For the unbelievers, their possessions and sons will not be of any benefit against Allah. They are the dwellers of the hell and they will remain therein for eternity.
Tafsir
Those who disbelieved and rebelled and turned away from Allah, their wealth and their children will avail them nothing against Allah. For their spending is not for Allah. They deceive their own souls when they say that they are helping. It is because they give to people in pride and grandeur, to make themselves appear great. If they had given for the sake of Allah, they would have submitted to Allah and embraced the religion of Allah, which He says, "Inneddine Indallahil Islam", and they would have found salvation. Their expenditures are against the religion of Islam and against the command of Allah (swt), and their pretense of spending for the sake of Allah (swt) is only to bring their false ideology to life and to satisfy their ego. Their spending is not acceptable in the sight of Allah. They are also guilty of great sins because they spend against the command of Allah (swt). Their spending will never benefit them. Even if they spend it for good. If they die in the state they are in, their good deeds have no validity in the sight of Allah.
Their children will not benefit them either. The mercy of Allah (swt) has been removed from people who pass on to the Hereafter as disbelievers, even if their children are in Islam, and they will be alone there. Such people will find strength in their children and wealth, in their lineage, and will forget Allah, so their wealth and their children will not help them in their fortune.
People who are in this state, that is, those who are enemies of Allah, those who have not embraced the religion of Islam. Those who do things contrary to the command of Allah (swt), those who leave the straight path of Allah (swt) and follow the crooked path, and those who die in this state, are Hell-bound. Even if they have done good deeds and good deeds in this world, Allah (swt) says: "All their good deeds have been in vain".
These people are enemies of Allah, and those who die in this way in this belief have gone to the Hereafter as disbelievers. They will go to eternal hell.
What is said in the video
At verse 116 of Surah Al Imran is where we left off.
As for those who disbelieve, it says, their wealth and their children, against Allah, will be of no benefit to them at all. Those are the people of hell. They will abide there forever. Now, one of our young ones once asked a question. Hodja, is hell eternal? Is there such a verse? That is, when people enter there, will they stay there forever? he said. We showed a few verses and then said: there are many more verses. Many, hundreds, we said, hundreds. In this case, we understand this from our people's questions: they have never read their own book. Which is a person's own book? Look, here, the Holy Quran.
The Holy Quran our Lord sent down to us. This is our own book. We will read this. Well, Hodja, we read it but we don't understand. You read it, and ask what you don't understand. In the Holy Quran, in the Holy Quran there are 389 verses that are explained wrongly. What does it say now? Those who disbelieve, their wealth and their children, against Allah, will be of no benefit to them at all.
Of course they won't. Allah created the universe. Allah Almighty has no need of a single atom, that they should be of benefit to them. That one should benefit his child, the child his father, the father, sir, his aunt, his aunt. At a time when every soul says "myself". On a day when everyone will be called to account by their own actual deeds. Without anyone, sir, having any right or claim over anyone; today no one will be wronged, everyone will be given in full what they earned, according to the verse. Allah Almighty will, to everyone, what they earned in full, give. But some are excepted. What does it say?
Ve le sevfe yu'tîke rabbüke fe terdâ. We will give to you and you will be pleased, it says. Pleased. That is, neither a (?) nor a sorrow touches their faces, it says. Except these, to whom the station of intercession is given. These. The others, the others, those outside the religion of Islam, those who hold various ideologies, that on earth no religion other than Islam remains, that all the People of the Book, the People of the Book, He gathered in the Quran, that the Torah, the Psalms and the Gospel were gathered in the Quran; according to the verse Inne'd-dîne inda'llâhi'l-İslâm, what Allah calls religion is Islam. Whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, let him seek a god other than Allah.
Never, it says, will that religion benefit him. So in this case, if he is outside Islam, neither his children nor his wealth nor his property will benefit him. What does the verse say? We explained it in earlier verses too. There they are without anyone and alone, it says. Without anyone and alone. Why? Allah Almighty has the attributes Rahman and Rahim.
