Ali 'Imran 200: Oh you who believe! Be patient, compete in being patient, be ready and prepared and fear Allah so that you will find salvation.

Surah Al Imran, the 200th verse. O you who believe, be patient! O you who believe, be patient!

Why? He does not say: O people, be patient. There is no deficiency in Allah's word. O you who believe, be patient! Those who do not believe do not know patience; the whims of the nafs, arrogance and pride, self-importance and ego drive them towards the things they planned. He plans, but cannot obtain what he planned. Isn't this a kind of patience too? If you ask, it is not patience. What is being patient? Trusting in Allah and, over time, being thankful for what your Lord gives or does not give. Being thankful for what He gives or does not give.

Can one be thankful for what He does not give? Now there comes to my mind a saying of a saint.

While they were eating, the saint (?) says. How do you thank Allah? he says.

"If you eat the blessings Allah gives," he says, "I thank Him for that," he says.

"If I find, I eat," he says, "if I don't find, I don't eat," he says. "Dogs do what you do too," he says. "If they find, they eat; if they don't find, they don't eat," he says. The man is astonished: "How do you give thanks?" "I give thanks for what He gives," he says, "and according to the verse that He does not load on our backs what we cannot bear, I also give thanks for what He does not give," he says. "Surely there is wisdom in it," he says. "I thank Allah," he says. Yes.

O you who believe, be patient.

So then, a non-Muslim not reaching what he wants to get is not patience. His conscience gnaws at him like a worm. For the thing he cannot reach, without regard for halal or haram, like a frenzied murderer he wants to take it. Hodja, you are exaggerating it. I am not exaggerating. Events show this. Events. Hodja, I know such people who act even more honestly than a Muslim.

Yes. Really, he acts even more honestly than him. (?) Did your earlier remark hold up? (?). Be a little patient. These people have an aim. To the people he partners with, he looks very good up to a certain aim.

He splits hairs in front of you. You think him so honest that you entrust him with everything you have. Up to what point? Up to a figure he has in mind. Then, once he has that figure, he strikes and takes it and runs. You will never find him again. I have witnessed these; perhaps you have witnessed them too, I don't know, just as Allah Almighty said from the start, these are lying disbelievers; among them you will not find an honest one. In this situation, like a frenzied murderer, without regard for halal or haram, towards the position he wants to reach he attacks; the time that passes in this does not mean their patience.

Patience is the Muslim's patience.

They try to obtain it from what is halal. "If it is in my Lord's, in my destiny, if it is my provision, it will be given to me"; he trusts in Allah. This is patience. And also, the non-Muslims, with the whims of the nafs, pride and arrogance, walk the earth in self-importance. In such states, of people who live Islam they say they live like weeds. They belittle them, even insult them. In this situation Allah Almighty says: O you who believe, be patient, be patient, be steadfast, and recommend patience to My servants, patience.

O you who believe, be patient! Stand firm against the enemy! This time, stand firm against the enemy as well. Be prepared and alert for jihad, and fear Allah so that you may attain success, He says. So, with the various ways of patience, here too Allah Almighty tells us to be patient during war as well. Why does He say be patient here? Be patient, stand firm against the enemy.

In another verse Allah Almighty says: when you engage in war, Allah takes those He loves, or those who love Allah, from among you at once. Who are they? The martyrs. The martyrs. They call out to those who will come after them. What do you know? These are verses. "Look how beautifully our Lord received us," they say. And Allah Almighty: do not call them dead. They are provided for in ways you do not know. Accordingly, when you are fighting in war, and some of you fall as martyrs, and at a moment when they seem to be winning, do not scatter. We are with you. We took those among you who love their Lord, who gave their lives for you. We are behind you too, says Allah Almighty.

(?) be patient. Stand firm. Be prepared and alert for jihad. And fear Allah so that you may attain success, He says. You may attain success. Be patient. Keep your feet firm, tread firmly, He says. Yes.

O you who believe! Be patient! In the face of a hardship and difficulty you (?), do not fall into (?). Stand firm against your enemies during war. Otherwise, if they overcome you, they will not respect your rights and laws. Because they are selfish and worldly. By their own understanding they establish their rule over you, and you are oppressed. They will deal with you until they turn you from your faith, they will keep at you. Don't we see it in the world today with our own eyes? What they do when they win: without regard for children, without knowing any concept of honour, killing them and violating their chastity.

This is a fame the disbeliever is very proud of. With that fame he is proud of, which adds to his punishment in the torment of Hell, a fame. Yes. The Muslim, however, in war, when he wins in war, they do not lay hands on the old, on women, on children, on those working in the field, nor do they cut down forests.

