And verily, your Lord is Azeez (Exalted) and Raheem (the One Who very generously accepts repentance).
Tafsir
Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them out of nothing, is the Absolute Victor. No created being can render Allah (swt) incapable, and all created beings are created within Allah (swt)'s sovereignty. There is no created being that Allah is unaware of it and that it is outside of Allah's rule. All creatures are created in such a way that they derive life from Allah and are in need of Allah (swt). In this respect, since Allah is the Absolute Ruler in the universe, He is also compassionate and merciful towards His creatures. There is not a single living particle that Allah would torment that living particle. This is not possible. Because Allah is complete and perfect, and because He is exclusive of incomplete attributes, He has created all His creatures in the universe in such a way that each creature can move very easily within its own body, within its own body, in accordance with the duties it has to perform. He has also undertaken the sustenance of His creations. Therefore Allah is the Giver of sustenance.
Apart from this, Allah is the owner of immense mercy. Because human beings are flawed in their intellect. If a person seeks forgiveness from Allah (swt) for his mistake and repents, Allah (swt) accepts their repentance. Allah is Tawwab, the Most Accepting of repentance. As long as man knows his Lord and returns to Allah. He should return to Allah. When a person seeks forgiveness from Allah (swt), he finds Allah (swt) very merciful and forgiving.
What is said in the video
Surah Ash-Shu'ara, verse 191: we have come to it. Surely your Lord, He indeed. Look how many times this verse occurs, so strong. That is, surely your Lord, that is, surely the one who created you is He. That is, who? He. That is, Allah is the absolutely Mighty and of vast mercy. If I created you, He says, if I created, I am merciful. I do not will oppression upon what I created, and I am of vast mercy, He says. And I am absolutely Mighty, He says. Why? Absolutely Mighty. Because I do not leave what I created unattended. I create them under My rule. And I am guarantor of the provision of everything I create; let Us give their provision too, He says.
That's how it is. If He gives provision to everything He created, if He is guarantor of the provision of everything He created, what does that mean? It means absolutely Mighty. In a verse: there is not a single living being to come until the Day of Judgment whose deeds We do not know. What does this mean?
It says that He is aware even of every created particle, that He is the owner of all creatures, living and lifeless, that He is the creator of all beings, seen or unseen, it says. The heavens and the earth and what is between them, the one who brought them from nothing and created them, Allah is absolutely Mighty. Just as no created being can render Allah Almighty helpless, all created beings are created within the rule of Allah Almighty. There is no created being of which Allah is unaware and which goes outside Allah's rule. Then Allah would have wronged His creation. No one can go outside His rule.
It is within His rule. Yes, if any of His creations remained outside His rule, unaware, far away, that created being would suffer oppression.
One day I am rising spiritually like this, I go outside the world like this, parallel, parallel, are they called parallels or meridians, the world has meridians like this, in this way, layer upon layer; now between each layer, like when you look ahead in spring and a kind of vapor seems to rise from the ground, exactly like that; the beings inside cannot pass from here to the next, the other from there to there, the other from there to there. There are beings in all of them. He created them. Well, all of them are in a state of asking from Allah Almighty. All of them. After watching like this, (?).
So this is a (?) state. This is not (?), sir. So Allah Almighty says this universe is seven layers, right; those are the seven layers. Between those seven layers there are beings, and all of them are under our Lord's view. If I was able to see all of them from there, Allah Almighty sees them all far more easily. Nothing is far for Allah. All are within His rule. Yes. For that reason, since He makes us live the verses by showing us their meanings like this, He says: to whomever We have given good, We give wisdom. Within those wisdoms we open these up for you more beautifully. Together with what we have seen, too.
Yes. Just as no created being can render Allah Almighty helpless, all created beings are created within the rule of Allah Almighty. There is no created being of which Allah is unaware and which goes outside Allah's rule. All created beings will find life from Allah and, in need of Allah Almighty, have been created in a (?) way. For this reason, since Allah is absolutely Mighty in the universe, He is also compassionate and merciful toward His creations. Yes.
There is no living particle that Allah would torment. Impossible. Now, if we see an animal here, an animal tormenting that animal, killing it, strangling it, we try to separate them, don't we? Or if we see an animal writhing from hunger and thirst, what do we do? (?) if we have something in our hand, we try to feed it to it. Well, Allah is so merciful to this creation of His that, far beyond the feeling of pity we feel for it, that is, for His other creatures, He feels mercy toward His creations, nourishing love for them. Lovingly. Because He created them all with love. In this case it is far above our mercy.
Who is the most merciful in the universe? The Prophet (peace be upon him). I have reserved 99% of it for Myself in the hereafter, He says. Well, I will judge My servants with it, He says.
In this case, if I see all that I saw in those heavens, between those seven layers, Allah Almighty too sees them all very well within them. All of them. But the universe is programmed. It will run as a result of that program.
Since Allah is complete and perfect and moreover free of deficient attributes, all the creatures He created in the universe, within their bodies, according to the duties they will perform, each living being within its own constitution, He has created so it can move very comfortably. Yes. This, too, in this word, the nafs-i safiye, that is, the matter that enters the secret of secrets. That is, no living being will be able to say: why did You create me like this; the duty I will do, You loaded this duty on me, but I suffered hardship in this duty. It will not be able to say it. There is a secret there.
That is why, for example, the crab walks sideways, right? Why doesn't it go straight? It goes sideways. So it too has a job to do. A job it does comfortably that way. He has inscribed the duty of each into it. All within their duty: how that living being would do the work Allah Almighty wants done, in the best way, without effort, would do it, He created it that way. And that living being: since, for Allah Almighty, no one could create anyone better able to do that duty with any body, the most beautiful way of creation is that. He has created all animals in the most beautiful way. Look, for example, there is the helicopter bird like this.
It stays in place. Its beak is long like this. It nicely takes the nectar from there. It brings it to its chick's mouth. It sprays it there, gives it to it from there. It stays in place. Completely still. Without wings. Lions strangle animals so nicely, don't they? (?) They don't eat without strangling like this. They strangle. They know where to bring it down. They pull this vein on its back with their teeth. The animal cannot walk and lies down. That is, He has arranged all creatures. For example, in Africa, if not for those grasses, these animals, if not for antelopes, those buffaloes, well, forest would cover Africa entirely.
These will clear those areas. What will happen if these increase? This time they will not find grass. They will suffer. This time, to clear them, lions will eat them. What will happen if the lions cannot eat them all? Crocodiles will eat them as they cross the river. Many things will die. That is, such a balance has been established, a balance. That balance will ensure the world is filtered until the Day of Judgment. Who will die? Who will eat what, who will take its provision from there, who, well, how much will attack animals, who will do what work when, all of it is programmed. All of it. Yes.
So every living being, so that it can move very comfortably within its own constitution, He has created. He has also undertaken the provision of His creatures. For this reason Allah, el-Rizki Teala Allah, is the giver of provision. Yes. Besides this, Allah is of vast mercy. Because man, having been created deficient in mind, is fallible. If a person, because of his mistake, asks Allah Almighty for pardon and forgiveness and repents, Allah accepts the repentance of these people. Allah Almighty is At-Tawwab. The one who accepts repentance abundantly. As long as man knows his Lord and returns to Allah.
Turns to Allah. When a person wishes forgiveness from Allah Almighty, he finds Allah very merciful and forgiving. Yes.