With the attribute Rahman, to everyone in the universe; the attribute Rahim, in the hereafter, only to the mu'min. When He removes that attribute of mercy from them, there they will be alone and without anyone, they will remain. Even if it is his father, even if it is a relative who is his guardian, they will not stand by them. Because no one stands by an enemy of Allah or by a person who has turned his back on Allah. They do not stand by one whom Allah does not stand by. Yes.
Those who disbelieve, who rebel and turn away from Allah, their wealth and their children will be of no benefit to them at all against Allah. Because their spending is not for Allah. Why? Not for Allah; they spend out of selfish feelings. If he gives someone something, it is because he has some interest in it. Because for these, their life, their gods, their temples are their wealth. All of them rest their security on their wealth. They lean their backs on their worldly goods. They do not remember Allah. For this reason, rather than have their wealth taken, take their life; rather than lose a bit of their wealth... as it decreases, they fall into a kind of drunken state.
Sir, their saying "I am helping" is deceiving their own selves. You know how missionaries help; in fact among those missionaries, when they say "I am helping", how many there are who profit from it. And how many there are who, in enmity to Allah, turn people away and wrong their own selves.
They, and I tell you this with a verse too, those missionaries who show enmity to Islam and try to convert people to Christianity, look, in the verse Allah Almighty, to them, what does He say? Until they die, they will not believe even in Jesus, it says.
Until they die, they will not believe even in Jesus. Yes. Because these, in pride and arrogance, to show themselves great, make donations to people. Even if they do make donations. They deify their own selves. Indeed, what does Allah Almighty say in His verse? My beloved, do not mind their denying you; in their time they betrayed Me too. Because their hearts are scattered and restless. In their pride and arrogance they could not bow their necks to Me. On their necks We, what does it say? We put "lale"s. Do you know what a lale is? On wolves', I mean on dogs' necks, they are put. When it fights with wolves, so that the wolf does not go for its neck and strangle the dog, a spiked, studded thing like this. They put it on the animal's throat as a collar.
So they cannot bow their necks to the ground. Out of that pride and arrogance.
Had they given for Allah, they would bow to Allah, Allah, and in Allah's sight, inne'd-dîne, indi, they would hold fast to His religion that Allah calls Islam, and find salvation. If they had given for Allah. What does it say in many places of the Holy Quran? Make jihad. Spend in Allah's way. Spend in the way of Allah and His Messenger. Spend for His religion. Make jihad. This jihad is not necessarily swinging a sword. Helping Allah's religion is also a jihad. Sir, according to the verse "The truth has come and falsehood has vanished", removing falsehoods from religion is also a jihad. Therefore one must act consciously, consciously.
Now, when I say jihad, it is not that you must go to war and swing a sword. Fulfilling Allah's commands on Allah's way is a jihad. It is a jihad with your nafs, with your nafs. Yes.
What does it say? Since it is against Allah Almighty's command, their making themselves look as if spending for Allah is to bring their false ideologies to life and to satisfy their nafs. They will bring their false ideologies to life. That is, although Allah did not say it, for material gain they changed Allah's words. And saying "Allah said so", deifying their own selves, in Allah's name they accepted their own ideologies as religion. And forming themselves into a superhuman class, they tried to live lives above people. In the end, a thousand years here being like one day of the hereafter, when death comes upon them, when death comes upon them, when the soul reaches the throat: then turn it back, it says. All the relatives, it says, wait there for his soul to depart, it says.
Allah Almighty tells us: striking their faces and eyes, We take out their souls, He says. Except for the good, He says. The good are excepted. Yes.
So their spending, too, is to bring their own ideologies to life, to let themselves live in the finest way, and, seeing themselves as beings above people, to secure the living of their worldly life. What does Allah Almighty say to such people? Even if they had a life of a thousand years, they would want to live it, He says. Yes.
