Wherever they (the Jewish people) are, unless they take protection under the covenant of Allah and the protection of the people (believers), they will be struck with humiliation. They have faced the wrath of Allah and they are sentenced to poorness. This is because they were denying Allah’s verses and killing the Prophets unjustly. And this is because of their rebellion and their transgression.
Tafsir
As long as the Jews did not return to the covenant of Allah, that is, they did not become Muslims and did not take refuge under the protection of the Muslims, they were marked with the stigma of misery. They incurred the wrath of Allah and were stamped with poverty. This verse shows us that the Jews will not be able to establish a state on earth. Some signs indicate the approach of the Day of Judgment. One of these signs of doomsday is the establishment of a state by the Jews.
They have been humiliated with the stigma of humiliation. They incurred the wrath of Allah. Because they did not observe the prohibition of Saturday, Allah (swt) changed their forms into monkeys. They have forgotten Allah because of their excessive love for lineage and worldly possessions, and all their endeavors end in failure. All their efforts are in vain and their efforts do not benefit them. Even if they enjoy the temporal blessings of this world for a little while, in the end they will suffer loss and loss.
They have also been stamped with the stigma of poverty. They have forgotten Allah and are so immersed in the world that they cannot see anything but the world. Although Allah has sent His laws to protect the honor and dignity of human beings, they never obey these laws and commit all kinds of misdeeds in order to obtain the worldly goods. Because this desire and desire is their destiny, they are greedy of poverty in the face of their possessions, and with all kinds of fears, if you gave these people not this world, but a few more worlds like this world, they would still consider themselves poor. The reason for this is that because they love their lives so much, they live in their own imaginations in the worlds of meaning. With these worlds of imagination that they have built for themselves, they create wars, or as a result of these wars, they are captured by their imaginations, they pay bribes to free themselves from this captivity, and a fear of poverty comes to these people with their imaginations, and these worlds are not enough for the bribes and lives that they will give in their imaginations, and since they live in these worlds, even if these worlds were theirs, they are still poor and they are condemned to this poverty. The reason is that they have been branded with these stigmas because of the covenant they made in Kalu Bela for their rebellion against Allah. Since no man or force can break the covenants made by people other than Allah, Allah (swt) knows what these people are capable of and He informs us with His Verses.
(Because they disbelieved in the Verses of Allah and killed the Prophets unjustly. This is because they rebelled and transgressed). The Jewish people receive all kinds of blessings from Allah and enjoy them, but in the face of the blessings they receive, they insist on not recognizing Allah by opposing the Books and Prophets sent by Allah. They are arrogant and proud against Allah (swt). In this way they have always turned away from Allah. This is because they are a people who have crossed the limit. The reason for their transgression is that the prophets sent by Allah showed them the truth and delivered them from captivity, but they killed them unjustly.
What is said in the video
In verse 112 Allah Almighty says: they — who are they? The Jews, the Jews.
Wherever they are found, unless they take refuge in Allah's covenant and in the protection of people, that is, of the believers, the brand of humiliation has been struck on them, the brand of humiliation. Yes, they have incurred Allah's wrath and been condemned to wretchedness. They have been condemned to poverty. Hodja, a verse never says anything wrong. Today the Jews are very rich. The world markets are in their hands. Among the world's leaders they are the money barons. How is this wretchedness here? I mean, how is this poverty?
If you pay attention, I explained it in the previous verse. What did I say? Their world is this world. They worship not Allah but worldly things. They worship matter. In that case, even if there were not one world but several more, they would writhe in want and, as porters of the world, in that want go on. If this is not wretchedness, what is it? This want, and this wealth — what is this want? So what does Allah Almighty say in a verse? Satan frightens you with stinginess, frightens you with poverty, He says. He frightens you with poverty. That is the counterpart of that life. What is it? Satan frightens you with poverty and accustoms you to stinginess.
In that case you are condemned to usury, to sucking people's blood, to exploiting their conscience — you become so. So these are people who live want within that wealth. That want in wealth is wretchedness. Yes. Because they denied Allah's verses and killed the prophets unjustly. This is because they rebelled and transgressed, He says. That is, because they did not bow to Allah, because by killing those prophets they did not acknowledge Allah, because they transgressed and rebelled, He says. Unless the Jews return to Allah's covenant — that is, what is the covenant? In the address "Alastu bi-Rabbikum", when He said I am your Lord — and their returning is not even possible. Why is it not possible?
Because the matter was settled there. The people in this world, as the actors of the scenario there, the scenario that was written, play their characters here. Yes. What is Allah's covenant? To preserve unity and togetherness, to be honoured with the religion of Islam, to know that there is no god but Allah, and to observe the Lord's commands. Yes. Unless the Jews return to Allah's covenant, that is, unless they become Muslim and take refuge in the protection of the Muslims, they have received the brand of humiliation. "Hey Hodja, well, now they have a state, don't they; in that case doesn't this contradict this verse?" It does not contradict it. Why? Now look, I'll tell you.
