At-Tawbah 125: And for those who have a disease (of mischief and hypocrisy) in their hearts, it increases their denial and they die as blasphemers.

Translation

And for those who have a disease (of mischief and hypocrisy) in their hearts, it increases their denial and they die as blasphemers.

Tafsir

The more Allah (swt) reveals the Surahs to His Messenger, the more those who are diseased in their hearts, those who have the traits of nifaq and hypocrisy, increase their hatred and hatred in the face of these Surahs, and their feelings of inferiority, their feelings of inferiority, their feelings of pride, egoism and arrogance, in their own helplessness, increase the disbelief of these societies in these feelings. It is because of these traits that these people do not repent, do not obey Allah and cannot return from this state forever. When they die as disbelievers and pass on to the Hereafter in this state, these are the people who are the real losers and bankrupt.

What is said in the video

Surah At-Tawbah, verse 125, a verse that has been explained wrongly.

First let us read here the wrong version of the wrongly explained verse.

Verse 125. We are reading the wrong version. Let us see how they wrote it wrongly and what we have corrected. As for those in whose hearts there is a disease, disbelief and hypocrisy, it increases their denial altogether, their denial altogether, and they die as disbelievers, it says. As for those in whose hearts there is a disease, disbelief and hypocrisy, We increase their denial altogether, and they die as disbelievers. Allah does not increase anyone's disbelief.

Nor does He want anyone to die a disbeliever.

Is there a verse? Why does He send the Holy Quran? O people! This Quran, it says, came not to those who believe, but to the worlds. Because of the partial free will He gave to people, that is, because of their worth, because He gave them a part of His spirit, He created people honoured above the worlds. In this case, apart from humans and jinn, He programmed 17 thousand worlds according to His own will, and left humans and jinn free in their own will. In this case humans and jinn, for the deeds they carry out, toward Allah Almighty are accountable. Because jinn have no spirit, and because the spirit is a part from his Lord, a part. And since that part is found only in humans, that is why man was created honoured above the worlds.

That is the verse. We created you honoured above the worlds, it says. Are there other verses? I created man in the most beautiful form, it says. Now in this case Allah Almighty, in His verse, again says this to the disbelievers. If only they had known Me here, it says. In the verse. They explain this wrongly too. As if Allah did not know how they would end up, and look, as if He did not know how they would end up: if only they had been (?) beforehand. it says. And in brackets they insert beforehand. Whereas Allah Almighty, out of pity for them, says: please, know Me, that is, at least know Me here; it is not that you went and came back, but since that wish, desire and will in him was given to him as character traits, he will never again know his Lord.

He will never again be one who knows his Lord. For this reason they are people of Hell forever.

After burning there for many thousands of years, they say, Allah Almighty says in His verse. They will remain as logs of Hell, it says. Logs of Hell.

Logs. What do we call logs? Trees. Right? The logs of trees. Or a stump of any plant. Do plants, these trees, have a sense of nerves? Allah Almighty created them content with their state. In this case, after burning for a certain thousand years, in return for their punishment they will not be able to leave eternal Hell, but Allah Almighty, just as a person is given morphine and that spot is numbed, cut and operated on and the person does not feel it, Allah Almighty will likewise remove their senses, and they will remain there as logs of Hell. Eternally. There they neither live nor die, it says.

Well now, is that living? And there is no death either. There, neither living nor dying, may Allah protect us. So Allah Almighty does not increase anyone's disbelief, nor does He want anyone to depart as a disbeliever. As for those in whose hearts there is disease, discord and hypocrisy, they increase their denial altogether and then they die as disbelievers; they increase their denial altogether.

Yes. Let us read this part once more. Surah At-Tawbah, verse 125.

What do they say? This man corrected it according to his own head.

I supposedly corrected it according to my own head.

Even the person who says this shows his ignorance so well. Either he says it out of ignorance. Or, sold out, to serve dark aims, to spread falsehood over the truth he falls into the state of pitiful people who try to do so. Or else it is the talk of a pitiful person who has truly put (?) his own mind into others' minds, who has become a satellite of others. One, did Allah Almighty create people deficient? He did. If you had not committed errors, He says, We would destroy you on the spot and in your place create servants who commit errors. Why? He gave us a part of His spirit; through His spirit He made us addressees of His Essence.

