Allah is the Ruler of the heavens and the earth. Allah is All-Powerful.
Tafsir
There is no God but Allah. To Allah belong the heavens and the earth and all that is between them. He is the One Who has the power to create out of nothing, Who created all these worlds with His knowledge. He is the One who subdues His creation. He has wisdom in His judgment. If all creation belongs to Allah, then Allah is the ruler of His creation. No one can question or question Him. Allah is Merciful and Compassionate. He does not will cruelty on the worlds, and He makes people witness their own deeds for themselves. He holds people to account for their deeds. In this respect, no human being can question Allah.
(Allah is all-powerful) Allah is always in control of His creation. If He were ignorant of His creatures, the order of the universe would be disturbed and everything would be in chaos. According to the verse in which that creative power says, "If the human beings and the jinn gathered together, they could not harm Allah", all created beings are under the power of that absolute power.
How glorious is the glory of Allah who gathers in Himself the infinity of these seemingly infinite worlds.
What is said in the video
THE SOVEREIGNTY OF THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH BELONGS TO ALLAH OF THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH, HIS POWER OVER ALL THINGS SUFFICES, FOR HE IS THE CREATOR. ALLAH ALMIGHTY, WHAT IS HE? Bismillâhirrahmânirrahîm. Ve lillâhi mülkü's-semâvâti ve'l-ard, vallâhu alâ kulli şey'in kadîr. He is of the heavens and the earth the ruler, the sovereign. Because whatever there is (?), Allah created it. He is the sovereign, the ruler of what He created. He has power over all things, He knows all things.
There is no god but Allah.
That is, it is tawhid. La ilahe illallah. (?), Lord and ruler of the heavens and the earth. That is, the One besides whom there is no god. Telling us that all these beings were created by our Lord and that He is their owner, Allah Almighty tells us: We are the ruler of these worlds. Yes.
If He is the ruler of these heavens and the earth, see how beautifully it says He is also ruler of what is between them. It says Allah has power over all things. If He has power over all things, including the heavens, the earth and what is between them, Allah is the One whose power reaches all things. There is no god but Allah. The heavens and the earth and what is between them belong to Allah. He, who has the power to create from nothing, created all these worlds with His knowledge. These worlds. He is the One who holds what He created under His rule. There is not a single atom that goes outside Allah Almighty's view.
What is it, the One who has the power to create from nothing? The One who has the power to bring into being from nothing, that is, to create, that secret, who knows that secret, who created all these worlds with His knowledge, with knowledge. He is the One who holds what He created under His rule. What did we say? There is not a single atom outside His rule. If such a thing had happened, Allah's quality of being God would vanish, He would be unaware of what He created, God forbid. Then the verse 'He has power over all things' would be void. He would know all things, yet not have power over all things.
That is, He has power over all things. Yet since Allah has power over all things, all He created is under His rule.
He is wise in His rule. That is, Allah knows what He does and why; we cannot know. Why did this happen like this? It lies within Allah's wisdom. For example, if we are to speak of wisdom, of wisdom as an example, I will give you an example from the verse. Khidr (peace be upon him) making a hole in the sound ship. And Moses saying, you have done a very bad thing.
Yet ahead there is a sound ship. There is a king. He seizes every sound ship. Only to keep the king from seizing the ships of those wronged, Allah has him do that damage. And He grants that ship to them.
This is a wisdom. Why He does it. Allah knows these things.
If all created things belong to Allah, then Allah is the ruler of what He created. Do it like that. If all created things belong to Allah, He, having the power to create, and if all these created things were created by our Lord, is their ruler.
No one can question Him or call Him to account. That is, asking why this was created like this, no one can question Him at all.
The reason: when such a question is put to Him, man's own helplessness comes to light. He created seventeen thousand worlds, and with these seventeen thousand worlds, the world above all, a filter He made. With a single one of His creatures missing, many (?), many deficiencies arise. Yes, this is our Lord's wisdom. Allah is Rahman and Rahim. With the attribute Rahman His mercy in the universe is for everyone, with the attribute Rahim in the hereafter (?). He wills no injustice to the worlds. That is, through the attribute Rahman. Whether idolater or Magian, religious or irreligious, whoever it may be, on earth everyone, by the judgments made with their own partial will, is their own ruler and their own quite separate commander, themselves.
That is why Allah does not impose His rule over people. But sadly people say Allah puts whom He wills into Paradise, whom He wills into Hell, Allah guides whom He wills. Well then, if He guides whom He wills, and those He does not will, (?) He leaves, according to this verse, would Allah Almighty not then contradict His own word?
You know how we speak of superstitions; there are superstitions, and we said superstitions arise very simply. How do they arise? Because the verses are wrong, because they were wrongly interpreted; the verses are not wrong, because the verses were wrongly interpreted, people learned knowledge from the wrong (?). When they are ruled by these truths, superstitions vanish at once.
He wills no injustice to the worlds. These are verses. He holds people as witnesses to what they themselves have done.
Without you proving what kind of person you are, (?) according to the verse, He makes a person a witness against himself.
He calls people to account for what they did. In this respect no human can question Allah or call Him to account. Yes. And all questions are cut off.
Allah has power over all things.
Allah always keeps what He created under His rule. There is nothing He does not see. What does it say? Go down to the seventh depth of the earth if you like. Or rise to the heavens, go to the farthest corner. We will still find you there. Yes.
Had He been unaware of what He created, the order of the universe would break down, everything would fall into chaos. Of that creative power, by the might of knowledge, the created are under His power. The whole universe, these created things, from Allah's attribute Hayy, life they find. Allah Almighty gives life to what He created through the attribute Hayy and provides their sustenance. But He Himself is free of what He created.
Had He been unaware of what He created, the order of the universe would break down, everything would fall into chaos. By the might of knowledge of that creative power, the created are under His power. If mankind and jinn gathered together, they could not harm Allah. According to this verse, all created things are within the rule of that absolute power. These worlds that seem endless, their endlessness in Himself He gathers; how exalted is the glory of Allah, we say. How exalted is His glory. If only people could grasp this. If only one grasped even a little what kind of power this is, one would be deeply shaken. Yes.
