Those who eat the property of orphans unjustly certainly fill their stomachs with fire. They will enter a blazing fire.

Tafsir

If people who are the guardians of orphans covet the world and turn their backs on Allah's commands, if they think that the orphan is orphaned and unclaimed, and if they eat his property unjustly or add it to their own property, they are filling their bellies with fire. What does Allah (swt) mean by those who fill their bellies with fire? Allah (swt), who sent people to the realm of property for a temporary and fleeting time, is not referring to people's eating and drinking during their life in the realm of property, but to the life of Paradise and Hell after that, when we are finally gathered before Allah (swt) and we are called to account in the Court of Judgment.

In this verse, Allah declares that people who eat haram will enter a blazing fire in Hell after their reckoning in our presence, and they will fill their bellies with fire as they get hungry. Allah (swt) speaks of a blazing fire in this verse.

What is meant by this blazing fire; (if we elaborate a little more here, the subject can be understood better. What we are about to tell may seem irrelevant, but it is related to what we are about to tell). As we have partially explained in the previous Verses, humans are in the realm of Lahut, that is, in a realm where souls are created, Allah (swt) created souls and gave them the soul and spirit. The soul, nafs and soul are one, the flesh is separate. In this respect, souls do not die, it is the bodies that die. The total soul is Allah (swt). Since the partial of the soul is also present in human beings, souls are immortal in this respect. Since souls are immortal, all the objects or tormenting substances created by Allah (swt) are incapable of destroying them. For this reason, Allah, the Self-subsistent, has not created a being that can destroy itself. Since the parts of the soul are also present in human beings, they too are immortal, since they will not be present in the hereafter in the guise of a body.

In one verse Allah (swt) says: "They will abide in Paradise forever" and in another verse He (swt) says: "They will not taste or feel after burning in Hell for many thousand years" (These verses will be explained to you in due course).

These verses prove that souls are immortal. Since the torments cannot destroy the souls, we have told you a little bit about these situations, even though they seem to be slightly off-topic, but they are actually relevant, so that people do not say how can they endure this torment?

Now what is plain fire? It is a flaming fire in the shape of a crescent moon on both sides, like the ribbon that is produced when the positive and negative ends of an electric cable touch each other, or when a welding machine welds it, and an angel on duty places a human being in this naked fire. Within a period of eight to ten seconds, the human body is taken out of the fire as a black coal, cracked in places, like the earth, which is cracked in places from thirst. After being taken out of the fire by the angel in charge, the human being lies unconscious on the ground, but after a while a fresh and white body emerges from under the cracked skin. That person comes to his senses and is put into the fire again, and so on and so forth. May Allah protect us all from such a torment.

If a person violates another person's right for the sake of temporary worldly benefits, especially if he thinks that an orphan is an orphan and eats the orphan's property, he has taken the property of Allah's creatures and Allah's right from Allah and transferred it to himself, and he has wronged his own soul. In another verse, Allah (swt) says: "This world is but a game and a toy". In this world, which is a game and a toy, by inclining towards the world and forgetting Allah, a person prepares his own destruction. May Allah (swt) add us all to His servants who know the truth and judge by the truth, who fear Allah and seek refuge in Allah.

What is said in the video

Yes, those who unjustly devour the property of orphans only stuff fire into their bellies.

The orphan's property is that precious.

You can neither oppress the orphan nor devour his property.

And they will enter a blazing fire, He says.

If people who are guardians of orphans covet the world and turn their backs on Allah's commands, regard the orphan as having no one and no protector, unjustly devour his property or add it to their own property, they will have filled their bellies with fire.

Allah Almighty gives people their sustenance anyway, whatever they willed within their destinies. This is their sustenance, plus a person's (?) that He granted to man, instead of, in the best way, within Allah's commands, treating the orphan well, instead of accustoming him to life, instead of looking after him, if he pushes him (?) and adds his property to his own, then within the suffering he will endure, beyond the suffering in this world, with even more than that suffering, Allah Almighty fills his belly with fire in the hereafter. Worldly property does not burn like this, He says, (?)

So here Allah Almighty gives people very great value. To people. Why does He value them? Because He gave them of His spirit. That is why He made man the noblest of creatures. The most honoured of all created beings. Ashraf al-makhluqat: the most honoured of all created beings. The reason is that He gave them of His spirit.

What does Allah Almighty mean by saying those who fill their bellies with fire? Allah Almighty, who sends people to the material world for a passing, temporary time, does not mean their eating and drinking during their life in the material world, but finally, when we are gathered before Allah Almighty and at the great court our account is settled, He means the life of paradise and hell after that. That is, those who add these children's property to their own, who seize that property, who, thinking they will grow up and soon take this property from me, squander and waste it, let them not think: we enjoyed this property and ate it, we found life.

