Oh you believers! Fear Allah and be with those who are truthful.
Tafsir
O you who believe! If you know Allah and His Messenger and believe in the Hereafter, fear Allah. For Allah is the most worthy to be feared. People intimidate or torture people, and death is the end of it all. The worlds and these creations are not eternal. People are not destined for eternal bliss in this world or eternal torment in this world as long as the world lasts. Within the framework of a certain lifespan, everyone has left this realm of property with death to find the reward for what they have done. He has returned to his eternal life.
If a person, while living in the realm of property, abandons the right path of Allah and goes astray, no one can do the cruelty that he has done to his own soul. Because while he was living the mortal life of the world of property, he oppressed his ego and recourse to his eternal life. They will be held accountable for what they have done in the world in the presence of Allah, the Owner, and will be sent to their rightful places.
So, if you cannot escape the Day of Reckoning and appearing before Allah, fear Allah so that you may be with the righteous. So that when you are called to account on the Day of Judgment in the Court of Qubra, you may receive Allah's mercy. Otherwise, you will waste your eternal life and suffer eternal torment on a day when you will have neither a friend nor a helper. This is what is to be feared.
What is said in the video
Surah At-Tawbah, verse 119 O you who believe! Fear Allah and be with the truthful.
(?) came. I did not know this verse. I mean, I don't know that it would come like this. I don't even know what was in the previous verse. If I came prepared, I could never tell you one or two things. I come and sit, and whatever my Lord gives, I tell you that. Yes, look, here Allah Almighty — O you who believe — what does He say? O you who believe, fear Allah and be with the truthful. He doesn't tell us: listen to the state of Ahmet or Mehmet. He doesn't say that. Everyone's state is their own.
I mean, you did it, He says, I will record even an atom's weight of good.
(?), I will record (?) evil too, He says. So if what everyone does is their own, and with what this one or that one did you keep my religion busy, my religion — with the things Ahmet and Mehmet did, if you keep me busy, you incur sin, and you will have wasted your time too. Learn Allah's verses. Read your Book. Your Book. Yes.
O you who believe, if you know Allah and His Messenger, if you believe in the Hereafter, fear Allah. Because the One most worthy of being feared is Allah. People frighten people or torture them. Yet with death all of it ends. The worlds and these created things are not everlasting. As long as the world stands, people in the world, to eternal bliss or, again in this world, to eternal torment, (?). Within a set lifespan, everyone, to find the recompense of what they did, has left this material world through death. They have returned to their eternal life. So if a person, while living in the material world, abandons Allah's straight path and turns to crooked paths,
no one can wrong that person as much as he wrongs his own self.
Because, while living the transient life of the great world, by wronging his self, his eternal life he has (?). With what they did in the world, before Allah, their Owner, giving account, they will be sent to the places they deserve. (?), as I said, life is a treasure for a person.
The Prophet (peace be upon him), too, said in his hadiths: do not wish for death; staying in the world for a moment, a single moment, is better than lying a thousand years under the soil. The reason: Allah Almighty created man so that His Being would be known. If a person says 'Allah' once in the world, Allah — since it fits the (?) that Allah Almighty created, that person, in Allah's sight, attains great rewards, and Allah Almighty says: to Me (?), He says. Yes, that is why a person should not wish for death; while living his life in the world, he should regard his lifetime as a boon. 'I have such servants that neither buying nor trade keeps them from My remembrance' — if we become the people He speaks of, if in our buying and selling we observe halal and haram, observing Allah's command over us, if we act without deceiving people in our dealings, if in everything we do we remember Allah and do our work in accordance with our Lord's command, then neither buying nor trade keeps him from the remembrance of Allah.
In that case that person earns Allah's praise and enters among the righteous servants. We said the world is a temporary lodging place. Here it is an inn with two doors. In this inn, man is a traveller. By this traveller's conduct, Allah Almighty, in the world of the Hereafter, that is, the place after death, by what people did, will call people to account. Yes. So in this material world human life is a treasure. We will use this treasure well. At the moment of death, when a person says, send me back once more, I will worship You so beautifully — according to the verse that says, if We sent you back not once but several more times, you would again do the same thing, since the natures in us will not change, since we would again want the same natures, when the travel begins to a world from which there is no return, when the journey begins, 'alas' is of no use.
So the treasure of life is gone. The greatest treasure is a person's lifetime, and the worship he does within it.
So if a person, while living in the material world, abandons Allah's straight path and turns to crooked paths, no one can wrong that person as much as he wrongs his own self. Because while living the transient life of the material world, by wronging his self, his eternal life he has (?). With what they did in the world, giving account before Allah, their Owner, if they deserve, they will be sent to places. So, if you will not escape that day of reckoning and standing before Allah, fear Allah, so that you may be with the truthful. So that on the Day of Resurrection, when called to account at the supreme court, among those who attain Allah's mercy you may be included.
Otherwise you ruin your eternal life, and on a day when you will have neither a friend nor a helper you will (?) into eternal torment. This is the situation to be feared. In the world of the Hereafter, in the abode of eternal bliss, the abode of eternal bliss, if you turn it into torment there, then since there you will never be saved again, the greatest torment, the greatest fear is this. It is a world with no return, and a deathless eternal life.
