Translation

These verses (that Allah made angles write with their pure and clean hands) are from Dhikr-al-Hakeem (Remembrance of Wisdom – Qur’an).

Tafsir

Allah (swt) is proving that He created the worlds in a program and that the worlds are progressing as a result of that program. Allah (swt) says in one of His verses, "There is a Book in My sight, which is preserved in the Levh-i Mahfuz, and no addition or omission is made to it afterwards." This means that He has written down all the events in the Holy Qur'an. Accordingly, he has written down all events in the Holy Qur'an. By foretelling what will happen where and when, and what will come afterwards, Allah (swt) declares that He encompasses the universe with His knowledge and that He knows what will happen where and what events will occur until the Day of Judgment. As Allah (swt) knows what the people who will come until the Day of Resurrection will do in accordance with the covenants He has taken from the people, He says, "We have written them down in the dhikr Hakim, the Holy Qur'an". When the time comes, these events will take place. We are telling you about these events from Zikri Hakim.

Another meaning here is that Allah (swt) is the judge of dhikr. Because only Allah is worthy of dhikr. Only Allah can be dhikr. The meaning of judge is the one who has power over all beings and keeps them under His dominion. Therefore, Allah (swt) Himself is the Judge of the Zikri and He is the One Who made these events known to His Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) through the verses of the Holy Qur'an.

What is said in the video

Yes, Surah Al-Imran, verse 58. These things that are said, We inform you of them from the verses and the Wise Reminder, from the Quran, it says. From the Quran, these things that are said. It confirms verses with verses. That is, these things that are said are not the word of another god. This, eternal without beginning and without end, Huwal awwalu wal akhiru waz zahiru wal batin, of the heavens and the earth, the Owner of this great Throne: they are the words of Allah, it says. Yes. Look at the verse: these things that are said, We inform you of them from the verses and the Wise Reminder, that is, from the Quran.

There is no god who wrote another Wise Reminder. There is no other god to be associated with Allah. So these are Our words, it says.

Allah Almighty is proving that He created the worlds within a program and that, as a result of that program, the worlds run their course. That is, all these worlds were created by Allah. Here, since we write for the general public, we write in a simpler way, so that they can understand. What do we say? All these worlds, He created within a program, and that, as a result of that program, the worlds run their course, He is proving. That is, other than these worlds, that is, other than Allah who created these worlds, there is no god, and it is our Lord's sending us, as a result of a program of these worlds He created, the Wise Reminder and making known His sharia rulings.

In a verse Allah Almighty says that there is a book with Him, preserved in the Preserved Tablet, to which nothing is added or taken away afterwards. According to that verse, He has written out all events in the Quran. Where, when, what will be done, and by giving news of what will come later, Allah Almighty makes known that He encompasses the universe with His knowledge, that until the Day of Judgment He knows what will be where, what will happen, and which events will come about. Because there is no other god besides Him. This world too has been programmed; it will run its course within this program.

So this is the Wise Reminder's, that is, the Quran's, from the Quran made known, the word of Allah. Yes. Allah Almighty, according to the covenants He took from people, how beautiful, according to the covenants He took from people, where? At Qalu Bala, in the address Alastu bi Rabbikum, when He said I am your Lord, people turning their backs on Allah Almighty or putting their trust in Him, according to the covenants He took through their knowing, since He knows what the people to come until the Day of Judgment will do, and Allah Almighty, who wrote their wishes and desires, their wills, for them as destiny, within those destinies, to those spirits working in characters, and when within those characters times are brought about, Allah Almighty, within these times, the persons' wishes and desires, according to those wishes and desires Allah Almighty creating causes, and according to those causes the person carrying out deeds, people receive reward and sin.

So Allah Almighty, who knows what will happen until the Day of Judgment, the worlds He has programmed; every moment on duty, every moment continuously in creating, in creating. When the Messenger of Allah was ascending on the Mi'raj: Stop, O Muhammad, your Lord is performing salat, it says. The Messenger of Allah was astonished: Allah Almighty has no need to pray. What is this, he says. In the Divine Presence: O Muhammad, Allahumma That word you heard, do you know what it means, He says. Allah knows best, he says. I have no need to pray. I have no need to perform salat. Because every moment I am giving the provision of My creatures, within their destinies directing their states and movements, continuously creating their wishes and desires, since I am continuously on duty, in the sense of salat, He says.

That is, on duty for them. Yes. That is why, what does Allah Almighty say? We have written these out in the Wise Reminder, that is, in the Quran, He declares. He knows what those who will come until the Day of Judgment will do. When the time comes, when these events take place, when people actually their deeds carry out, today We tell you about these events with verses, it says. Deeds are being done. Another meaning here is that the Wise Reminder is Allah, the Majestic and Most Holy, Himself. The Wise Reminder. Because only Allah is worthy of remembrance. Only Allah is remembered. The Wise Reminder is Allah Almighty Himself, and it is these events, by His Being, through the verses of the Quran, to the Beloved of the Almighty, our master Muhammad (peace be upon him), being made known.

Yes.

We have finished verse 58 in this way too.
