Ash-Shu'ara 199: And if he would have recited to them, they would not have believed in him either.

Translation

And if he would have recited to them, they would not have believed in him either.

Tafsir

If, by a miracle, We had revealed the Qur'an to someone who did not know Arabic, and he had recited it to their faces and explained it to them, they would not have believed in the Qur'an or in this man whom We had sent. This is because they had previously rebelled against Allah in their covenant and disbelieved in Allah. They do not believe in this state.

What is said in the video

Had he recited it to them, they would not have believed in it either. So, as a miracle, even if We had sent the Quran down to someone who does not know Arabic, and this person had recited and explained the Holy Quran to their faces, these people would not have believed in the Quran, nor in this person We sent. Because they had earlier rebelled against Allah in their covenant and denied Allah. In this state of theirs, they do not believe.
