Translation

Don’t you see that they wander around in every valley, bewilderedly?

Tafsir

Since these poets are used to living off the backs of people as parasites, they seek out the rich and proud, those who live far from Allah. Thus they wander bewildered in every valley. They do not think of Allah, but of praising people, flattering their ego, and thinking of the gratuity they will receive from them.

What is said in the video

We have come to Surah Ash-Shu'ara, verse 225. Do you not see that they wander bewildered in every valley, the poets. Why in every valley? To find the leading men of the place, to seek them out and find them, to recite poems to them. Bewildered, they run from here to there, from here to there, the poets. In a film too, the Prophet (peace be upon him) — they were showing the film of the Prophet — it shows Abu Sufyan; when Abu Sufyan comes, the poet at once climbs onto a high stone and praises Abu Sufyan; Abu Sufyan, in his pride, gives him a small tip, but he praises him so beautifully. Do you not see that they wander bewildered in every valley.

Because these poets are used to living as parasites off people's backs, rich and proud people, those living Allah's (?), far, those living far from Allah, they keep seeking out. Who lives far from Allah? They keep searching for them. Thus they wander bewildered in every valley. Praising people rather than Allah, flattering their nafs, they think of the tips they will get from them. For a few pennies these people praise people with traits Allah does not want, and live as parasites off their backs.
