Translation
Oh, our Lord! We believed in what you have sent down and we have obeyed the Prophet; so, write us down as witnesses (to You are The One and Only God, your Messengers are Prophets)”.
Tafsir
The Apostles said: O our Lord, we have believed in what You have sent down, the Gospel, and we have followed Your messenger, Jesus. O our Lord! (Write us among the witnesses who affirm your oneness and your prophets.) And after that they spread all over the world for jihad in the way of Allah. One of these apostles came to Turkey and carved churches out of the mountains in Göreme, in places called the Elmalı Church and the Dark Church. It was here that they continued to spread the Gospel Book and work for God.
Those who believed in Allah and His revealed Book and His messengers competed to invite Allah's servants to Allah in this transitory mortal world, without thinking of their own comfort. They endured all kinds of hardships and hardships. But in the end they attained the promise of Allah and the mercy of their Lord. These are the ones who have attained true wealth and true gain.
Blessed are those people who have attained the mercy of Allah by using their intellect, knowing that the world is a temporary place of benefit, not inclining towards it, not turning away from Allah and obeying Allah's commands.
What is said in the video
if there are any, you can ask. We come to Surah Al-Imran, verse 53. O
our Lord, we believe in what You sent down and we follow the Prophet; now write us among the witnesses who affirm Your oneness and Your prophets, they said. Who said it? The disciples. The disciples. What does it say? O our Lord, we believe in what You sent down. That is, we believe in the Gospel. And we follow the Prophet. We follow Jesus. And we stood behind him as his supporters. Now write us among the witnesses who affirm Your oneness and Your prophets, they said. Among the witnesses. That is what they said. O our Lord, we believe in what You sent down, that is, the Gospel book, and we follow Jesus, Your messenger.
O our Lord! Write us among the witnesses who affirm Your oneness and Your prophets, they said.
And after that, for jihad in the way of Allah, they spread to every part of the world. One of these disciples also came to Turkey, and in Göreme, in the places named the Apple Church and the Dark Church, they made churches by carving into the mountains. Spreading the Gospel and working in the way of Allah, here they carried on. Yes. There are some word (?). I hope you will allow me to correct them. For example, instead of devam we said devat. Okay. (?) What does it become? Devam ettiler. So those who believe in Allah, in the book He sent down and in His prophets, without thinking of their own comfort, in this passing, perishable world, have competed to invite Allah's servants to Allah.
Here something like this comes to my mind. While we explain Allah's verses here,
those who take superstitions for knowledge, those who are governed by falsehoods,
instead of taking Allah's knowledge wherever they see it, although knowledge is a lost possession, while they should be governed by it, defending falsehood in the religion of Islam out of the whims of the nafs drags me into an incomprehensible situation.
The Prophet (peace be upon him) also says so: knowledge is a person's lost possession, he says. Wherever he finds it, let him take it. Allah Almighty also says knowledge is honourable, knowledge. So instead of taking Allah's knowledge, the truth, wherever you find it, he stands up against the truth and tries to defend falsehood. So he is supposedly going to explain the truth.
First seek the truth in yourself, find the truth, and then explain the truth.
Yes, they endured every kind of hardship and toil. Who are they? The disciples. We too are now enduring every kind of hardship. I compare myself with the disciples. Why? We are trying to explain Allah's knowledge to people; 350 verses have been explained wrongly, people have taken these for knowledge, knowledge, they are governed by them, and when we tell the truth, they stand up against us. But when they sink into a swamp, they see.
They have fitted Allah into their minds, and so they attribute qualities to Allah.
Allah does not fit into our minds. We grasp Allah as far as our minds allow. So, taking falsehoods for truth: Allah puts into Paradise whom He wills, Allah puts into Hell whom He wills. Sir, He created humans and jinn for Hell. He does not guide the people of oppressors, so they write. He leaves them in darknesses, He does not guide the people of oppressors, does not guide; but the people of oppressors who continue on that path He does not guide. We should say they cannot attain guidance, not that He does not guide. That people of oppressors, as long as they continue on that path, cannot attain guidance. That is the meaning of the verse.
Not that He does not guide. Many among them become Muslims. Yes. They take these for the truth. When we tell (?) the truth, when we tell the origin of the verses, they stand up against us. On what basis do you explain it? I explain it according to the essence of the Quran. I explain it according to the essence of the Quran. Yes.
What does it say here too? But in the end they attained the mercy of their Lord, which is Allah's promise. So we too, in the end, will attain the mercy of our Lord, which is Allah's promise, one day, God willing. So it is they who have gained true wealth and true profit, we say. We too will gain it there, God willing. Wealth. True wealth.
When I explain myself here, I compare myself with them, in the same situation, because falsehood has settled into Islam. When we set that falsehood against the truth, Allah Almighty says, truth has come and falsehood has vanished, doesn't He. But people who defend falsehood by deifying their nafs: the darkness of their hearts has shown on their faces. So with that limited mind of theirs they make up fabrications about us. One of them came across me: are you a Mu'tazilite, he says. That is, you are a denier. Good heavens. I explain so much; have you heard denial from me? Is there any denial at all? So the denial itself is in him. It goes so much against him that, it means, he denies in that way.
And truly he does deny. Someone else says: you are a Qadarite, he says. Good heavens. Look, Qadarite. The poor man doesn't even know what Qadariyya is. He doesn't even know what qadar is. Qadar: you cannot talk about it. It is people's desires and wishes, their aims, in the covenant of Elestü bi-Rabbiküm, which Allah Almighty made their destiny, and only Allah knows that. Although I know of my covenant with my Lord, I do not know what I will be a second later. Only within seconds, within time, do I prove myself by saying: this is who I am. How is this being a Qadarite? So because people, with their limited minds, misunderstood the knowledge of the Quran, because they built on those errors, they have gone astray.
Yes. Blessed are those people who, using their minds, knowing that the world is a place of passing benefit, do not incline towards it, do not turn away from Allah, and by observing Allah's commands have attained Allah's mercy, we say.
