Translation

If they turn away, verily, Allah knows those who commit mischief.

Tafsir

If, after seeing such truths, they still continue to associate shirk with Allah and turn away from Allah, they are mischief-makers who carry in their hearts the disease of sedition and mischief-making. (Surely Allah is the Knower of mischief-makers.) Allah (swt) made a covenant with our spirits, who have their will in their hands, at Kalu Bela, when we were in the realm of spirits, and Allah (swt) knows us in the best way by writing our covenant as destiny for us. Allah (swt) certainly knows what the people who will come until the Day of Judgment will do. He is the One who knows the righteous and the pious, the hypocrites and the mischief-makers, those who will cause mischief and those who are obedient in the most beautiful and complete way.

What is said in the video

Surah Al Imran, in verse 63: If they turn away — who? Those who turn their backs on Allah. Surely Allah knows well those who spread corruption, that is, those who stir up corruption in religion. Their hiding the truth; within their selfish feelings, with falsehood and superstition, their steering people; and these people, to gain the world, for their worldly interests, people's consciences they exploit.

Thus drowning the earth in corruption. On the earth. In this way they — Allah Almighty says — are senseless and unaware. So it says in the verse. Surah Al-Baqarah — look how beautifully Allah Almighty puts it. In Surah Al-Baqarah.

And they believe in what was sent down to you and what was sent down before you. They believe in the Day of the Hereafter (?). Those who believe. They are given guidance from their Lord, and those who reach salvation are only they, it says. It continues here.

The truth is, it says, the disbelievers — those who disbelieve — whether you warn them or not, it is the same for them; they do not believe. Why do they not believe? At the address 'Elestü bi-Rabbiküm', when they made their covenant with Allah Almighty, since their own wishes and desires became their destiny, according to that destiny Allah Almighty gave them characters. Within those characters, they do not believe. They cannot change those characters either.

Allah, it says, has sealed their hearts and their ears. And among people there are some who, though they do not believe, in Allah and in the Last Day we believe, they say. The hypocrites. By their own reckoning, they supposedly deceive Allah and the believers. Yet they deceive only themselves and are not aware of it, it says.

When they are told, Do not spread corruption on earth, they say: We are only reformers. I have lived this verse. One man, while blood was being shed in Turkey, says: We are here to stop the bloodshed, (?) blood is flowing. Yes, when they are told, Believe as the people believe, they say: would we ever believe as the fools — senseless and foolish people — believe? Know that the fools are they themselves, but they do not know it. Why do they not know? Because during that covenant, while still in the state of souls, out of their pride and arrogance, their grandeur and ego, because they turned their backs on Allah Almighty, because in their own imagination they expected a Lord who would flatter them, with such a covenant, these — since such characters were placed in them — that is why they do not turn back.

And so they do not know the truth either.

If you tell them the truth, they get to the point where the clouds in the sky would burst. If you tell them the truth, they run away from you. Yes, they do not want to hear. If they turn away, surely Allah knows the corrupters well. After seeing so many truths, still to associate partners with Allah one continues. If they turn away from Allah, these — carrying in their hearts the disease of fitna and of spreading corruption all around — are corrupters. Surely Allah knows the corrupters well. Why does He know them well? Because their wishes and desires, their aims, for them Allah wrote as destiny.

And Allah placed in them the characters that can bring those desires out. That is why Allah knows well. At Qalu Bala, while in the realm of souls, with our souls that held partial will, Allah Almighty's making a covenant, and writing our covenant for us as destiny, is His knowing us in the best way. Allah Almighty of course, what the people who will come until Doomsday will do, knows. He rightly knows the wretched or the God-fearing, the hypocrite and the corrupter, those who will spread corruption all around, the obedient, in the best and most complete way He rightly knows them.
