Allah is the One who sees you when you stand up (for prayer during night).
Tafsir
There is nothing in the universe that Allah (swt) does not see and know. Whoever moves even a speck, whoever has a thought in his heart, Allah knows these things. Because Allah created these worlds with knowledge and created them under His dominion. He has programmed His creations to do what they will do until the Day of Resurrection, and as a result of this program, Allah knows what all His creations will do and say.
Allah (swt) continues to explain this situation to people through His Messenger. That He sees you when you get up (to pray at night) is a declaration that if He sees the One who came as a mercy to all the worlds, He also sees all creation.
What is said in the video
Surah Ash-Shu'ara, verse 218 "Who sees you when you rise for prayer at night." What
does it say? Ellezî yerâke hîne tekûm. He who, when at night you rise for prayer, sees you. Does He see only him? He sees the worlds. Through him. Did He not create the worlds from his light? Did He not also create people from his spirit? His seeing him is His seeing all the worlds. And if Allah Almighty sent him as a mercy to the worlds, and since whatever Allah Almighty created, from the atom to the globe, not a single atom did He create outside His own power, He is present everywhere and watching; He sees, hears and knows everything that is done. Yes.
There is nothing in the universe that Allah Almighty does not see and know. Whoever stirs even an atom's weight, whoever lets something pass through his heart, Allah knows these things. Is there a verse for this? There is. "The sins that pass through your hearts, as long as you do not put them into action, We do not write down," it says. "And a good deed that passes through your heart, even if you do not put it into action, as a good deed We write it down," it says. Allah, boundless and (?). Yes.
For Allah created these worlds with knowledge and created them under His rule. He programmed what His creations would do until the Day of Judgment. And as a result of this program, Allah is the One who knows what all His creations will do and what they will say. So Allah Almighty, through His Beloved, continues to explain this to people. His saying, "Who sees you when you rise for prayer at night," declares that if He sees the one who came as a mercy to all the worlds, He has also seen all created beings. Yes.