And it is to satisfy their nafs. Their spending is not accepted in Allah's sight. Moreover, since they spend contrary to Allah Almighty's command, they incur great sins. This spending of theirs will never be of any benefit to them. Even if they spent it on good, in the state they are in, if they die; that is, what is the state they are in? Outside the religion of Islam, within various ideologies, having turned his back on Allah, if he has gone as a denier, the good deeds they did, too, in Allah's sight have no validity left. What they did, it says, all deeds have gone to waste. Good deeds too have gone to waste.
We explained it in earlier lessons too. If a person is a non-Muslim, even if there were not just this world but another world as well,
the earth and the heavens, the Throne of Allah surrounding them, if you put these on one pan of the scale and they had weight, a weight of good deeds, when you deny one verse, all these weights, the weight of good deeds on that pan, denying the verse on the other side weighs heavier. Because they went against the command of Allah who created these worlds, even if they denied just one verse, all the fine deeds they did went to waste. And these will remain without anyone and alone in the hereafter. These are the eternal people of hell.
Their children too will be of no benefit to them. Perhaps their children were in Islam; from people who pass into the hereafter as unbelievers, since Allah Almighty's mercy is lifted from them, these too are alone there. Since such people find strength in their children and family, their lineage and kin, and forget Allah, their wealth and their children will be of no benefit to them. Is there an example? Is there an example of such not benefiting? Of course there is. How could there not be? What does Abraham say to his father? When he said "Father, I will pray to Allah for you", Allah Almighty to Abraham: O Abraham, do not be among the ignorant.
He was not from your loins. That is, he was not from you. Then Allah Almighty also (?) repentance. Noah's son went as an unbeliever. What did Noah say? O my Lord, I had a promise. The lineage of a prophet, he says; his offspring too would not go as an unbeliever. O Noah, He says, he is not from your loins. How beautiful. That is, Allah Almighty places an unbeliever in the loins of a Muslim, a Muslim in the loins of an unbeliever, raises them there, they grow up, and in the end everyone returns to their own fitra. What is the reason? Why does He do this? Today in the land of unbelief he would say: if I had been among the Muslims, I would have become a Muslim.
So He brings among them, places a Muslim soul; among them that one returns to his Islam, while the other still continues in his own fitra. So Allah Almighty will show them, them, as an example. In this case, even if their children were born Muslim, their children will never be of any benefit to him.
Yes, such people, since they find strength in children and family, in lineage and kin, and forget Allah, their wealth and children will be of no benefit to them at all. In this case they, that is, people who are enemies of Allah, those not honoured with the religion of Islam, those who act against Allah Almighty's command, those who leave Allah's straight path and are on the crooked path, and those who die in this state, are people of hell. And eternally of hell, at that. If you pay attention to the words: those who die in this state. Yes, people may wander on crooked paths. Sir, they may be very sinful.
But if in the end he repents, Allah's mercy again reaches them. Let's say, if he is to stay in eternal hell, as much as his sin, he stays there and then still comes out to Paradise, off he goes. But the others become eternally of hell. Now, in that state, (?). Many of the companions fought against Islam; before becoming Muslim, at first, then later they came, accepted Islam, and those (?) were honoured among the companions, the title of Sahabi they received. Yes.
Even if these did good and beautiful deeds in the world, even if they did good works, Allah Almighty decrees that all the fine deeds they did have gone to waste. These people are enemies of Allah, and those who die this way in this belief have gone to the hereafter as unbelievers. These are eternally of hell.
Let us continue our lesson. Surah Al Imran, verse 116, is where we had left off.
Yes.
Those who disbelieve, it says, their wealth and their children, against Allah, to them will be of no benefit at all. Those are the people of hell. They will abide there forever, it says.
One of our young ones had asked. Hodja, is there a verse that they will stay in hell forever? he says. We told him: it doesn't come to my mind right now, but there are hundreds of verses, I said, like this, hundreds. Not just a few. This is one of them. What does it say? Those are the people of hell, they will abide there forever, it says. Eternal. That is, it has no end. Why eternal? As we said before, there is no spirit in any being. The spirit is only in man. Paradise and hell are eternal. Because people will enter paradise, hell. People. Where will they enter? Into paradise, into hell. Those who fulfil Allah's command, into paradise; those who go outside His command and pass into the hereafter as non-Muslims will enter eternal hell.
