It was brought down by Rooh-al-Ameen.
Tafsir
The sign in this verse, Ruhul Amin, is Allah (swt) Himself.
Now, if we think with common sense and logic, the previous verse (Surely. It (the Qur'an) is sent down by the Lord of the worlds). In this Verse, if it says Ruhul Amin sent it down, who is meant? Gabriel alayhis salam? Or is it Allah (swt) Himself? Since the word of Allah (swt) is based on letters, Allah (swt) informs us in the Holy Qur'an that Gabriel (alaihis-salâm) is Gabriel. If we try to understand the spirit here as Gabriel, we will have a speech like the speech of a human being, in which one word indicates several words, and the word of Allah will be taken to mean something else, and the verses will become insurmountable, and Allah will be characterized in this situation.
But since the most beautiful attributes are Allah's, the soul is also an attribute of Allah. He has given this attribute only to man. That is why He said, "I have created man in the most beautiful form" (lekadhaleknel insane fi ahseni takvim). Therefore, when we say Ruhul Amin, we should not mean Gabriel. Allah Himself revealed the Qur'an. From Levh-i Mahfuz to a certain level.
What is said in the video
We now come to Surah Ash-Shu'ara, the 193rd verse. It says: Ruh al-Amin brought it down.
Now, regarding the verse in which Ruh al-Amin appears here, we have said, by its indication, that it is Allah Almighty Himself. Ruh al-Amin.
Now, here Ruh al-Amin appears in all the books as Gabriel (peace be upon him). Gabriel (peace be upon him). Now listen to me carefully. Listen carefully to the verses too. They will come one after another. What does it say? Ruh al-Amin brought it down. What did Ruh al-Amin bring down? Who is Ruh al-Amin? Who is Gabriel?
If Gabriel is Ruh al-Amin, if Gabriel is Ruh al-Amin, did Gabriel step outside time and space and send down the Quranic verse as revelation? Allah forbid. Now look, what does it say here? Listen well. This is the book of these superstitious people. It has been interpreted. These are not the verses, mind you. It has been interpreted. It took verses 193, 194 and 195 together and interpreted them. What does it say? My Messenger, Ruh al-Amin, Gabriel, has sent it down, so that you may be among the warners, in Arabic, in the Arabic language, upon your heart. Oh, how nice.
What does it say? He has sent it down upon your heart. Look at this now. Gabriel, Allah forbid, became Allah and revealed. He revealed. Revealing belongs to Allah alone. To the Owner of the worlds, besides whom there is no god, of the earth and the heavens, the absolute Owner and Ruler of this whole universe, to Allah belongs revealing. Apart from Him no one can reveal. Gabriel cannot reveal either. So if it says here "sent down upon your heart", this is none other than Allah, and how can you call the one who is none other than Allah Gabriel? Now we will explain these verses to you one by one, verse by verse.
We will explain them from my book. From the book I wrote. What does it say? Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Nezele bihi'r-rûhu'l-emîn. Nezele means "sent down", it says. What? Ruh al-Amin sent it down. Ruh al-Amin. 193. Verse 193. Ruh al-Amin sent it down. 194. We will come to verse 194. Let me open it here. There, too, we'll slowly pass over it. Come on, you tell it, we'll move on. Upon your heart. Well, is there another verse to support this verse, this word? If you call this Allah, if Allah sent this down, of course there is.
While We reveal to you, it says, let the accursed one by no means try to tempt you. But We place the revelation firmly in your heart. The temptation the accursed one gives strikes that verse and is cancelled, it says. It is cancelled. This too they interpreted wrongly. Allah supposedly cancels the temptation Satan will give. And then sends it down to his heart. Look, look, look. Then why did He let Satan loose? Yes. Now, if that is so in verse 194. And it says: while We reveal to your heart, do not hurry and move your tongue. We will place this in your heart and you will never forget. Who is saying this? Is Gabriel saying it?
Shameless men.
Allah is speaking. Allah. Allah says this. And then they come saying "I am a scholar, I am of the ulema" and pin this on Gabriel. Now we come to verse 194. Upon your heart, so that you may be among the warners. Whose speech is this? Allah's speech. So how can you call Ruh al-Amin Gabriel? The universal spirit is Allah Almighty. Since you are anyway conditioned by superstitions about that spirit, you put the spirit into cats and dogs too. You put the spirit into the creatures of nature too. If so, if cats and dogs and other creatures have a spirit, they too would be created honoured above the worlds.
