely Allah is All-Hearing and All-Seeing. So that Allah Almighty can know the state of all His creatures, He has programmed them to Himself.

What did we say? In the molecules of all matter, magnetic or antimagnetic, there are atoms, the atoms' nuclei, minus and plus, neutrons and protons. As these spin around their own axes, they make a sound. Even though we don't hear it, these remember Allah. Every cell of ours, every cell, magnetic or antimagnetic, remembers Allah. Here's the verse: the heavens and the earth and what is between them have known their Lord's remembrance. Without in any way meaning to exclude a single particle He created, without separating, the heavens and the earth and what is between them have known their Lord's remembrance.

By this verse, all particles remember Allah. As these spin around their own axes, they give off a signal. Because the plus and minus poles, the cells, those nuclei, as they spin around their own axes, give off a signal . This signal, within a frequency, is programmed to Allah Almighty. (?) Allah Almighty. So in the remotest corner of the universe, in the movements of all these created particles, their wishes and desires appear in Allah Almighty. So Allah is powerful over His creatures; Allah, who holds His creatures under His rule, our Lord who hears them and sees them.

Him, this knowledge of His, our minds cannot grasp.

So that Allah Almighty can know the state of all His creatures, He has programmed them to Himself. Their stirrings, what passes through their minds and hearts, their wishes and desires — He knows and is informed of them instantly. We've opened this up for you. Yes, in this respect, whether a person makes known his state or circumstances to Allah aloud or silently, for Allah both are equal; He knows his state.

Allah is above people having to shout to Him to make Him hear their situation.