In this case paradise and hell are eternal. Eternal because people are eternal. Why are people eternal?
About people we said: in no being other than man is there a spirit. Since the spirit is only in man, he is eternal. So what is the effect of the spirit on man? Since it is a part from his Lord, the Lord, our Lord, He, Hüve'l-evvelü ve'l-âhiru ve'z-zâhiru ve'l-bâtın. He is the First, the Last, the Manifest and the Hidden; He subsists by His essence; He, embracing the infinite, is eternal. And what is a part of Him is also eternal with Him. For this reason, paradise and hell too are eternal in this case. Yes. Those who disbelieve, who rebel and turn away from Allah, their wealth and their children will be of no benefit to them at all against Allah.
What is the reason? The one who gives the child is Allah. The one who outwardly (?) that child is Allah. The one who first creates his spirit in the barzakh and gives him a part of His essence is Allah. Our owner is Allah. The owner of all beings, from the atom to the globe, is Allah. On that day when no one is of even an atom's benefit to anyone, on a day when every soul says "myself, myself", on a day, on a day when no one can bring any benefit to anyone, except the intercession Allah, Allah Almighty, will grant to people who are in the station of intercession, a day when no person benefits any person, on a day when it says "myself, myself", neither child, nor wealth, nor property benefits a person.
The only thing that will benefit a person is his actual deeds, his rewards. That will hold a light, a path for the person, and his scale, the scale of good, it will make weigh heavier, and per Allah Almighty's promise, he will earn entering those paradises He promised. Yes.
Because their spending is not for Allah. That is, their children and the spending they made, since these are not for Allah; even if it had been for Allah, even if it had been for Allah. If they knew Allah, the matter would be settled. They do not know Allah. Non-Muslims do not know Allah. Hodja, why do you say so? They too say Allah. They say it. That is, well, he didn't know; they don't know. And we will prove it now. Can Allah be three? Lady Mary (?), can Jesus be His son? Can there ever be such an Allah? You know, they pray "the greatest of the three"; there is no such thing as "the greatest of the three".
Allah subsists in His essence. According to the verse I quoted, Hüve'l-evvelü ve'l-âhiru ve'z-zâhiru ve'l-bâtın, besides whose essence there is no god, He who the tawhid of La İlahe İllallah symbolizes, and Allah Almighty, who is free of any deficient attribute, with the attribute Hu, that is, the attribute of subsisting by His essence, with the attribute Hayy, who gives life to all the worlds but is Himself free of the worlds, Allah has no need of anything. In this case, people, did those non-Muslims know Allah? Had they spent for Allah, they would enter the religion of Islam, accept Islam, they would fear Allah, and to Allah, who subsists by His essence, besides whom there is no god, they would not associate partners.
Now it is understood: they do not know Allah, they do not recognise Allah; they say Allah, but they say Allah in that way. Which Allah? There is no Allah with a spouse, with partners, with wife and children.
Allah is the Allah of Surah Al-Ikhlas. Kul hüva'llâhü ehad. Allâhü's-samed. Lem yelid ve lem yûled. Ve lem yekün lehû küfüven ehad. Yes, He has neither a child nor a child. He is one in His essence. Now, ehad: the meaning of ehad is different. Now in Arabic, vahid is one. Vahid. Sir, ehad is also one. Ehad. Now when we say one, vahid: one pen, but of the pen kind there are many pens. A pen out of pens. Or let's say a computer: one computer, but that one computer among computers. When it says ehed: besides it there is no single one, no one, only that one; in that sense the meaning of ehed here is this. Allah Almighty's, that is, what was it in the letters of His word?
