If you have suffered harm (in the battle of Uhud), this group (who were your enemies during the battle of Badr) also suffered similar harm. We alternate those days among mankind so that Allah will reveal those who have believed and take martyrs from among you. Allah does not like those who (continue to) commit oppression.
Tafsir
Allah (swt) says in this verse to console Islam, to remind Islam of the victory at Badr, to ease the pain of the defeat at Uhud, and to cheer Islam, that if you suffered at Uhud, your enemies at Badr suffered a similar pain. This is so that those who believe and those who do not believe, those who are patient and those who are not patient, may be revealed, and that people may be fully rewarded for what they have earned. Allah wants to make martyrs out of you. He wants to strengthen the faith of the people of faith by making them attain the status of martyrs and to be remembered as examples for those who come after them. As the faith of Muslims strengthens, their trust in Allah (swt) increases.
Allah (swt) rotates these events among people. To make people bear witness to Allah (swt) by their covenant, by the covenants they have made, in the battlefields, or by the calamities that befall them, so that people may reveal their faith, their steadfastness or their rebellion against Allah (swt), so that no one can find a word to accuse Allah (swt).
Allah does not love those who continue to be cruel. Allah, who is very compassionate to His creatures, does not want any of His creatures to oppress any of His creatures. Therefore, Allah does not want His creatures to commit injustice against their own souls or against other souls, nor does He love those who continue in injustice.
What is said in the video
If you suffered a wound at Uhud, at Badr that people, your enemy, also suffered a similar wound. We said it a moment ago, didn't we. Yes, and Allah Almighty already says this in the verse. We keep turning those days among people. So that Allah may bring out those who believe and take witnesses from among you. Allah does not love the wrongdoers.
So people must learn the verses not for worldly gain but to learn the subtleties in them, and bind themselves to Allah in that way, from the heart. In verse 140 of Surah Al-Imran: if you suffered a wound at Uhud, at Badr that people, your enemy, also suffered a similar wound. We keep turning those days among people. So that Allah may bring out those who believe and take martyrs from among you. Allah does not love the wrongdoers. No one loves a wrongdoer anyway. A wrongdoer is not loved, after all.
With this verse Allah Almighty, to console Islam, reminds Islam of the victory won at the Battle of Badr, to (?) from the pain of the defeat at Uhud, to lift the morale of Islam. Yes. If you suffered a wound at Uhud, and that wound came because the people, or rather the Companions, in the intoxication of victory, the Prophet's order: do not leave your place. Unless those (?) move and they scatter, do not leave your place. They did not carry out this order. In the intoxication of victory they ran after the scattering unit. Meanwhile at their head Khalid ibn al-Walid, their commander, who was not yet a Muslim at that time, surrounds the Muslim unit and inflicts a defeat.
And one of them, one of the polytheists, takes a stone in his hand, throws it at the Prophet, breaks his tooth. And he shouts that he has killed him.
Those who were with the Prophet (?) did not die. When the Prophet (?) said, I am alive, the Companions regained strength and gathered together. Yes.
The reason it happened like this: so that the one who believes and the one who does not, the one who is patient and the one who is not come to light, and people receive the full return for what they earned. Allah wants to take martyrs from among you. These are verses. Them too, by raising them to the rank of martyrdom, by having them remembered as examples by those who come after them, it is to strengthen the faith of the people of faith. As the faith of the Muslims grows firmer, as it grows firmer, their trust in Allah Almighty increases. Yes.
Muslims gain strength from one another. When they are bound to one another in a bond of brotherhood, like a ring, one to another, in the same mindset, without any hidden thought, all of them in a single thought in the presence of their Lord, they keep up their unity and togetherness. This is real strength. It is a real bond.
This strengthens the faith of the Muslims. It also increases their trust in Allah Almighty. Allah Almighty keeps turning these events among people. To make people bear witness to Allah Almighty about themselves with the covenants they gave, on battlefields or through misfortunes that befall them, people's faith in Allah Almighty, their loyalty or their rebellion, so that people bring it to light and no one finds a word to (?) Allah Almighty. That is, we have the Prophet at our head. We will win anyway. No. Work. You will get the return.
Everyone will get the return for what they earned. No relying. You will rely. Of course you will rely, but there is defeat too. Well now, there was a defeat; did the Prophet lie? God forbid, Allah protect us. So, just because he is a prophet, will he not taste defeat? Defeat. If you disobey the order, of course you will taste it. Yes. How beautiful. Allah Almighty, to people, by making them taste this pain, to the people who will come until the Day of Judgement, shows events as lessons. These are lessons.
These events, with these events, Allah, these events, He says, Allah Almighty keeps turning among people. We explained this part. Allah does not love the wrongdoers. Allah Almighty, who is very compassionate to His creation, in the great world, even if people are (?) to Him, any of His creatures doing wrong to any other of His creatures He does not want. Allah Almighty wants people to rule among His creatures with complete justice. With complete justice. And what does He say in His verse? Spread truth and justice on the earth.
Spread truth and justice on the earth. Let there be people among you who will tell of justice, He says. Because He loves people very much, He does not want people to be oppressed. Let them not say: O Allah, You created us, did You leave us to ourselves, did You hand us over to these wrongdoers? Let him not say it. So with His verses He gives us life. Yes.
For this reason Allah Almighty does not love the wrongdoers among His creatures who do wrong to their own selves or to other selves. He does not love those who wrong both their own selves and others. Why would He not love the one who wrongs his own self? Of course He does not love him at all.
Let Him say: be honoured with the religion of Islam. Let Him say: there is no god but Allah. All the prophets are true. Let Him say so. Let Him say: Muhammad (peace be upon him), sent as a mercy to the worlds, as the Seal of the Prophets. Let Him say: the Quran is a leader, a light, a proof for all people. And you turn your back on these. Are you then not a wrongdoer to your own self? What about you should He love, what of you should He love? If not for your worship, what would We do with you, says Allah Almighty. What would We do? Why did He create us? So that His essence be known. Well, if you turn your back on Him, then as a non-Muslim you turn the abode of eternal bliss into an abode of punishment and you have bought that place.
Has He then loved you now? Yes.
