At-Tawbah 26: Then, Allah sent down (the feeling of) tranquility upon the Messenger and the mu’min, Allah sent down armies you could not see and punished the infidels. This is the punishment for the infidels.

Translation

Then, Allah sent down (the feeling of) tranquility upon the Messenger and the mu’min, Allah sent down armies you could not see and punished the infidels. This is the punishment for the infidels.

Tafsir

After these events, the Messenger of Allah and the believers who were left behind by the retreating Islamic troops were saddened by these events, and Allah calmed them by giving a sense of calm to His Messenger and those who were with him, those who trusted in Allah, the believers. Then, when the Messenger of Allah and the believers fought again, Allah helped them from directions that people could not see and defeated the polytheist armies.

(Allah wants to torment the disbelievers at your hands), Allah does not withhold His help from the people who do not run away from the war, who do not retreat, who rely on Allah to spread His light on the earth.

This is how Allah fulfills His promise to the believers. He reveals the secrets and subtleties in His verses to people with miracles.

What is said in the video

Then upon Allah's Messenger and the believers His tranquillity Allah Almighty sent down, and a sense of peace; He sent down upon the believers a sense of tranquillity. As the meaning of the verse: to those who do not flee from battle, who do not retreat, who rely on and trust Allah in order to spread Allah's light over the earth, surely Allah does not withhold His help. He helps. Thus Allah fulfils His promise upon the believers. The secrets and subtleties in His verses, upon people, through miracles, He makes manifest.