So here, that Allah, besides whom there is none, who subsists by His essence. Yes. So their spending is not for Allah; had it been for Allah, they would know Allah and enter the religion of Islam. And their spending would not be against the religion of Islam. And since they fear Allah, he would not rely on his wife and children either. Hasbünallâhü ve ni'me'l-vekîl, ni'me'l-mevlâ ve ni'me'n-nasîr, as he says, sir, with those words he relies on Allah. He knows there is no other door to (?) besides Allah, and he knows what a fine, what-have-you, He is, and takes refuge in Him.
Their saying "I am helping" is deceiving their own selves. Under the pretext of help they carve off a bit for themselves, and a bit, sir, through enmity to religion, they try to turn people from their ways. Because, in pride and arrogance, to show themselves great, they make donations to people. Right, so-and-so distributes money, gives money. They make themselves look very great. These men, wealthy people; today people incline not to Allah but to Allah's creations.
If Allah created everything from the atom to the globe, those who incline to Allah's creations and forget Allah, en masse leaving Islam, valuing matter, for that matter abandoning their religion. These events exist in Turkey today. They exist. These men too, in pride: "I, these, sir, I am rich, these too, with my own wealth, by (?), I can even make them leave their religion." In their whims, and at the same time out of enmity to religion, out of their hatred of Allah, they are making an effort. Such an effort. Poor soul, fallen into a swamp; the more he thrashes to get out of that swamp, the more he sinks. He is not aware.
Driving his nafs this way, sir, to torment and suffering in Allah's sight, the person does not know that he will meet the greatest severity of the hereafter, with such actions. Yes.
Had they given for Allah, they would bow to Allah, and in Allah's sight, inne dine, indi, they would hold fast to the religion Allah calls Islam and find salvation.
In Allah's sight there is no religion other than Islam.
Allah Almighty is without beginning and without end. What He said at the beginning is the same in pre-eternity. In the Torah, the Psalms and the Gospel it is on the fitra of Islam. Although religions are spoken of under changed names, since they are on the fitra of Islam, the religion is the religion of Islam. That is, it is Allah's word. As for Allah's word, these were gathered in the Quran as four books. The Holy Quran was sent to humankind as the fourth book. And since in the Torah, the Psalms and the Gospel it is on the fitra of Islam, Allah's verses were gathered in the Holy Quran. So: İnne'd-dîne inda'llâhi'l-İslâm.
In My sight, religion is Islam, He says. Whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, to the one who seeks a religion, never, He says, will that religion benefit. So in this transient world, since people earlier in the barzakh were enemies of Allah Almighty, out of their own arrogance and pride, since they denied Allah, since, framing Allah with their own imaginations, their dream worlds, they expect such a god from Him, these bring loss upon their own selves. And although they know that in this transient realm they are in a test, because every soul tastes death, they see it. Still, out of their pride and arrogance, since they cannot give up the covenants they made earlier in the barzakh, which they cannot, that covenant is like that, and in this world too, as rebellious souls, holding themselves as witness before Allah Almighty, they depart this realm, and finally, that one of them is a fire, that it is a place of punishment, however much he himself understands it in the end, the feelings in them never change. What is that feeling?
To wait for the Lord of their own imagination. That Lord will come and save them, and they will take revenge on Allah. Now I am calling out to people who are in the same feelings. Their feelings are these. We know them. Look how Allah Almighty too says that their feelings are like this. We would descend from the sky with angels and make them prostrate to them, it says. Descending from the sky with angels, We would make them prostrate to them. So they await such a Lord of their imagination. Now, to these, about using their minds, a small reminder I want to give. Way back in the barzakh, in the world of spirits, at Qalu Bala, a god they awaited did not appear. In this world too, ever since our father Adam, a god they awaited did not appear. So what are you waiting for? Which Lord of your own imagination are you waiting for, and will you try to take revenge on Allah, the Owner of the worlds?
If you had used your mind a little, or if you would use it, a little, your own nafs, out of such pride and arrogance, you would not have left (?).