The Jews founding a state is among the signs of the Last Day. They foretold all of it. In fact they are still not a state. They are still not. Don't look at people recognising them as a state. They are still at war with Palestine. With their women and children. They are shedding Muslim blood. They do not hold back from massacres. They are still trying to take land and settle. They have no homeland.
Those settlements of that kind do not mean a homeland for them. And in the end they will continue their lives in that homeland too for only a short time. The reason: the second command. When the second command comes for their removal, He says, just as they once found and killed them in those back streets, in their homes, He says, again they will drive them out of their homeland and kill them, He says.
That is what is awaited. Yes, they know this too. They are building shelters underground.
This verse — that the Jews cannot found a state on earth — is what it shows us. Some signs indicate that the Last Day is near. And one of these signs of the Last Day is the Jews founding a state. With the brand of humiliation struck on them, they have been abased. Let them found a state as much as they like. Let them make themselves the masters of the earth as much as they like and, above people, with their (?) organisation, climb to a superhuman peak. That is their own thinking.
The Owner of the worlds, and this — with Islam's obedience to Allah, every Muslim, every single Muslim, gives his heart to none of the Jews and does not take his place beside him. In the heart of Islam they are abased and cursed. Except the Muslims among them. Because among them there are those who worship, who pray and fast. Allah Almighty says so in a verse. Except them.
Because they did not keep the Sabbath prohibition, Allah Almighty changed their forms into apes. Because of their excessive love for lineage and worldly goods they forgot Allah. With all their efforts, in the end they meet with a fiasco. What is this fiasco? An affair that comes to nothing. That is, they met with loss. And his lineage will benefit him? And his worldly goods will benefit him? What does Allah Almighty say? On the Day of Judgement, He says, this world — even if they had another world beside it and gave it to Allah as ransom, they would want to be saved, He says. On that day they have neither an intercessor nor a helper.
Yes.
All their efforts go to waste, and their efforts bring them no benefit either.
Even if they have benefited for a short time from the temporary blessings of the world, benefited from them, in the end they suffer loss and ruin. Like a bankrupt merchant. What does he do? He goes somewhere, that trader buys his goods, on the road bandits rob him, he loses his goods, his property. Or in his homeland he sinks that money, sells cheap, or the goods turn out unsellable, or those goods become plentiful there, and the goods he bought suffer a loss at a lower price. In that case he goes bankrupt. That is the bankrupt merchant. What is it? A person who has not been honoured with the religion of Islam, who has spent his life within the blessings Allah created, who has not given thanks, who has not acknowledged the One who created as Lord, and who has turned his back on Allah, a rebel.
What does he do? Like a merchant bankrupt in the world, in the hereafter, from his Lord's mercy being deprived, he is left there with no one and alone. So they, deceived by the temporary life of the world, lived the world, and in their hereafter went bankrupt. They turned the eternal home of bliss into a dungeon. Yes. "And what is it to you, Hodja? Everyone is responsible for himself." You are right. Everyone is responsible for himself, but Allah Almighty loves the servants He created very much. He calls no one to account for things He has not made known. Through the prophets He shows people the ways of guidance.
And the scholars are the heirs of the prophets. They too carry out Allah's commands. They will show people the ways of guidance, so that Allah Almighty (?) (?). What does He say? We call no one to account for a thing We have not made known, He says.
The brand of poverty has also been struck on them. Poverty. I explained it a moment ago, but let's explain it here too. They have forgotten Allah and plunged into the world so deeply that their eyes see nothing but the world. Allah sent people laws that would protect their honour and dignity, yet to obtain worldly goods they never comply with these laws and want to possess those worldly goods by committing every kind of vileness. Let me open this up a bit more: a Jew says exactly this — one of our young ones who witnessed it is here too: a woman comes to our young one to have her car repaired, and a conversation takes place there.
"To continue my lineage I would never hesitate to sleep with my father," she says.
Alparslan, is that right, my child? Right, she says so. These are accursed people who have overstepped Allah's laws. Yes.
What are we saying? Although Allah sent people His laws that would protect their honour and dignity, to obtain worldly goods they never comply with these laws and want to possess those worldly goods by committing every kind of vileness. Since a wish and desire in them is their destiny, in the face of the property they own they are seized by a greed born of fear of want, and with all sorts of fears — give these people not this world but several more worlds like it, and they will still see themselves as poor. That is the brand of poverty. They are never satisfied, they do not know; they bind their backs to the world.
The reason for this is that, because they love their lives very much, they live their inner worlds within their own imaginings. Within their own imaginings. What is their imagining? In his life he does not think of Allah. He does not think of the hereafter. What will he think of? He will obtain worldly goods and live with them.
"Is there a verse for what you say, Hodja?" you ask. There is. We are always giving the meanings of the verses anyway. What does it say in the verse? Even if they had a life of a thousand years, they would want to live those thousand years, He says. Even if they had a life of a thousand years, they would want to live those thousand years. So within that imagining he never remembers death. Within the fantasy world in which he will live on the money he will get, these people, that fantasy world — in order to live it, wherever he gets to, still living want, with this brand of poverty, living the brand of want in their hearts, they spend their lives that way.
