Translation

Then, they denied him and they were seized by the punishment of that day of shadow. Verily, it was the punishment of a great day.

Tafsir

Finally, Allah began to inflict misfortune on this people who considered their Prophets liars and did not believe in Allah. Whatever man asks of Allah, Allah gives to man what he wants. Whether it is for good or for evil, every human being will find what he wants, for he will be responsible for what he does with his own will. In this people, not only did they not believe in Allah, but they also denied His Prophets. They also said, 'May Allah send down on us a torment from the sky, if you are truthful.

Then Allah gave them a scorching heat for a week. Their streams and rivers began to boil. They could find no shade to shelter themselves. Then a cloud appeared in the desert. When the people of Ayka saw this cloud, they sought shelter under it and went out into the desert. They took shelter under the cloud. A slight coolness came to them from the cloud. They retreated completely under the cloud. Just as they were cooling themselves, Allah rained fire on them from this cloud and they perished in the fire.

What a painful torment will be the end of those who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter. Indeed, the torment and terror of that day was very severe. Hadrat Shu'ayb went to Makkah with those who believed in him. He stayed there until his death.

What is said in the video

Surah Ash-Shu'ara, verse 189: we have come to this verse. In short, they called him a liar, and the punishment of the day of the shadow seized them. Truly, it was the punishment of a tremendous day, it says. When it says that shadow: a drought, a heat begins. They are now overwhelmed by that heat. They look and see a yellow cloud coming from afar. A cloud. (?) The cloud will give them shade. They gather under the cloud. There they perish.

The cloud has given you perfect shade now. Yes.

Finally, upon this people, who called their prophets liars and did not believe in Allah, Allah's calamity, to give His calamity, Allah Almighty begins to give them His calamity. Whatever a person asks of Allah, Allah gives people what they ask. You asked for calamity; He will give you your calamity. If only you had asked for something good. Like the people of Salih, for example. He said: bring out a camel. How nice. He brought out a camel, but still they did not believe. Of course they perished. And this one asks for punishment too. Yes. And Allah shows punishment.

Whatever a person asks of Allah, Allah gives people what they ask. Whether in the good direction or in the, um, other direction. Since everyone will be answerable for what they did by their own will, every person surely finds what they wanted. This people both did not believe in Allah and denied their prophet. Besides that, they said: if you are among the truthful, let Allah rain a punishment on us from the sky, so they said. Thereupon Allah gives them a scorching heat for about a week. The waters of the streams and rivers begin to boil. Nor can they find any shade to take refuge in. Thereupon a cloud appears in the desert.

(?) when they see this cloud, they want to take shelter under it and go out into the desert. They take shelter under the cloud. And a slight coolness comes to them from the cloud. They all withdraw completely under the cloud. Just as they are cooling off, Allah rains a rain of fire on them from this cloud, and under this fire they perish. Behold, how painful a punishment the end of those who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter becomes. Truly, the punishment and horror of that day were very severe. Shuayb (peace be upon him) went with those who believed in him to Mecca and stayed there until he died.

Yes.
