Translation

They are those who cause mischief on earth, but don’t make peace/correct.

Tafsir

These are the people who cause mischief. They create mischief and mischief in the earth, but they do not reform themselves, nor do they reform people. They show them the right path and do nothing for the benefit of the people.

Behold, O my people! Do not be like these people. Believe in me, lest you incur the wrath of Allah. He said, 'Truly I am a trustworthy messenger sent to you by the Lord of the worlds.

Since no power can change the destiny of mankind, the others will continue in their rebellion, except those among them who keep their covenant well.

What is said in the video

Surah Ash-Shu'ara, verse 152 "Such people that..." Who are they? The people of 'Ad, the people of Salih. "Such people who cause corruption on the earth and are not ones who set things right."

The troubles of the earth. Very powerful, strong people. People who recognize no Allah, no book, no prophet.

These are people who drown everything in corruption. They stir up strife and corruption on the earth. But just as they themselves are not reformed, for people they are not reformers either. They do not show them the right path and do nothing in people's interest. That is, this people, among themselves too, toward one another were harsh. Salih (peace be upon him) calls out to his people: "O my people, like these people, that is, like people who use violence on one another, who when they seize someone, seize tyrannically, do not be like them; so as not to incur Allah's wrath, believe me; truly I am, from the Lord of the world, of the worlds, a trustworthy messenger sent to you," he says.

Yes. Pay attention. All the messengers, the prophets, Allah Almighty sends when peoples run wild. Yes.

Since no power will change people's destinies, among them, except those who gave their covenant well, the others will continue in their transgression. No one can change anyone's covenant. Whatever destiny is, people will live their destiny. And since Allah Almighty will not hold anyone accountable for (?) He has not made known, to this transgressing people He sends a prophet, so that they come to the right path. Does Allah Almighty not know that they will not come to the right path? He knows. He also knows that He will destroy them. Before destroying them, what does He do first? By sending them His messenger (?), He makes the truth heard. So that tomorrow at the Great Court they cannot say: "My Allah, had You made the truth heard to me, I would have obeyed You."

Surah Al-A'raf, verse 172, and Surah Ta-Ha, verse 134: do not forget them.

These two are events that complete each other. All the verses complete one another, but Surah Al-A'raf, verse 172: Allah Almighty making a covenant with people, and their wishes and desires, their aims, writing them for them as their destiny. Then programming all the worlds like this; the verse that until the Day of Judgment there is not a single living being to come of which We do not know what it will do. Then Surah Ta-Ha, verse 134: "If We," it says, "had destroyed you before the Quran with a punishment, you would have said exactly this: 'If only You had sent us prophets, sent us books, we would not have fallen into this lowly (?).'" So, since Allah Almighty will not, for (?) He has not made known, hold anyone accountable, to these peoples who continue in their transgression, Allah Almighty, who is free of any deficient attribute, so that on the Day of Judgment, at the Great Court, people are cut off from (?) questioning Allah Almighty, Allah Almighty also sends to the peoples He will destroy a prophet.

Even though He knows they will not come to the right path, so that on the Day of Judgment, at the Great Court, they are cut off from questions to be put to Him, and so that, as the recompense for what their own two hands have earned, their rewards and sins are given to them in full, Allah Almighty sends messengers in this way. Yes.
