Then, We destroyed the others.
Tafsir
Hadrat Lut 'alaihis-salâm' left his people with those who believed in him and his family members. After Hadrat Lot (peace be upon him) went away from his people, Allah (swt) turned this town upside down. See what has become of those who do not listen to Allah? Their end is destruction with a painful punishment in this world and eternal torment in the Hereafter.

Then We destroyed the others, it says.
Lot (peace be upon him) left from among his people, taking those who believed in him and his family members. After Lot (peace be upon him) moved away from his people, Allah Almighty turned this town upside down. See (?) what became of those who did not listen to Allah. The outcome, their end: while in this world, destruction with a painful punishment; in the hereafter, an eternal torment. Allah protect us.