Man's eternal home is the hereafter, if a person believes, of course; and indeed one of the obligations of faith is to believe in the hereafter. Yes, in that case, if a person believes in the hereafter, when he devours the property of these children, these orphans, they in the hereafter, instead of the pleasure they enjoyed in the world, will be force-fed fire there. Fire!

Yes. Finally, when we are gathered before Allah Almighty and at the great court our account is settled, He means the life of paradise and hell after that; that is, after a command our Lord will give, what does He say? Today, He says, as the Judge of judges, judgment is Mine alone, He says. Judgment. That is what the verse says. That day judgment belongs to Allah alone. Yet people distort this. Judgment belongs to Allah alone, they say. If judgment belonged to Allah alone, I mean now for the living, if judgment belonged to Allah alone, Allah does not will injustice to the worlds, according to His verse; He would not bring us into the world at all.

They would put us all straight into paradise.

So that day judgment belongs to Allah alone. That is, people will come into the world. According to their own wishes and desires, using their partial free will, they will judge. And with the decisions they made in these judgments, with the good and sinful deeds they did, they will carry the load of reward and sin. With what? With their own judgments. Allah will not judge for him. If Allah had judged for that person, He would remove from man his partial free will. Allah Almighty would have made that person do that deed, and so you would describe Allah Almighty as unjust. Because when Allah makes a person do something, He does not call him to account.

So if what each one earned is the return of his own two hands, that day, He says, without anyone being wronged, what each one earned will be given to him in full; then, as long as people live, the decisions and judgments people make belong to people. Allah Almighty does not interfere in them. After people have proved what kind of people they are, at the end of their lives, according to His verse, every soul shall taste death, and to Me is your return, the journey to the hereafter will begin. And finally to the barzakh; from the realm of barzakh it came, that is the waiting place, to barzakh it will return.

In that case it will wait for the Day of Judgment; after the Hour has come, our bodies will be raised and come face to face with the souls. According to the verse, when you come before Me with a driver, according to the verse, when the souls are paired, the souls that take bodies come face to face. Our bodies will bear witness against our souls, and finally, according to the verse, We give you life twice and death twice, the bodies will die a second time there. Because spirit, nafs and life are one, that day judgment belongs to Allah alone, because everyone has made his judgment, has done his deeds, everyone has proved what kind of being he is; now it is the turn of judgment. Whose? Allah, your Owner.

No one will be able to speak before Him any more, and no one will be able to say to Allah Almighty, if this had been so, I would have done that. Because all the deeds he was to do will have been done, and in the face of the deeds they did, he will see that he is guilty. This is from Allah Almighty's attribute of divinity. And that day judgment will be given by Allah Almighty. Whoever has devoured the orphan's property, taken it into his own, and that orphan, sir, without treating him well, without preparing him for life, has left him alone like that, then in the torment of hell fire will be stuffed into his belly.

In this verse Allah declares that people who consume the unlawful, after their account is settled before Us, will enter a blazing fire in hell, and that as they grow hungry they will fill their bellies with fire. In this verse Allah Almighty speaks of a blazing fire. A blazing fire. He also speaks of zaqqum. Today they describe zaqqum very nicely, you know. Yes, it is among Allah's creations, a plant. But they long for it. I never long for zaqqum. Because what does Allah Almighty say? It grows in hell, He says. Its fruit is gnarled, like the heads of devils, He says. The people of hell, He says, when hungry, will eat from it.

Its fruit is bitter, He says, bitter. Gentlemen, I am telling you the verses, mind you, not a story. Its fruit is bitter. As they eat, He says, a burning heat will overcome them. And their bellies, He says, will be as if cut up with a knife. They will drink boiling water mixed with pus, He says, on top of it. Is this not torment?

Is consuming the unlawful worth it now? Is it worth turning your back on the hereafter for the pleasures of this world? Yes. That is why Allah Almighty addresses the mind so beautifully. Do you never use your mind? Do you never reflect? He says. How beautifully He puts it. People who use their minds know that this world is a passing place of pleasure. For this reason Allah Almighty says to the Prophet in His verse this: Do not mind their strutting about in the world with pomp. Their strutting about in the world with pomp is only for a very short time, He says. Beware: the (?) appearance of this world, and in the swamp the beautiful delicate flowers that open, if you see them, being dragged into that swamp after them means kicking away the hereafter.

It means destroying the home of eternal bliss. You become a wrongdoer to your own nafs.

Escape from this blazing fire; if we open this up in a little more detail, the subject may be understood better. Although what we will tell may seem off topic, it is related to what we are explaining. As we partly explained in earlier verses, people: in the realm of lahut, that is, in a realm where souls were created, Allah Almighty created souls and gave them nafs and life. To whom? He gave nafs and life to the spirit. Spirit is given nafs and life; bodies are separate. For this reason souls do not die. What dies is bodies, that is, these physical forms we see. The universal spirit is Allah Almighty.

