Shelah (Salih) said, “here, this is a (miracle) female camel. It has the right to drink water, and you have the right to drink water on a determined day.”

Tafsir

When Prophet Salih's people asked him for a miracle, Prophet Salih made a supplication to Allah (swt). Allah (swt) brought out a female yellow camel from the rock as a miracle. Prophet Salih said to his people, "O my people! On a certain day of the week this camel will drink water. He said that for that day you will not get water, but at other times, you will get water.

Miraculously, this blessed camel used to drink all the water in the place where the people were on its own day, leaving no water for the people of Prophet Salih. On other days, the camel would not come near the water and would not drink.

What is said in the video

Salih: here, the miracle is this she-camel. She has a right to drink water. And the right to drink on a set day is yours, he said. When the people of the Prophet Salih asked for a miracle for themselves, the Prophet Salih entreats Allah Almighty, and Allah Almighty, as a miracle, brings forth a yellow she-camel from the rock.

Salih says to his people: O my people, on a set day of the week, that is, on one day, this camel will drink water. For that day you cannot take water. That day there is no water; it belongs to that camel. Since you asked for a miracle, Allah showed you the miracle; it has its law too. You will pay its law.

At other times you get your water, he said. This blessed camel, miraculously, on its own day, would drink the water where the people lived completely, and leave no water for the people of the Prophet Salih. On the other days the camel would not approach the water and would not drink.