There is Allah's command. Now you see the difference.

You see the difference between Islam and the polytheist, the disbeliever.

So you be alert. What does Allah Almighty say in a verse? Keep horses. Horses. Why keep horses? A day will come, a day. People will not be able to strike wherever they want from satellites while sitting in their places. How will this happen? As we always say, the ozone layer tearing, the sun's ultraviolet rays erasing the magnetism at the North Pole, and the earth's rotation around its own axis slowing within seconds. Then the earth staying at the zero point, that is, the sun setting in the west and rising from the west, and after that, the mass of the South Pole's nuclearity staying in the same form, the North Pole's nuclearity decreasing and turning it in the opposite direction, with a steadily increasing force, what will happen?

Because of centrifugal force the earth will explode. "When it throws out what is inside it," He says. When it throws out what is inside it. When that mass of fire, the earth's magma layer, from beneath the seas and oceans comes out, "when the seas swell," He says. "When the mountains pass like clouds, when the sky flows like molten metal," He says.

Everything was created through knowledge and will end through knowledge. Yes. Keep weapons, He says. Then they will not be able to fight from behind strong fortresses. Then it will return to the original form. When it returns to the original form, that will be when the Mahdi appears.

When will the Mahdi appear? He will appear when weapons (?) fire. How will the time of weapons (?) firing come? As you said just now, when the magnetism at the North Pole is erased, they will not be able to strike from satellites from where they sit. So it will turn again to the old style of war, to cavalry war, infantry war. So he will appear at the time when weapons do not fire. There is still some time until then. You know, some people, with words like "the Mahdi came and went, Jesus came and went", talk like that. Or they announce "I am the Mahdi".

In this way we are also giving the code of when the Mahdi will come. God willing. Yes.

So you be alert. Be prepared against your enemies. And fear Allah. That is, do not go to extremes either. Hold fast to Allah's verses so that you may live your own faith. Otherwise, if you turn back on your word and go to disbelief after faith, the place you will go is what He calls "what an evil destination": Hell. So with you: if you are patient, are with Allah and walk the path He shows, value science and knowledge and reach a state where you can protect yourselves, you will find salvation and can attain success, says Allah Almighty. Success. Now people have become used to feeding on what is ready, like a tick.

"My Allah, destroy my enemy." "My Allah, do this to him." "My Allah, make him (?)." Are you attributing injustice to Allah? He doesn't say "My Allah, destroy the Muslim." What does he say? He doesn't know Allah anyway. He has taken up weapons, he makes weapons. Today he strikes the world. So where did your prayer go? Where did your prayer go? You: destroy him, destroy this one, destroy that, destroy this. What (?) are you? Why did you come into the world? You work too. You work too. Look, the Ottomans worked. The Conqueror worked. From Byzantium's fortresses and prisons, the chief gunners (?), he had them brought.

He pounded Byzantium and opened an era.

But they lull the Muslim of our time to sleep. You know, the older ones know it from the primer: sleep, sleep, lie down, sleep. Sleep, sleep, lie down, sleep. Lie down, lie down, Ali, lie down, sleep. How nice, sleep. If you are going to pray, pray properly. (?), my Allah. Protect us with Your mercy in the future. If we are going to do evil, do not let us be given this opportunity. Like "do not make us follow our nafs", pray by yourself to Allah Almighty. But if you still do it, Allah has no function over you. Because (?) the will is in you, the decision is in you. We came to this world for a test.

We will work. Allah Almighty says so in His verse. Work hard. Become superior to your enemy, He says, so that perhaps they fear you and become Muslim, or, He says, because they fear you, you will be at ease, you will find salvation, He says. He doesn't tell us: you pray to Allah, and in place of your prayer I will destroy them. Is there such a verse? No. So we, to this world, (?) for a test, we will work. I say it again: we will work, work hard, we will not produce empty talk; but today the lying machines, the talk producers, the slanderers, those who show themselves very nice to people, exploit the human conscience and usurp the right of the (?) orphan, they play it like that at the top.

Every person came to this world for a test; they too, those criminals, He says, in the places they are in, rise to the highest positions so that they increase their disbelief, He says, because this is the field of the hereafter; so that he may be subjected to the greatest punishment in the hereafter, he will commit the greatest oppression here, so that he is subjected to the greatest punishment there. What is the greatest oppression here? To (?) the right of (?). Committing treason against the homeland. Sowing division among people. Breaking Allah's unity and togetherness. Ruling outside the Quran.

Yes, these are the states of those who follow the people who prevail in our time and play the leading role.