Yes, with these fantasy worlds they build for themselves they bring about wars. Wars — if there is war, if there is war and I am taken prisoner, how do I save my life? I need money, I have to find that money. We are now putting their feelings into words here. They bring about wars, or, as a result of these wars, again in their imaginings, they are taken prisoner; to save themselves from this captivity they give bribes, and in their imaginings a fear of want comes over these people. That's how it is: he gave the bribe, gave his property, enough to satisfy them, and afterwards what will he eat and drink this time? They live in want.
Whereas there is no such fantasy, mind you, there is no such thing. So, Allah's — that is, according to their wishes and desires — these feelings our Lord gave them: within those feelings, even if they had not this world but several more worlds, they would still live in this want, they would live in poverty.
And within that matter they cannot spend their pennies. Their pennies.
Imagining it, within his imagining, for the bribe he will give and his way of life, even these worlds would not suffice, and since they live within these worlds, even if these worlds were theirs too, they are still poor and have been condemned to this poverty. The reason (?) is their rebellion against Allah, the covenants they gave; these brands have been struck on them. Since no person or power other than Allah can break the covenants people have given, and since Allah Almighty knows what these people will do, He makes it known to us with His verses.
"Hodja," you will say, "some people do not explain these the way you think; they have explained them in some other way. Where did you make these up from?" You may say that.
The writings those people explained according to their own minds — and you do not believe those writings either. You do not believe them either. Because they wrote things according to their own heads. According to their heads. This, however, is entirely their feelings. That is what is called wisdom. In response to the verse, Allah Almighty gives you those people's feelings, and you write those feelings here. That is what is called wisdom. Yes. Compare what I have now explained with other people: is it right or not? Compare it, and also compare theirs. "Because they denied Allah's verses and killed the prophets unjustly," we write.
And truly they have explained these verses so illogically. Granted, it is a tafsir, it is individuals' minds, but people take it as tafsir and read it. Those who pay their money for it do not believe them either, and in this case so-and-so has made a name and sells that name. But those who read, who read their tafsir, that the person does not match that name — they understand. They understand. This too is because they rebelled and transgressed. The Jewish people take every kind of blessing that comes from Allah and benefit from it. But in the face of the blessings they receive, opposing the books and prophets Allah sent, they stubbornly refuse to acknowledge Allah.
This is in these traits of theirs.
They have countless such traits.
"Then would you list a few of them?" you say. One: in the time of Moses, when Pharaoh worked them like slaves, when Moses saved them, when he took them across into the (?) desert, before he had even taken them across: "Why did we ever follow you? Look, Pharaoh's soldiers are catching us" — their rebelling. Then, when Moses by Allah's command split the sea in two and crossed over, when he went to speak with Allah Almighty, their again worshipping the calf — despite seeing so many truths, despite Mount Sinai as a canopy being raised over them, despite being fed with quail meat and manna — despite all that, then, then, when he said "enter such and such a place, go and fight them": "O Moses, we will not fight them; (?), you go and fight, win that place, then we will enter it" — their saying that.
(?), I am quoting a verse, I am quoting a verse. These are not stories.
The people of the Sabbath: when He said "do not fish on Saturday, fish on the other days", sir, going against Allah's command, their forms being changed into apes. Allah Almighty changing their forms into apes. Being told "say this as you enter through this gate", saying the opposite and then entering. These are now a people that has transgressed. For this reason it is an accursed people of the earth.
They are in arrogance and pride towards Allah Almighty.
Is there a counterpart for this too? Of course there is. "We are those close to Allah," they say. "No more than three days of torment will be poured on us. In that case we accept His torment. But we will not do what He says."
Yes. He accepts three days of torment. But he does not accept doing what He says. Look at the arrogance, look at the pride. In this. Look at the ignorance in this. Even if it were three days — that is three thousand years here. How beautifully Allah Almighty puts it: do they have some proof in their hands? Let them show it, He says. Yes.
With these states they have always turned away from Allah. These states of theirs are because they are a people that has transgressed. The reason for their transgression is that, although the prophets Allah sent showed them the truth and saved them from captivity, they killed these prophets unjustly. "Which prophet did they kill, Hodja?" John. Then John's father, Zechariah (peace be upon him), when he came to save John — that he would be killed, that the ruler, the king would kill him — on realising it, Zechariah (peace be upon him) comes to save his son. And the Jews follow him. When he sees he is being followed, he goes inside a tree trunk.
At once they close both ends of the trunk and cut it with a saw. They kill him. Yes.
Jew.
(?) may Allah be pleased with you, Hodja. May Allah guide the people who are Wahhabis. Yes.
When you say Wahhabi, that too is a madhhab. But the madhhabs are four. Those after them are sects. The four madhhabs are true: Hanafi, Hanbali, Shafi'i, Maliki. The four madhhabs complete one another. Those outside these are (?), people who serve certain mindsets that are not in accordance with reason.