What Allah calls religion is Islam. In His religion of which He says İnne'd-dîne inda'llâhi'l-İslâm, they would hold fast to His religion and find salvation. Since their spending is against the religion of Islam, contrary to Allah Almighty's command, their making a show of spending for Allah is to bring their false ideologies to life and to satisfy their nafs. To bring their false ideologies to life. However much they strive, Allah Almighty, until the Day of Judgment, will complete His religion. Now, something like this may come to your mind. It will come anyway. It will come. If it doesn't come to yours, it comes to mine.
Let me remind you.
Hodja,
day by day, concessions are being made from the religion of Islam. Day by day, people turn their backs on Allah. Day by day, people's faith grows weaker. And until the Day of Judgment people will say Allah but will be unaware of Allah. So how is this completing the religion?
And this comes to mind.
When everyone made their covenant with Allah Almighty, when they made the covenant, they have a covenant about at which time they will come. That is, they have a wish. According to that wish, Allah Almighty programmed them. Allah Almighty's command, that is, His saying He will complete His light until the Day of Judgment, is that even on the very last day before the Judgment, the spirit remaining in the barzakh comes to the world, and to it too Allah is made known; it will make known that Allah is one. It will support this, this verse: We call no one to account for what We have not made known. So the person who will come until the Day of Judgment will learn of the religion of Islam's and the Holy Quran's existence.
Since He says "We sent down the Quran, and We are its guardian until the Day of Judgment", the Holy Quran will keep its rule until the Day of Judgment, and that single last person coming from the barzakh will also hear of the Quran and the religion, Islam, in the world. According to the verse that Allah Almighty calls no one to account for what He has not made known, Allah Almighty, free of all deficient attributes, will with His word have set everything in place with complete formulas. In this case, in this case, if these, according to this verse, that is, according to the verse that Allah will complete His light until the Day of Judgment, if this programming of our Lord had not been there, they would long ago have left the religion of Islam, forgotten Allah, and the Quran would be pushed aside; people would come to be like the destroyed peoples, and then things would get out of hand anyway; before the world came to its end, people would live like this, in a wretched state.
So it comes to the verse that He will complete His light until the Day of Judgment. Since Allah Almighty does not send prophets until the Day of Judgment, He will send scholars. And the scholars will make it known to them. They will make it known. Until a time when, from there, from the barzakh, not a single spirit remains, all will come to the world. And when they come, they will hear of the religion of Islam too. Even if among them there are people who are sleepwalkers, or up to that person, Allah Almighty will make the Holy Quran known through His scholars, even if only a little. He will make it known.
Yes. The situation is understood, I suppose, isn't it?
How will Allah Almighty complete His light until the Day of Judgment? Yes.
This spending of theirs will never be of any benefit to them. Even if they spent on good, if they die in the state they are in, the good deeds they did have no validity left in Allah's sight. Yes.
This computer I am broadcasting with is the same computer as last week. So last week there was interference on the internet or somewhere. Because of this interference, or are they sending a virus, whatever they are sending, because of that a crackling occurred. Otherwise we have not done anything to this computer. Same computer, and our sound is probably very good, inshallah.
Yes.
Their children too will be of no benefit to them.
Even if their children had been in Islam, from people who pass into the hereafter as unbelievers, since Allah Almighty's mercy is lifted from them, these are alone there. Even if his child is Muslim,
he is not from his loins, not from him. That is, he is not of the deniers. For example, Abraham coming from his father's loins. In fact he is not from those loins. What does it say? O Abraham, he was not from you, it says. From you. That is, he was of those who deny. Well, why? He came from his loins, after all. So Allah Almighty brings such a prophet of Islam, such a great one of Islam, and places him in the loins of an unbeliever. Look, here too such a prophet emerges. Such a great one of Islam emerges. He is free of deficient attributes, after all. Let me tell you, sir: "I came from the loins of an unbeliever, I came from the loins of a non-Muslim; had I been in Islam, in the land of Islam, I would not be like this", he will not be able to say.
Yes, so even if their children became Muslim, since they are not from their loins, that is, since he is not of them, since they are not in the state of their beliefs, their ideas, of non-Muslims, that is, of those who associate partners with Allah, since they are adorned with the light of tawhid, Allah's mercy that has (?) from over them they never oppose, and as those who affirm, they pass to the other side, that is, to Allah's paradise within His command, as heirs, and go.
