Translation
When Our miracles were brought to them, they said, “this is clearly sorcery.”
Tafsir
Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' went to Pharaoh with the command of Allah (swt) and entrusted him with the truth. In this case, Pharaoh considered Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' to be a sorcerer. Because he had grown up with Pharaoh until he was an adult. Then he killed the Copt and fled, fearing that he would be killed in retaliation.
When he returned as a Prophet to warn Pharaoh and invite him to Allah, Pharaoh did not believe in Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm'. In this respect, Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' communicated the command of Allah to them and showed his miracles before their eyes. Seeing the miracles of Allah, Pharaoh and his followers said that this was magic and did not believe in Hadrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm'.

Verse 13 of Surah An-Naml.
When Our miracles were laid out before their eyes, "This is plain magic," they said.
Yes.
By the command of Allah Almighty, Moses (peace be upon him) goes to Pharaoh and delivers the truth. In this situation, Pharaoh regards Moses (peace be upon him) as a sorcerer. Because he had grown up at Pharaoh's side until adulthood. Then, after killing the Copt, fearing that he would be killed in retaliation, he fled. When he returned and, as a prophet, warned Pharaoh and invited him to Allah, Pharaoh did not believe Moses (peace be upon him). For this reason Moses (peace be upon him), along with conveying Allah's command to them, laid his miracles out before their eyes. Pharaoh and his henchmen, seeing Allah's miracles, said, "This is magic." They did not believe Moses (peace be upon him).