In this case, had He given us the whole of the intellect, He would have created a being equal to His Essence. So by limiting our intellect, certain inventions, by making inventions, by making inventions, showing our abilities, seeing in our helplessness that we need Allah, through the errors we make asking pardon and forgiveness, before the exaltedness of our Lord, toward our Lord, asking pardon and forgiveness in your helplessness, suits Allah Almighty's purpose of creation. In this case, had I done this according to my own head, since we were created deficient, in these five hundred-odd verses I have explained, in five hundred-odd verses I would have made mistakes.

So to whoever says this man wrote it according to his own head: if he would take his head between his two hands and compare these 504 verses with one another, and see that none of them contradicts another, and could think that it has freed Allah Almighty from being ascribed attributes; anyway, a person who has that much thought would not stand up and, addressing you, speak like this. These people speaking this way comes either from hostility to religion, or from serving dark aims, or else, caught by the passion of being a leader, so as not to make their own self look small to other people, people at the head of a certain group, pitiful people who, without admitting their helplessness, try to defend superstitions.

Yes.

Again we read this. Verse 125.

As for those in whose hearts there is disease, disbelief and hypocrisy, it says, they too increase their denial altogether and then they die as disbelievers. They too increase their denial altogether and die as disbelievers. Whereas as for those in whose hearts there is disease and discord, hypocrisy, they increase their denial altogether. Against the truth, that is. They increase it altogether and then they die as disbelievers. Yes. That is, whatever covenant one gave Allah Almighty at the origin, if such character traits were placed in him accordingly, it is impossible for a person to change his own destiny, his own character.

Because Allah Almighty says: with Us there is a book, kept in the Preserved Tablet. Nothing is later added to it or taken from it, He says. In this case, in this case Allah Almighty says in His verse: if We do not will, you cannot will.

With all people your Lord, besides whom there is no god, made a covenant. Where? Surah Al-A'raf, verse 172. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. This verse too they explain wrongly. Saying: am I not your Lord? We made a covenant with those who would emerge from the offspring of the children of Adam. Where? In the realm of Lahut. Where our spirits were created. And We said: We are your Lord.

There people split into three groups. Ve küntüm ezvâcen selâseh. All (?), it says, three classes. Fe ashâbü'l-meymeneti mâ ashâbü'l-meymeneh. O rightists, glad tidings to you. Those who said: You are my Lord. Ve ashâbü'l-meş'emeti mâ ashâbü'l-meş'emeh. If it says O leftists, then woe to them.

I am not saying anything to those who are leftists and are being used as tools. Look. I have nothing to say against those who are leftists and are being used as tools. They may have followed someone. They may have thought him right. One must never follow a person who says I am a leftist.

I repeat. One must not follow a person who says I am a leftist. Why? Allah Almighty says: O leftists, woe to you. Can one follow the person to whom He says woe? Today the people who say I am a leftist, beyond even hypocrites, listen well, beyond even hypocrites, being seen at the side of Islam, in order to exploit its consciences, appearing at its side, making a foothold in a certain place, as the man from Kayseri said, let me get a foothold, then see what I do to you, after reaching a certain place, which leftist have you seen serving Islam? Go ahead. Will you be able to tell me: this one served Islam, brought this law of Islam to life?

Forcing headscarves off, harassing Muslims, (?) expulsions from the armies,

serving dark aims.

Yes. If we knew our religion, our religion, in unity and togetherness, if we live in the same place, we would hold tightly to each other. In such talks of ours we do not discriminate. We make no discrimination in religion in any way, nor in ideology. Because we are people bound by the verses. Leküm dînüküm ve liye dîn: to you your religion, to me mine. So if to you your religion and to me mine, if I grant you freedom, then you grant me freedom in the same way. Do not set up tyranny over me. At least do not set up unfreedom over Islam, or some domination over it, and (?) that Muslim.

Yes. The verses fit together.

As Allah Almighty sent down surahs to His Messenger, those with disease in their hearts, who adorned themselves with traits of discord and hypocrisy, in the face of these surahs, their hatred and loathing growing more, within their own helplessness, the feelings of inferiority they were caught in whipping up their pride, ego and arrogance, their feelings of arrogance, these communities within these feelings increase their disbelief altogether. With these traits these people do not repent. They do not obey Allah, and from their errors and their states they never turn back. When they die as disbelievers and with these states pass on to the hereafter, they are the ones who suffer real loss and go bankrupt. They become like a bankrupt merchant.
