It is a guidance and glad tidings bearer for the mu’min.

Tafsir

The Holy Quran is good news for the believers. Because the believers are the people who have believed in Allah (swt) wholeheartedly and have been exposed to His revelations. These are the people to whom Allah (swt) says, "O mutated soul, enter Paradise among My servants with your Lord pleased with you and you pleased with your Lord". These are the souls that have become satisfied in Nafsi Mutmainnah. These are the people who will never return to disbelief. This is a source of guidance and good news for mankind.

Every human being is in need of Allah because he is created deficient in intellect. Believers fear Allah very much and love Allah (swt) very much. Therefore, they do not want to do anything that Allah (swt) would dislike. That is why they read the verses of the Qur'an a lot and learn what Allah (swt) wants from people. They want to earn the pleasure of our Lord by doing deeds and acts of worship that will please Allah. Those who earn Allah's pleasure are blessed with the good news of Paradise.

What is said in the video

Surah An-Naml, verse 2. It is a guidance for the believers and good tidings, it says. The Quran in any case increases the believer's faith and the disbeliever's kufr. The Holy Quran is good tidings for the believers. Because believers are people who have believed in Allah Almighty from the heart and been exposed to divine manifestations.

What does it say? Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Hüden ve büşrâ li'l-mü'minîn. What a beautiful thing it says.

Because believers are people who have believed in Allah Almighty from the heart and been exposed to divine manifestations. These people have risen to the nafs al-mutmainna. O nafs at rest! Enter, your Lord pleased with you and you pleased with your Lord. Enter among My servants, enter My Paradise — these words of His correspond to Surah Al-Fajr, verses 27 to 30. These people are those to whom He says: O nafs at rest, your Lord pleased with you and you pleased with your Lord, enter among My servants, enter My Paradise. These are nafs that have come to rest in the nafs al-mutmainna. They are people who will never turn back to kufr.

For these people it is a source of guidance and good tidings. He received those good tidings in this world. Good tidings to them. Since every person is created deficient in reason, he is in need of Allah. Just as believers greatly fear Allah, they also greatly love Allah Almighty. So they want to do nothing that Allah Almighty would dislike. That is why, by reading the Quran's verses often, they learn what Allah Almighty wants from people. By performing deeds and acts of worship that please Allah, they want to win our Lord's pleasure. If they win Allah's pleasure, they have the good tidings of Paradise.