When Allah Almighty's mercy is lifted, these are alone there. Such people find strength in children and family, lineage and kin, and since they forget Allah, their wealth and children will be of no benefit to them. What's that?
Their boasting of their children and family, their lineage and kin, even going further, counting those in the graves, boasting of their worldly possessions. Boasting of what Allah created. Now the nail says to the hammer: why do you hit my head? says the nail. And the adze says to that thing, to the hammer: Hey, don't look at me being the one who hits. Look at the one who makes him hit, it says. The one who makes it hit. Well now, the owner of this universe is Allah.
All property is Allah's. This property is in the position of the hammer. People take the hammer, or rather they take that nail; at the hammer they look. That is, they look at the property. Hey, look at the owner of that property. The owner of the property is Allah. The one who gives to you is Allah. The one who arranges sustenance is Allah. The one who arranges your sustenance according to your destiny is Allah. You don't turn to Allah, but leaning your back, sir, on what Allah created, you try to praise it. So these are people without reason. Hodja, how can you call them unreasonable? Look at what they do, what inventions they make.
A reasonable person is one who thinks of his future and prepares for his tomorrow. These are clever people. However much their minds have worked, still they are without reason. Because Allah Almighty says one Muslim is equal to three unbelievers. With his strength, with his mind. So a Muslim's mind works far more than an unbeliever's. It works a lot. For this reason, nearly all the inventions in the world were made by Muslims. Inventions. Now, I was in Germany; we went there on a duty.
They are going to take us to that Erding airfield, the airport. The driver there just cannot get out of the city. Because he has a route he is used to; he cannot get off that route. He asks for help, help; that help comes, takes him out of the city and takes us to the airfield. These work their minds on certain points. If he is a welder, he is a welder; he knows nothing else. Their electrician is an electrician; he knows nothing else but that. A person should be somewhat skilled. Allah Almighty gave man the name insan. That is, skilled. Man will use his skill. In this case a person, at least, even if he knows one thing, will understand a little of the others too.
But of course it is better to give the job to the expert. These work their minds in a single branch; their minds work on nothing else. In this way they do science on a certain (?). But the Muslim is not like that. The Muslim is like a brother. His mind works. Except those who don't use it; there are those who don't use it too. Yes. People in this state, that is, those who are enemies of Allah, those not honoured with the religion of Islam, those who act against Allah Almighty's command, those who leave Allah's straight path and are on the crooked path, and those who die in this state are people of hell.
If they have passed into the hereafter in a state of not having entered the religion of Islam, these are people of hell. The door of repentance is open to a person until death, until the soul reaches the throat. If he repented in the world and, even if at the last moment, to his Lord returned, he got away with it. Even if he stays in hell and serves his punishment, he still goes to paradise. But no. Since characters will not change anyway, if on that fitra he went, these have wronged their own selves.
Even if these did good and beautiful deeds in the world, even if they did good works, Allah Almighty decrees that all those deeds they did have gone to waste. Recently our young one (?) asked about the good deeds and charities that nun did.
We too answered like this. This world, we said. One more world. This universe, the seven heavens; if there were as much again, if he did good deeds of its weight, which is an unbearable power of reward,
if he denied one verse, no excess of good deeds can, that pan with the weight of denying one verse, bring into balance. In this case Allah Almighty says to them: the fine deeds they did have all gone to waste. They have been scattered like carded cotton. Yes. No. This one did this. That one did that. This one discovered electricity. This one invented whatnot. If we say: did this one too go as an unbeliever? If we say he went, of course, how they departed, Allah knows best. We cannot know whether they went in Islam or not. But what do we say? Even if he did good deeds weighing as much as another world like these worlds, another heaven like these heavens, if he went as a rebel against Allah, all the fine deeds they did have gone to waste.
So these people are enemies of Allah, and those who die like this in this belief have gone to the hereafter as unbelievers. These are eternally of hell. Yes.
