And it (The Qur’an) was not sent down by the devils (shaitans).
Tafsir
Some polytheists thought that the Holy Qur'an was a book revealed by devils to soothsayers. This verse gives a refutation to the words of people who think like that and try to mislead people.
(It (the Qur'an) was not sent down by devils). Allah Himself sent it down. In the last one hundred and ninety-second Verse (Surely. It (the Qur'an) is sent down by the Lord of the worlds). So the Qur'an has nothing to do with the devil, near or far. Satan can never bear the Qur'an and he is incapable of bearing the Qur'an. Because he is cursed.
What is said in the video
Verse 210 of Surah Ash-Shu'ara Euzübillahimineşşeytanirracim. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Ve mâ tenezzelet bihi'ş-şeyâtîn. The devils did not bring it, the Quran, down, He says. The devils did not bring the Quran down. The devil is cursed anyway. Some polytheists, idol worshippers, the devils gave the Quran to the soothsayers. The soothsayers told it. The Prophet told it too and had it written down. That is how they were considering it. And Allah Almighty, in answer to them: for the devils to bring down the Quran is not possible. Because when the devils, up to the place of listening to the angels, rose, in the past they would carry the angels' conversations to the soothsayers and report them. But when the Prophet (peace be upon him) appeared, when he appeared with prophethood, from then on their climbing up to those constellations, the devils' climbing up to those constellations to listen, was forbidden. If they go up to those constellations to listen to the angels, then this fireball called (?), which we call a star, pursues them — and I saw this with my own eyes. You have probably seen it too; people say a star slid, but actually that is not a shooting star. But I saw with my own eyes how it struck the devil and tore it apart.
How did I see it? I did not see the devil. Now I'll tell you. One day in the evening, that is, the day had begun to darken but it was not yet evening, the sky was clear and nice.
From the west, from the west I see a star sliding. I followed the star. It almost hits the earth, I mean it's about to hit. At that moment, like when a firework is shot into the air and it scatters like this. Such a spray came about. (?) it struck this devil. The devil couldn't escape. It disintegrated there. Why did such a spark come out like that? The devil too is created within frequencies. We created him from a pure flame of fire. What comes is also a frequency. When it hits, the two phases, what will they do? They'll produce a spark. Exactly. I lived through that, I mean I saw it. Now in this case, Allah Almighty says it is not possible for the devils to bring this down.
What does He say? Some polytheists took the Holy Quran, from the devils to the soothsayers, to be a book that was conveyed. Against the words of people who think like this and try to lead people astray, this verse gives a rebuttal. The devils did not bring it, the Quran, down. Allah Himself sent it down. In verse 192, which we covered, He states: surely this Quran by the Lord of the worlds is sent down. What does it say? If we look at verse 192: Bismillahirrahmanirrahim Ve innehû le-tenzîlü Rabbi'l-âlemîn. Surely this Quran by the Lord of the worlds is sent down, He says. If Allah Almighty, who created the universe, is free of deficient attributes, if He is free of deficient attributes, if apart from Allah Almighty there is no other creator, if Allah Almighty says "I sent down the Quran", (?), if, created in the whole universe, all the living and nonliving were created by our Lord, then Allah's word only Allah, with His power, sends down. To where?
To a place called Qadr at Sidrat al-Muntaha. Yes. This is how Allah Almighty makes the verses support one another.
What does He say: the devils did not bring it, the Quran, down. Allah Himself sent it down. In verse 192, which we covered, surely this Quran is sent down by the Lord of the worlds, He states. So the Quran has, near or far, no connection with the devil. The devil can never bear the Quran, and is incapable of bearing the Quran. Because he himself is cursed. Yes.
The devil's business, what is it? To keep people from Allah's path. To set people against one another. To drive people apart by putting suspicions into their hearts. To drown the nation in rebellion and corruption. To drown everything in corruption.
Today the cursed people of the earth do the same work.
Is there any difference from him? Perhaps it does this duty as even more accursed than that accursed one. Because the accursed one at one point says, I fear my Lord. At one point he says, I fear my Lord. Where does he say this? He says it at the Battle of Badr. Appearing in Mecca the Honored in the form of a human, dragging them into war, and when he came to Badr, today, he says, my eye is very sharp. This is a verse. My eye is very sharp. If you saw what I see, you wouldn't stay here, he says, and he flees back on his heels. What is it he sees? What is the sharpness of his eye? Allah Almighty helping the Prophet with five thousand angels.
Three thousand of them in rows, five thousand lined up in rows, and His helping with three thousand. Yes. So in His verse Allah Almighty says: when you threw, (?), We threw. Yes.