Since a part of the spirit is in you, in people, for this reason souls are immortal. Since souls are immortal, none of the things Allah Almighty created, nor tormenting substances, are able to destroy souls. That is, to put it briefly, Allah Almighty created no being that would destroy His own essence.

In that case people may think like this, because their minds are limited: this blazing fire, a person burns there and turns to ashes.

But man will not enter there with the body; into paradise and hell, spirit, nafs and life as one will enter. The bodies will die a second time there. What does Allah Almighty say? We give you life twice and death twice. The first raising is on the body, here. The first death is on the body, here. The second raising is in the hereafter, on the body, there. The second death, after bearing witness, is on the body, there. If this happened to souls, souls would vanish, and the eternity of paradise and hell would vanish. And whom would Allah Almighty call to account? So one must grasp these points well.

In that case, if spirit, nafs and life are one, since we will enter paradise and hell with spirit, nafs and life and yet most people today enter paradise and hell with bodies. Look at the people at the head of (?) today. They are all like that. They enter with bodies.

They will soil paradise too.

In that case, what is called that blazing fire, Some; our Lord explains that fire like this. They, He says, throw sparks like yellow camels, He says. Like yellow camels. Yes. Two bare flames. Just like a welding machine, welding and spurting out, electronic anyway, always. Always with magnetic fields. Imagine these continually (?) fire, like yellow camels. A guardian angel of hell seizing a person and putting him there, and there his skin being scorched, the spirit taking him out there lifeless, half lifeless, taking him outside, within 5-6 seconds that pitch-black skin cracking like parched earth; then, as fresh new skin comes out underneath, that person, kneeling, in the position of prostration, slowly coming to where he is, and that cracked black skin falling off, and with the fresh new skin, being put into that fire again.

There you are, gentlemen: torment.

I ask again, is the life of this world worth it? How do you know, Hodja? By Allah and by Allah again, Allah says it with His verse.

Shall I tell you something? When He swore, matching that oath, I saw it myself too. This realm, I saw that realm. That is why (?), this realm (?).

Anyway, if I had not seen it, I could not tell it. I could hardly know that this is how it is. Since the spirit, with its part, is in people, for this reason souls are immortal. Since souls are immortal, none of the things Allah Almighty created, nor tormenting substances, are able to destroy souls. For this reason Allah, who exists by His own essence, has not created a being that would destroy Him. Since parts of the souls are in people, people too, in the hereafter, since they will not be in the garb of the body, they too are immortal. Yes.

In a verse Allah Almighty says, they will abide in paradise forever. Forever. Again in a verse: after burning in hell for many thousands of years, they will no longer taste and feel. These verses will be explained to you in due course.

These verses prove that souls are immortal. The torments inflicted are not of a kind to destroy souls. Yes.

So that people do not say, how do they endure this torment, these matters, even if briefly, although they seem off topic, since they are actually related to the subject, we have told you a little, I say, as I explained a moment ago. So, as people think, how would this body endure this fire, endure it; today we burn and (?). For example, some say, you do what you will in this world, never mind; even if that place exists, in the end we burn there, turn to ash and are gone, they say. Is that what they say? We turn to ash and are gone. (?)

Yes. Now, what is the bare fire, we ask. This was the blazing fire. What is the bare fire?

When the plus and minus ends of an electric cable touch each other, or like a spark that a welding machine gives off when welding, a spark like that, two-sided, in the shape of a half moon: it is a person being put by an appointed angel into this blazing fire, into this bare fire. As I explained a moment ago. After some 8-10 seconds, when he is taken out of the fire, like earth cracked here and there from drought, the human body too, like pitch-black coal, cracked here and there, is taken out of that bare fire. The person taken out of the fire by the appointed angel, unaware of himself, unconscious, lying on the ground, after a while, from under the cracked skins, again a pure white and fresh body emerges.

As that person comes to, he is put into that fire again, and this goes on like this. May Allah Almighty protect us all from such a torment. Amen.

For passing worldly gain a person violates another's right, and especially if he thinks the orphan has no one and devours the orphan's property, whereas the orphan's owner is Allah Himself; if he devours it, he has taken the property created by Allah Himself and Allah's right from Allah and transferred it to himself. Since the orphan's owner is Allah Himself, and Allah has given him a trust, if in this world you think he has no one and take the orphan's property, you, not content with what Allah gave you, have also taken property created by Allah over which you have no right; He was the orphan's owner.

If you take the property He gave its owner, deeming it ownerless, you have made an attempt on Allah's property. Yes, it has passed to him, and that person has wronged his own nafs. In this verse Allah Almighty says that this world is nothing but play and amusement. In this world of play and amusement, by leaning towards the world and forgetting Allah, a person prepares his own ruin. May Allah Almighty join us all to those of His servants who know the truth, judge by the truth, fear Allah and are counted with Allah. Amen.