Allah Almighty said only to man: We created you honoured above the worlds. If you seek might and honour, it is with Allah, He says. Why does He say it? Because He gave man a part of His spirit. Apart from man, Allah Almighty has given His spirit to none of His creatures. Yes. We come to verse 195. In a very clear Arabic language. It was certainly in the books of those before as well.
It was certainly in the books of those before as well.
If it was in the books of earlier ones too, if Adam too, when he came into the world, was addressed, and if all the messengers and prophets acted by the command of Allah Almighty, what business does the accursed one or Gabriel have here? Now, having gone over this part like this, let's see what we did here. Never ever, when the word spirit comes up in these sophistries, when the word spirit comes up, as these sophistries invented, never be fooled into thinking it is Gabriel. Here the spirit, the universal spirit, is Allah Almighty. They ask you about the spirit. My Beloved, say: only a little knowledge about it has been given to you. In that case, does it say about those who ask you about Satan or about Gabriel (?), that little knowledge about it has been given? What does it say?
We created the angels from light, it says. From light. Well now, I say this to those sophists. Now I ask these superstitious people a question. Are angels spirit, or are they created from light? About angels he will say: created from light. Well, if angels are created from light, (?) from light, how can you accept this as spirit and bring this superstition in here?
That's how it is. They have instilled superstitions in people and taken the verses outside their meanings. In this case, deliberately or not, consciously or unconsciously, if people like this, saying "I am a scholar, I know Arabic, I am learned", put superstitions in their heads and, deliberately or not, set out to write translations like this, then non-Muslims too declare the Muslim terror. Declare him a terrorist. Yes. These have come down to here through the efforts of centuries. These writings. Written through the efforts of centuries, and like this, from the very top, look, from the very top, without exception, down to the very bottom, those religious officials who say (?) do not have this knowledge.
They do not have this knowledge. I know it. They don't. If they had it, they would not have interpreted the Holy Quran in more than 504, even more than 520 places, twisting the verses outside their meaning.
Yes.
So what will become of these men? Where you find the truth, the moment you turn to the truth you are saved. Where you see the truth, if out of the whims of your nafs you say "I am a professor, I'm a professor, I have a diploma", hide behind it and follow your nafs, tomorrow at the Supreme Court you will give your account before Allah.
Now, if we think soundly and logically, in the previous verse: surely that Quran is a sending down from the Lord of the worlds. If in this verse it says "Ruh al-Amin sent it down", who is meant here? Who is meant? Gabriel (peace be upon him), or Allah Almighty? Allah Almighty Himself? Since Allah Almighty's speech is upon letters, Allah Almighty makes Gabriel (peace be upon him) known to us in the Holy Quran as Gabriel. What does it say? (?), isn't it? The verse occurs. In Surah Al-Baqarah. In this case, if you compare Allah Almighty's speech with man-made, man-made words, you fall for superstitions like this.
Man-made speech: if I say "çaldı" (stole / rang), which thief stole what, I wonder? But I'd tell you: was I talking about a thief? I'd tell you: the school bell rang. Or I'd say: the animal's bell rang. Look, the meaning changes, but in Allah's speech you cannot find the meaning changing. Whatever He means, that is it.
So if He says Gabriel, it is Gabriel. He is created from light. He is the greatest of the prophets. If Allah Almighty sent the Holy Quran down all at once from the Preserved Tablet to the place called Qadr, then from there, bit by bit, taking surah by surah as far as Allah Almighty permitted, his reciting them to the Prophet (peace be upon him) does not mean that he sent it down. It means that he brought it. Brought. What is sending down? It is the sending of something that is outside time and space down into time and space.
Yes. In this case, although Allah Almighty, with such beautiful verses, shows us the truth here, the work of the century has ruined people. Those at the head of the theology faculties, as associate professors, as deans, as "three arrows", who died as non-Muslims, as deniers. And who in this way brainwashed the children in the theology faculty like this, planted today's superstitions in their brains, and the people who hold it true, their students.
Isn't that so? In this case, Allah Almighty (?), come on, (?) prove this to me. We continue here.
In the Holy Quran Allah Almighty makes him known to us as Gabriel. As Gabriel. If here we try to understand the spirit as Gabriel, then, as in a human's speech where one word points to several words, a (?) emerges, a speech emerges such that Allah's speech, being pulled to different meanings, makes the verses untenable, and in this case Allah is given attributes. Yes.
But since the most beautiful attributes belong to Allah, the spirit too is an attribute of Allah. And of this attribute He gave only to man. For this reason, man, and He said: I created man in the most beautiful form. So when Ruh al-Amin is said, Gabriel must not be meant. Allah Himself sent down the Quran. And from this preserved (?) up to a certain station. Yes.
