Tafsir
All the life and living of those who deny Allah and do not believe in the resurrection after death is the world and worldly goods. Since these are people who believe that there is no life after the world, they want to take the world with all their might and enjoy life with it.
In this respect, they observe neither morality nor rights. Their only consideration is their interests. Therefore, in order to reach their dream positions or to achieve their dream life, they resort to all kinds of evil. They are like a bewildered duck. That is why they keep wandering. The Verses of Allah are in front of them, and they turn their backs on the Qur'an, which is meant to guide them and give them their identity and character and raise their honor. The more they turn away from the Word of Allah, the more miserable they become, and the more they continue to gather the wealth of the world, without regard to halal and haram, in the pursuit of selfishness among people. Because these people think that all life is in the world. In order to enjoy the pleasures of the world, the life of the world appears ornate to them. Therefore, such people cannot leave the worldly life and return to Allah. Since their character traits are rebellion against Allah and disbelief in the Hereafter, even if they are entrusted with the Truth, they look at them with sarcasm and despise people who are judged by the Truth, and evaluate everything in terms of worldly goods. These poor people think that they are powerful with the worldly wealth created by Allah.
Many such people who thought they were powerful perished. These people did not take lessons from these events either. Following in the footsteps of their ancestors, they wandered in dark and swampy paths. They could not leave the footsteps of their ancestors because it was pleasing to their ego. In this respect, they inclined to the world and abandoned the Hereafter.
What is said in the video
The fourth verse of Surah An-Naml is a verse that has been interpreted wrongly. Here we read the wrong version. It says, in the fourth verse,
Indeed, We have made the deeds of those who do not believe in the hereafter to them... The fourth verse. Here too, yes. Indeed, We have made the deeds of those who do not believe in the hereafter seem attractive to them, so they keep floundering, it says. Now how are they describing Allah Almighty? You know, Allah Almighty (?) did not interfere with any person's will. Will is twofold: the universal will and the partial will. But look: in that answer the Diyanet gave me, it says, if you remove one of the wills, that does not mean denial, it says. Well, now I ask: when you remove one of the wills, the universal will you cannot remove. You mean the partial will.
When you remove my will, when Allah Almighty uses His own will over me, if He has made me one for Hell, what does He want from me? How can you say this? You have done a doctorate, you have a title. You need to think a little.
Which will is Allah Almighty going to remove from a person? Or which will are you going to treat as nonexistent? Every person's desire and wish: at Qalu Bala, when we with Allah Almighty made our covenant, He wrote the aim of our desire and wish for us as our destiny. He gave us characters to live out those destinies. According to those characters, over time we feel desires and wishes, and Allah Almighty creates the means. We play the game, the game within that destiny of ours. In this way we earn reward and sin. Which will was lifted from us? Which will did you treat as nonexistent? And which Allah Almighty made this, the world, seem attractive to a person?
The correct version: indeed, the deeds of those who do not believe in the hereafter seemed attractive to them. The worldly realm seemed alluring to them. What lies outside Allah's command seemed attractive to them. Committing adultery, lying, swindling people, grabbing the world, earning, gossiping, setting people against each other, stirring up discord seemed attractive to them. No Muslim does what they do. Shamelessly they slander Allah Almighty. He made this seem attractive to them. Just look at that. For those who deny Allah, who do not believe there is resurrection after death, their whole life and existence is the worldly realm and worldly goods.
Since these are people who believe there is no life after the worldly realm, they want with all their strength to grab the world and with it to enjoy life to the full. So they respect neither morality nor right and law. The only thing they care about is their own interest. Therefore, to reach the positions they dream of or attain the life they imagine, they resort to every trick and evil. They are like bewildered ducks. That is why they keep floundering. With Allah's verses before them, the Quran that would lead them to guidance and give a person his self and character, that would raise a person's honour — on it they turn their backs. The further they move from Allah's word, in a wretched state among people, pursuing a cause of ego, without regard for halal and haram, they keep amassing worldly goods.
Because these people think their whole life is in this world. To enjoy the pleasures of the world, worldly life seems attractive to them.
Therefore such people cannot part from worldly life and return to Allah. Since the traits in their character are rebellion against Allah and not believing in the hereafter, even when the truth is conveyed to them, they look at those people mockingly and belittle the people bound by the truth. They judge everything by worldly goods. These poor people, through the worldly goods Allah created, think themselves strong. Thus so many peoples who thought themselves strong were destroyed and gone. These people took no lesson from these events either. Following the footsteps of their forefathers, they kept wandering on dark and swampy paths.
Because it pleased their nafs, they could not leave their forefathers' footsteps. So they inclined toward the world and abandoned the hereafter.
