Translation
And this way, Allah purifies from their sins those who believe and punishes those who disbelieve (because of their oppression).
Tafsir
Allah (swt) wants to purify those who fight and struggle for the sake of Allah (swt), those who are devoted to Allah (swt) with their lives, those who give their lives without hesitation in jihad, and those who drink the sherbet of martyrdom in the battlefields, by giving them exalted stations and purifying them from their sins.
He wants to torment those who rebel against Allah (swt), those who oppose His religion (inneddine indallahil Islam), those who say that there is only the religion of Islam in the sight of Allah (swt) and those who strive to abolish this religion, those who are rebellious against Allah (swt), and those who die fighting against Islam by their own fate, desire and will in accordance with their covenant with Allah (swt).
It is the attribute of Allah's Godhood that Allah (swt) has written the covenants made by people in the eternal state of eternity as destiny for them. Those who obey or disobey Allah (swt) and His commands and prohibitions prove themselves by the decisions they make. In a world where His Essence is invisible, Allah (swt) creates events for people according to their destiny, according to the actions they will take, and people reveal their nature within these events. They prove what kind of a person they are by their actual actions.
By creating such events according to the desires and wishes of every future human being and the beings He created until the Day of Judgment with His knowledge, Allah (swt) makes the beings in the universe witness themselves in their own will. He proves to us through His Verses that only His Essence is capable of power and might, and that there is no other God but Him, and that Allah has absolute power and might.
What is said in the video
In verse 141 it also says, thus Allah wants to cleanse the believers of their sins and to destroy the unbelievers, it says. He wants to destroy the unbelievers.
There are questions here. We will answer your questions. Yes.
Al-Imran 141
And thus Allah wants to cleanse those who believe in Allah of their sins, and the unbelievers to punish rightfully, rightfully. The verse, the verse, we have changed it in this way. Yes, not: wants to destroy the unbelievers; they explained that part wrongly. In the things we have newly explained, newly written, in our translation, what do we say? He wants to punish them rightfully, because, according to the verse (?), what everyone earns is the return of his own two hands (?); Allah Almighty will punish them rightfully. He does not want to destroy them. Why would He destroy what He created? But there is a difference between punishing rightfully and destroying.
Yes. Verse 141 of Surah Al-Imran, let us try to explain it to you. And thus Allah wants to cleanse the believers of their sins and to punish the unbelievers rightfully. Because Allah Almighty: Eleysallâhu bi-ahkemi'l-hâkimîn. He is the judge of judges. He does no injustice to anyone. So in this case too, it is the return of what your two hands earned, He says. And finally in the verse: Today, so that no one is wronged, what everyone earned will be given to him in full, He says. Where? On the Day of Judgement, when we are called to account at the great court. Yes. Isn't that so? It is. Allah Almighty, those who fight for Allah and to those who strive...
Jihad does not necessarily mean going to war. To those who spend in the way of Allah, who actually help in the way of Allah, the poor, the poor, the needy, the stranded traveller, the orphan, these, those who help charitable institutions. And even, to the one who gives money to his state when the state goes to war, (?) will buy weapons. To the one who gives money. If his state does not win the war, his own money will be squandered like Iraq's money. So of course he will give. Yes, to those who strive and give their lives for Him without hesitation, and to those who drink the sherbet of martyrdom on the battlefields, by giving them high ranks, Allah Almighty wants to cleanse them of their sins.
He wants to cleanse these of their sins. Because these are people who have been honoured with the religion of Islam, who count their lives as nothing for Allah.
Those who put their trust in Allah Almighty because of their faith.
Those who rebel against Allah Almighty, by opposing His religion, with His verse saying Inne'd-dîne inda'llâhi'l-İslâm, that with Allah there is only the religion of Islam, and those who strive to abolish this religion, those who are rebellious against Allah, in proportion to the covenant they gave Allah, by their own destiny, wish and desire, within their own will, who die fighting against Islam: He wants to punish them too.
He wants to give them their punishment rightfully. Rightfully.
Because Allah made people His addressees, and He speaks with people. With people. Does He not speak with angels? Even though He speaks with angels, He gives them a fait accompli. A fait accompli. What does He do? He has programmed them. It is our Lord's fait accompli. He does not give you a fait accompli. He left you free in your will.
And for this reason He showed you the ways. With your own will you will do deeds of reward and sin, and because you are made the addressee of your Lord, because you were created very honourable, because you are a part of Him, He did not give you a fait accompli; within your own will He left you free. And He made man His addressee and spoke with him. He speaks with him. So Allah Almighty gave man a part of His essence. A part; He made man His addressee. He made him His addressee. In this case He placed great duties on man. What is it? The greatest duty is His giving the Holy Quran to people. So the Beloved of the Almighty, the (?) Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), what does He say to him? That this Book would come to you, you did not expect that this Book would come, He says, that it would be given to you.
So if even the Prophet did not expect that this holy Book of Allah Almighty would be given to people, and if Allah Almighty sends it to people Himself, then that He made people His addressees and that He loves them very much, loves them very much, but the one who cannot be worthy of this love, that he be exposed to that punishment of Allah Almighty, does our Lord want it? If He had wanted, saying, let Me punish him, let Me send him to punishment, would He send him to the world of dominion, a hidden world, and then, in a world where His essence is hidden, where He is not seen, show him the ways?
So Allah Almighty loves people very much. In this case Allah Almighty wants people to attain salvation.
So that in the world those who know and those who do not, those who believe and those who do not, are separated among themselves and become known, our Lord created this world of the unseen. Yes.
Those who rebel against Allah Almighty, by opposing His religion, with His verse saying Inne'd-dîne inde Allâhi'l-İslâm, that with Allah there is only the religion of Islam, and those who strive to abolish this religion, those who are rebellious against Allah, in proportion to the covenant they gave Allah, by their own destiny, wish and desire, within their own will who die fighting against Islam: to them too He wants to give rightfully their return. Because Allah Almighty: Eleysallâhu bi-ahkemi'l-hâkimîn. He is the judge of judges.
This is the attribute of Allah being Allah: in (?), the covenants people gave being written for them as their destiny, with the decisions everyone made within their own will, those who oppose Allah Almighty or do not, those who obey His commands and prohibitions or do not, Allah Almighty sends to the world of dominion, and in a world where His essence is not seen, people, according to the deeds they will do in proportion to their destiny, Allah Almighty, creating events, people, within these events, their own nature bringing out, with the actual deeds they did, will be called to account.
Allah Almighty in this case wants to punish people rightfully for what they did. Allah Almighty, with His knowledge, until the Day of Judgement, by creating such events according to the wishes and desires of every person to come and of the beings He created, that the might and power to make the beings in the universe, fully, within their own will, bear witness about themselves belongs to His essence alone, and that there is no other god besides Him, that absolute might and power belong to Allah: thus He proves this to us with His verses.
