Translation

Vow to that; whether you die, or you are killed, you will be summoned in the presence of Allah.

Tafsir

By Allah swearing by His Name, if you die or are killed, you will surely be gathered before Allah; From this verse, we understand that Allah (swt) declares that there is a Hereafter after the world and that there is no other God but Allah (swt), and that we will be gathered before Allah (swt) in the Hereafter, which is the world beyond death.

So Allah, who has proved His Essence with so many Verses, is addressing Humans, telling them to recognize Allah as Allah and to be servants of Allah by obeying the books and prophets sent by Allah (swt). As long as people do not use their intellect and act according to their ego, they move away from Allah. Allah, on the other hand, invites people to salvation by showing them the paths of truth and reality. In this case, if people stubbornly continue to turn away from Allah, Allah (swt) makes it clear to us that in the Hereafter, on a final day of reckoning, all people, good and bad, will be gathered and will be held to account for their deeds before Allah (swt), the Judge of Judges.

What is said in the video

Surah Al-Imran, verse 158. I swear, whether you die or are killed, you will be gathered before Allah, it says. That is, whether you die or are killed, whether for Allah you wage jihad or not, surely every living being, humans, animals, will be gathered before Allah. When the animals are gathered, it says. They too, according to the duties they did, from the harsh treatment they gave one another, will take their rights from each other and vanish.

Every soul in this way will be called to account, to account.

Allah Almighty indeed says with an oath, "I swear". Allah, our Lord, swears an oath. Whether you die or kill, surely you will be gathered before Allah. Whether you die at your appointed time, or are killed, kill, that is, by someone else, it ends in death, if killed, by someone else, or becomes a martyr (?), or dies on that path of jihad, all of these, without any escape — every living being, every soul will give account before Allah.

In this verse we understand that after the world there is surely a hereafter. Yes, how beautifully Allah Almighty has sent us to a guesthouse. So here — we have a true home, we will go to that true home; this is a guesthouse. Now I live this very nicely myself. I myself reside in Istanbul.

Sometimes I come to Samsun, from there to Ordu. From here I stay in these places. We have a house here too. We do not want to leave it. But since the place I truly live is Istanbul, here I see myself as a guest. And I compare the world with the hereafter in the same way. The true place is there. We came from there, we will go there. This is a guest (?). Yes, that after the world there is surely a hereafter, and that there is no other god than Allah — Allah Almighty, who openly makes His verses known to us, that in the hereafter beyond death they will be gathered in His presence, declares. In short, this is Allah Almighty.

What does it say anyway? I swear. By His own essence, with an oath. Whether you die or kill, before Allah you will be gathered. So all the verses confirm one another — La ilahe illallah, there is no god but Allah. This whole universe and all existence created by Allah, and all this from atom to cosmos, whatever exists, under Allah's sight and power, within His might, within our Lord's knowledge, He is the one who gives them life. So Allah, who proves His essence with so many verses, addressing people, that they recognize Allah as Allah — that is, you will inform. Look, this is a temporary guesthouse of yours, where you are in trust.

Finally, for what you did in that guesthouse I sent you to, I will call you to account. Ha! Be careful. If you use that place by your own nafs, by your own covenant, if you turn your back on the blessings I gave, if you do not recognize Me either, if within My blessings you are ungrateful to Me too, then I will (?) your account, He says.

There is no other god either, to go and take refuge at his door. That is why it says: Strive not to do anything that will bring regret in the end.

I never act thinking of the present state. I always act according to the end. According to the end. If I acted according to the present state, I would deceive you. I would lie. I would say that like this, this like that. In the end I would be a liar. In the end I would get the slap. So, so that my brow may be clear at that end, I always speak according to that end. I conduct my work according to the end. You do the same. According to that end. Be a servant to our Lord who created us. Worship Him. Deifying your nafs, do not kneel before its grandeur. You are a capable person. Allah Almighty has given you ability, given you strength.

If you rule over that nafs, you become a fine servant to your Lord. So there is no god other than Allah that we might go to. So let us pass our test in this world well. Look, children study to pass their class. Night and day, and even that is not enough, they go to courses. If they use their minds they come first. They win the places they want. We too, if we worship our Lord well, quench the turmoil of our nafs, and master it, we come to know the manifestations. We enter among those our Lord calls the righteous servants. In the hereafter we become heirs to the paradises our Lord promised. There is no god other than Him, after all.

Yes. What are we saying? So Allah, who proves His essence with so many verses, to people, addressing them, says they should recognize Allah as Allah, and, obeying the books and prophets Allah Almighty sent, become servants of Allah. As long as people act by their nafs, not using their covenant, He invites them to salvation. To salvation. In this case, if people stubbornly still continue to move away from Allah, in the hereafter, at the reckoning of a day that will come to an end, surely with their good and bad, all people will be gathered, to give account of what they did, and will be called to account before Allah, the Judge of judges — Allah Almighty declares this to us openly.

If a person uses his mind, when what he did comes to mind, his hair stands on end. And so he will take refuge at Allah's door of At-Tawwab. With the sins he committed in his helplessness, he will become repentant. Through his Lord's pardon and forgiveness he will attain His mercy. God willing, Allah Almighty will join all of us, the ummah of Muhammad, to His servants who attain His mercy. Yes.
