What is said in the video
This is verse 133 of Surah Ash-Shu'ara.
He gave you livestock and sons. Look how beautiful. He gave livestock, He gave sons. "Well, He didn't give any to me." Come on, if He didn't give it to you, don't you buy it with money and eat its meat?
You do. So who did He give it to? Must it be you who raises livestock? He gave it to him; you pay him your money, take it and eat it. So Allah Almighty spread all His bounties over the earth for people. He gave whatever is needed.
He gave the livestock and sons you need. Allah has bestowed His favor on you. He met your needs. He made you prosperous. By giving you sons He multiplied your offspring. And He granted you helpers, He has said. Helpers for you, and his helper. Well, when we grow old, don't our sons, our children look after us? For example, I now have hardly any (?), no (?), I can't do it. You rush right over and do it, don't you? You do. Well, what is this? The children's obedience and service toward the father, toward the elder. Well now, without them, once you've aged you can't meet your needs. Once you've aged you can't cook your meals.
Once you've aged, your clothes (?). What do you do? Children, sons, relatives serve you. And isn't this also a bounty to us from Allah through the children He has given us? How beautiful.
